This place is AWFUL. The first time we ordered for delivery, it took 2 and a half hours and the order was wrong. The second time we ordered, the pizza looked as if it had been dropped on the floor. The pizza box was leaking everywhere and all of the sauce and toppings had been pushed to the side of the box- it was a huge mess. I tried calling to speak with the manager and they just kept leaving me on hold. Absolute worst customer service ever. My family and I took my mom here for Mother's Day. I always order pizza from here but have never actually eaten here before. We ordered the Pizza doughnuts as an appetizer. They were DELICIOUS. The salads and pizza were also good, except some of the lettuce was brown and not too fresh, so I had to pick those parts out. The food overall was pretty good but the service could have been better. The waitress never brought my mom's refill and she had to wait a very long time. She also didn't communicate to us that we had to go up front to pay. We flagged down a different waitress and asked for our refills (since we couldn't find our waitress). She was very nice and brought them promptly. The service we had tonight was not good at all- the only reason I give 3 stars is that the pizza was great- Went in on a Friday night with the kids to reward them with some Pizza. Immediately we were assaulted with extremely loud music from some local musician(s) that play there on Friday nights. If it were a bar that would be one thing, but live music doesn't draw families out. We could hardly hear ourselves talk, the waitress couldn't hear when we gave our order, it was overall really uncomfortable having to yell all through dinner. Our waitress seemed to neglect us quite a bit. We ordered a large pan pizza for my wife and I, assuming we would have a few leftovers- we were served an ENORMOUS pizza by another server, who said "Oh- I always tell people how big this is in case they want a smaller one!" Would have loved to know that and saved a few bucks rather than spend $23 on that one! When our actual server came back I asked our server to split the remains in half so that I could freeze part of the pizza - and use two boxes. She gave me a dirty look at that point like I was inconveniencing her. After that we had to wait at least another 15 minutes before she came back with the bill. With this, the crust isn't very crispy, but it adds a dynamic to the rest of the pizza for an amazing balance of flavor. It's a really smooth bite with an explosion of flavor. It can be a little messy towards the middle, but I'm a sucker for those pieces. The pepperoni and sausage are very well-seasoned and cook well into the generous amount of cheese. Sauce is smooth and savory. With the amount of cheese and meat toppings, it is shockingly not greasy. Rosatis has always been my go to for pizza, but after tonight it will be QUITE a while before I order from them. Their website said 50 minutes for pick up, gave them an hour as they are never ready, waited in the restaurant for another 1/2 total time 1 and 1/2 hours later I got my pizza. This is the family favorite pizza when we don't feel like traveling to Illinois. We always get the thin crust and whether it's cheese pepperoni(on top of course) or sausage it comes out perfect. Don't know what else to say about it. For appetizers we usually get the dough nuggets and while it is a little bit pricey it's well worth the money for the amount that you get. You usually get a cup of marinara with it but I always order an extra cup of ranch as well. read more

This place is ridiculous. First of all they need to know their business and tell a customer the right time and not make an unrealistic time to pick up their pizza. Order taker said to come to pick up order in 45 minutes- 1 hour. Arrived 1 hour later and order not ready and told i still had 20-30 minutes. Just ate there yesterday. Ordered boneless garlic parm wings, buffalo chicken wrap, large pizza and a kids personal pan pizza. Wings came out quickly and were pretty good....then....they bring out my gf's buffalo wrap which was really good...but...10 mins after that they brought out the large pizza and 10 mins after that the kids pizza. Don't know what's going on there but you ALWAYS bring the kids food out first and the adults second if you have too. How hard is it to cook a wrap and bring it out the same time as a pizza?!?
