This used to be the better of the locations. Was quoted an hour for delivery today which was fine. Food arrives an hour and a half later and is cold to the touch. Called the restaurant back and spoke to some snotty woman who offered a credit for 20% which is basically not even tax and delivery. If you like spending 40 dollars on cold food this would be a great option. Plenty of great pizza places in chicago for restaurants to have this crappy of customer service. read more

Ordered via uber eats and spent over $100 on food and waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for our order to be cancelled due to the restaurant not being able to fulfill their orders in a timely manner. I called the restaurant because i got notified of the cancellation and the guy basically told me that i need to find him more staff if i wanted my order in time and hung up on me. I ordered delivery through Grubhub last night, my order was a pizza and bbq wings. I was delivered the wrong pizza but did receive my wings. I called to alert them that I was given the wrong pizza and someone picked up and promptly said "hold please" before I could utter a word. I was on hold for over 5 mins. I decided to end the call and call back. This time someone picked up and I told them I was delivered the wrong order and I could tell whoever picked up was not having a good day. He was very short with me and kept cutting me off. He asked me for my name which I had already given them asked me for my order which I was in the process of giving before being cut off repeatedly. He told me the best they could do is a redelivery which would take place after the 10 deliveries already scheduled. I told him that option will work because I'm obviously hungry and already have been waiting for this pizza. He told me there was nothing they could do about that because I ordered through a 3rd party site (Grubhub). So I asked for clarification if he really offered to redeliver but then told me that wasn't possible so I have no options except to contact Grubhub. Rosatis uses their own delivery drivers so they could have simply corrected the wrong and sent out another pizza but refused to. So I had my name verified, address verified and order verified for them to tell me that there is nothing they can do. That doesn't make much sense. I contacted Grubhub for them to tell me that redelivery is not an option they offer and they don't understand why the restaurant would suggest that. I was given a refund but was highly disappointed I didn't get the pizza. I wouldn't recommend this place simply by their customer service. I was polite and respectful, even patient considering I was hungry and had waited an hour for the wrong pizza. read more

Absolutely horrible delivery. Takes nearly double the time they give you when you order to get to where you are, and every time we've ordered they have given us the completely wrong order. After this last experience it was one too many times, the food tastes fine, but would be better if we didn't have to wait almost 2 hours to eat what we order. On top of that the last delivery guy tried to blame us for him bringing us the wrong order. Next time we're in town we will gladly be taking our business anywhere else. read more

We usually love ordering from Rosati's and order fairly often. Tonight, our pizza was an hour late from the time they said it would be delivered. We called twice and all the person would say is that the pizza is coming. The delivery driver couldn't find our building even though we gave very specific directions while on the phone with him to direct him to the door when he arrived...he was actually about to just leave and give up but our building staff caught him in time. Our building staff even commented about how rude the guy was. We finally got our pizza an hour late and it's completely cold, we had to reheat it. The crust is much thinner and there's barely any cheese on it, I'm not sure what happened but it tastes completely different from the Rosati's we usually get. All of this aside, not one person we interacted with simply just apologized for the delay with our order...a little customer service would have gone a long way. We will not be ordering Rosati's anymore, so disappointing. read more
