I have ordered from this place a few times but today at 613 Sunday I ordered a pizza at 415 and they told me one hour and half. I received my pizza at 603 pm. So I called they put me on hold and would not answer my call because they have caller Id. So I called from another number and guess what they picked up the phone. Ruined our night. We ordered two pizzas, one for kids one for adults. The kid's pizza which was supposed to be cheese only, came with other toppings. We immediately called and asked if they could hurry out the correct pizza....we were rudely told NO! Our second time ordering and great tasting just like the first time. Fast delivery despite being down a delivery driver. We had the white pizza which was better than we thought it was going to be and the fresh garlic just seeps from the box. The other pizza was ground beef, green pepper, and onion which was tasty as well. The only recommendation would be is lowering the cost of each ingredient. My job ordered pizza for me to be "delivered" to my home by 06:30pm. The Matteson location was given my information by my employer including name, location, and contact information. Pizza was ordered eariler in the day, hours earlier! I get of work at 0630pm no pizza, no calls! Ok, I call the location around 0650 to find out: My order has not been made, they will not deliver to my address. I received no call, neither did the manager that ordered the pizza! No apologies, no explaination just horrible customer service. Which has been the typical response from this location. No ownership of wrong, just excuses with no results!!! I am disappointed, I had great hopes to love this Rosati's but this is not the first time customer service has failed this location. Great food! But horrible service! Earlier that day I tried the pizza slice combo and it was so delicious we ordered pizza again later, not to mention it was really filling. The slice came with their double dough crust. Thanks to the pizza picture post we tried the thin crust spinach, mushroom, and hot giardiniera and it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! We also ordered the classic thin crust cheese and sausage equally as good. It's refreshing to have a new pizza establishment in the area. I must say the customer service of the young lady on the phone and at the register was very professional and kind as well. Prices are slightly high yet pretty average for pizza. Since my review in July I have to update this because now that they have been open a few months the service has changed drastically. Maybe they were on their A game when they first opened but not anymore. The last 2 times we ordered delivery it has taken 2 HOURS to get our food. Average delivery for places around here is 45 mins - 1 hour.When it happened once I let it go thinking maybe there was some sort of mistake and gave them the benefit of the doubt. That was until we tried ordering and it happened again. My mother ordered from the Matteson location and placed an order for delivery. Her bill came to less than $13 and she had twenty dollar bill to pay with. When the delivery person arrived, he only had $1 in change to give her back, so she ended up paying $19 for delivery of a sandwich and fries. You would think that if you are a delivery driver that you would have change on hand to give customers when they place an order. This may be a scam, you may be trying to take advantage of senior citizens or maybe the driver was just not prepared to do his job. Oh my! My husband has always told me how he loved Rosati's Pizza, but there hasn't been one in the south suburbs. Tonight, my mom mentioned that she had received a flyer in the mail, but couldn't remember the name of the new pizza place. While running an errand down Route 30, she screams "that's it!", so I called home to see if my husband was interested in me picking up Rosati's for our regular Friday night pizza. He was in! Mom and I finished up our stops and headed for Rosati's and placed our orders. The young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. We placed our order and milled around the strip mall a bit while we waited. Time was up, and we went back in to pick up our pizzas and head home. Was it good? Well, after eating five pieces of a thin crust with sausage, mushroom, and onion, I turned to my husband and said "I want to go eat the rest of the pizza, but I'm full, and out of points (Weight Watchers). I ordered online for delivery b/c you get 20% off your first online order. After I submitted the order I received a receipt/confirmation that stated I would have my order between 8-8:10p. By 8:10 I still had not received my order so I used the provided link to check the status of my order which stated it needed approval from a manager. I placed this order at 6:59p and had not been notified of any issues with the order. I proceeded to call the store to which a gentleman informed me the order was in route. Fast forward to 8:30 I still have no food. I call back to the restaurant and get put on hold for 5 mins. I get to the restaurant just to find out they never even looked at my order. I had hungry children at home and this entire situation took over 2 hours of my time energy and money. Food is good. I've been going here since this establishment opened, however the last couple of times, the newer cashier has been extremely RUDE/DISRESPECTFUL. She seems as though she doesn't like to touch your credit/debit card, hand you a pen, give you your food in your hand. I asked for crushed peppers for a large pizza, I asked for crushed peppers and she threw two packets on the counter (1st off, don't throw anything at me, I'm not a dog, last mistake in my book) then when I told her, 'nope, I'm going to need a few more than that, I'm feeding a family, she attempted to hand me more, but since I had an order of wings, I asked for a plastic bag then made her put the crushed peppers in the bag, along with the wings..Last time I went there, same cashier didn't even close my wings box, told me, that's how they come, in an open box! Girl, don't play with me. I told her to get me somebody else who knew how to close a box of wings..I'm done with this place. I recently received a flyer in the mail for this place. I normally toss these as pizza is the last item on our list to kick to eating healthy. But the pizza on the flyer looked soooooo good! I fought it and fought it... "it" won. I ordered the monster, thin crust, with spinach, tomato, jalapeno, and canadian bacon. It was absolutely amazing! I usually get my pizza from beggars. Beggars is delicious and definitely a favorite of mine but this, although only my first pizza, will absolutely be one of my favorites if they stay consistent. We decided to try the pasta here tonight for the first time. Big mistake. Its very overpriced for the portion sizes, the sauces were runny and didn't stick to the noodles. I just love there thin crust pizza. When I ordered I asked if they had Butter Crust and they said no but was willing to make the pizza the way I wanted it. Now that is a great business. We ordered pizza on Friday night after Thanksgiving. I placed the order online, ticket # 89 @ 7:15 for delivery. Received confirmation email with order status tracker. Delivery scheduled for 8:25 per order tracker. by 8:30 the tracker showed our pizzas were delivered, but no pizzas received. I called the store, spoke to Erick, told me the tracker is inaccurate that there been several complaints about it but my pizza left the store and should be there in 5 or 6 minutes. Now 8:55, called the store again. Erick reads me the exact same line, so I say "what happened 25 minutes ago". Erick says the rain and traffic are slowing down the driver. I ask to speak to a manager and he tells me there is no manager on duty. Pizzas were received at 9 and were Luke warm at best as well as the baked pasta ordered. The customer service from this establishment is pathetic! I'll spend my money were the customers is treated with respect and consideration, I hope you all do the same!
