    My pizza delivered

I have to say that Rosati's pizza is wonderful getting it is another problem I ordered a pizza tonight the can like the below picture Called all three stores they all went to voicemail and said their mailboxes were full Ended up spending another $60 to get the same pizza that the first one came like it was completely upside down Rosati's is a good pizza place but they don't care about customer service. They don't care about consumers and I just ended up ordering another pizza after Uber eats 29 minutes waiting on a chat person never showed up. So just order another one got it it's awesome but this should've never happened Cost me an extra 60 bucks

I recently stopped by Rosati's Pizza bc I was told by a friend that I had to try it before I leave Chicago. I decided to try their thin crust, and I've got to say--it was ok . The crust was perfectly crisp, with just the right amount of crunch in every bite without being too dry or brittle. It held up nicely under the generous layer of toppings and rich tomato sauce. But I felt there was nothing special about it. Unfortunately pizza is pizza but I was in search of a connection lol The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the pizza came out hot and ready. If you're a fan of pizza then I say give Rosati's a try who knows u might love it. But as far as for me it just wasn't it.

Pros: 1. Location is easy to find and drivers can drop you off right at the front door entrance 2. Traditional Chicago deep dish pizza experience 3. They're open after midnight 4. Conveniently priced for big portions 5. Yelp check in 20% off entire order Cons: 1. Employees are unprofessional, sloppy and unfriendly 2. The door is shut tightly. You need to pull HARD. Everyone who's new here has that problem. 3. I wasn't granted my yelp 20% check-in discount because the manager wasn't there and staff isn't trained to work the cashier I'd go somewhere else unless it's late and nothing is open anymore

    Pizza crust (burnt)

The lady on the register was very rude when we went to get a pizza over there. Got the pizza all burnt on the bottom so taste gross.

Rosati's Pizza on Wells is fine. It's decent pizza and it's pretty cheap for a big slice. It's very dim inside but thats partially because it doesn't get a lot of natural light due to Wells having the El overtop it. It's never super crowded either so it can make a for quick lunch stop.

    Fries

Wings were bland and fries were not what was on the website would probably not buy again

Lukewarm pizza. They forgot to add the pepperoni. Taste like upgraded frozen pizza.

Order pizza after a night of bar hopping. It was late night so our options were limited. We ordered delivery from Rosati's because it was a few blocks away from our hotel. Customer service was sub par. Dude was half asleep on the phone and was rushing me off the phone. We placed an order for a medium tavern style pizza (thin crust). Pepperoni & Sausage... with some red pepper flakes and parm cheese on the side. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. Waited more than an hour for my pizza. Finally it arrived. It was lukewarm and missing my pepperoni. They also forgot to give the red chili flakes and parm cheese on the side. The pizza was not good. It tasted like a frozen pizza from the supermarket but slightly upgraded. Super disappointed. I will not be ordering from this place ever again.

Crust a bit biscuit dough like but works. We tries cheese, sausage and pepperoni slice. Not New York but you can't beat the pride compared to surrounding area. Service was polite, quick and clean.

Overall will give a 3 because I see this place has a lot of potential. Deep dish pizza, pastas, sandwiches, etc and open late until 4am -- thats amazing!! However, I did order my pizza at 12:38AM and didnt receive it until 2:45AM. Est wait time was 45 mins. Its Lolla season right now so perhaps everyone is ordering from them so they got a little backed up. I get it, but still waited 2 hours without updates. The pizza itself was good, it wouldve been better warm/fresher. It arrived cold :( still enjoyed though! My first deep dish experience.

This is what you get when you order from Rosati's. Cold pizza that looks like the staff was playing softball with it. Enjoy.

Horrible experience. We ordered a pizza and when we opened the box it looked like someone had shaken the box, tipped it sideways, turned it upside down, thrown it on the ground and stepped on it. We called immediately to complain and were told that it's not their problem, tough luck. The staff was rude, and we actually wanted to order somewhere else that has much better pizza but we accidentally contacted this place. Will never order from this place again. Here's a picture of the piece of shit pizza that arrived from this piece of shit "restaurant".

Thick spongey dry dough with no flavor. Just think of Little Cesars but worse.

Note to self; NEVER return. Here is what I got for $6.78 A very dry thick, spongy flavorless crappy slice of pizza that is not even close to Rosati's in Oak Park or River Grove. There is nothing worse than a crappy thick spongy doughy pizza slice that resembles pizza that would be delivered to your hotel room in Nebraska or Iowa. The picture I took actually makes it appear as though it's not that bad, but it is that bad. The sauce was crappy The slice was cold The cheese sucked The flavor sucked because the sauce sucked The parking sucks because it's in an area that is metered only and loaded with parking Nazi's. And to to top it off, they do NOT accept cash. They should have a sign outside that is LARGER than the Rosati's name outside that says; WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. But they don't. They have a small 8 1/2" x 11" sign that is on the door when you walk in. It looks like menu, so I'm confident I am not the only person who MISSED THE NO CASH that's in MAYBE a 14 point font! And why bother taking cash anyway, this is only the United States of America. Since they don't accept cash, they should offer customers a DISCOUNT because most businesses complain that when customers use credit or debit cards, it costs the merchant more money! But it doesn't matter, because I will never return.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. To start…read moreoff our server, Eli was so nice so knowledgeable helping us run through the menu He took incredible care of us throughout the night! That's at the tone for what became unforgettable night. Had the space debri salad which is basically a Greek salad with potatoes and I think in Italian vinaigrette Soooooooooooo for it!!! So delicious After getting it, my buddy had to get one too haha One of us had the moonwalk cheese, we go out for a lot of pizza together, and he said it was he thought his favorite of anywhere. Another one of our crew got the pepperoni pile up loved. And I got the sweet and salty space candy pizza With bacon, pineapple, pickled red onion, goat cheese, sambal. Genius, the goat cheese, instead of ricotta was the move for this pizza! All the flavors worked in perfect harmony.Nothing short of amazing. Cozy spot, super cool atmosphere, couple of old school arcade games like ninja Turtles let's goooo We had so much fun. The drinks were absolutely excellent as well. Oh my God cannot forget this drink program. Galactic gift basket and Jedi mind trick sooo fire. Speaking of perfect harmony, everything at sharpies coexist in a lovely harmony from the all the staff, to the vibe/ambiance and absolutely killer pizza and food. WILL BE BACK! Check em out! We did dine in last weekend at Sharpies. It's a small place but charming space-themed interior. The…read moreserver was great but there was a VERY loud trio at the bar literally yelling and laughing through our whole dinner which unfortunately affected the ambiance. For food - we ordered the blooming onion (forget what they call it), the wings, and two pizzas. My husband tried a gin cocktail and beer, both which he enjoyed. Onion 4/5 - tasty and good dipping sauce Wings 5/5 - crispiest wing I have ever had and they might be my favorite in Chicago... hot honey was delicious. Carmalized onion 3.5/5 - this was very tasty, perfect crispy edges and fluffy center. The flavor was good but could have used some acid to break up the richness Vodka meat pizza 4/5 - very tasty. I think the vodka sauce could be fine tuned but overall really enjoyed. We had pizza a lot lately so skipped the classics but if we come back I'd probably try the pepperoni and/or sausage.
