Our family eats here often! The service has definitely improved. The food is delicious! The bruschetta is outstanding if you love bruschetta. My husband and I are from the south side of Chicago so pizza is important to us! We order from here all the time. Most of the drivers are awesome and the food is always hot and comes quick. We have only had one bad experience with a phone girl but, without asking, the manager called the next day to resolve the issues. If you want the best thin crust you can find outside of the city and good customer service, order from this Rosati's! We were in town on vacation and ended up here after checking yelp for a place for Chicago style pizza nearby. I have zero negative comments or anything I would change. Service was great, they even accomodated our last minute decision to switch our order to go with smiles and sent us with plates, napkins, and parmesan to enjoy our pizzas at the hotel. We ordered the dough bites appetizer...amazing. I don't love bread but these with their sauce were addictive! I ordered a thin crust white pizza and it was perfection. Their all meat pizza is awesome. We typically don't go to the restaurant in the winter because the way it was laid out there was no windbreaker and you froze to death whenever anyone opened the door. Well we tried again tonight and they remodeled a bit. The airlock they put in would be worthy of any version of the space shuttle. Nice and warm, and the food was great as always. One suggestion I would make is to serve the chicken parmigiano on a plate instead of a large bowl, you can't cut the chicken when it's stacked on top of a bowl of spaghetti. read more

Hmmm...some of the negative reviews surprise me. I'm not from this area, and was looking for good pizza. I tried the famous Chicago deep dish from a popular pizza place here and it was nasty. I was delighted to find Rosatis. Yes it's expensive but the pizza is so flavorful. Its almost as good as Donatos, a popular pizza chain back home. I really love Rosatis pizza. read more

Awful phone customer service. When you answer the phone hello then hang up, next we call back and get told I need to transfer you to them (mind you I think I call the location already) THEN get put on hold for 3 minutes meanwhile we have someone else call to speak with a manager just to get through! Now we have someone on the phone all to say they are on a call center system... we are calling BS! Every order for the past 6 months has been wrong and all they want to do is a 0.50$ credit!! Never offered to deliver missing food or credit actual value of food that was incorrect. We have had numerous parties held at this facility, ordered multiple times weekly and promoted them to friends to catered their parties. This is beyond bad service and that sucks because their food is good and now we won't eat there any longer due to this treatment!! read more

Quite possibly the best pizza I've had in this area (so far!) For my love of pizza, I often try as many pizza places as I can; hardly eating at the same place twice. Thursday, was Rosati's day. Nearly everything about this Pan Style Pepperoni Pizza was great! Flaky crust, flavorful sauce..the one thing that I didn't like so much, was that there was an excessive amount of cheese. If, however, you like a lot of cheese then this is for you! The slices are cut bigger then normal, so you could easily double the servings by cutting them in half..which is what I did. This pizza was so filling that I will probably be eating it for days! Which is okay with me because I am a cold pizza fan! (And this one is good cold, too.) It's also not bad reheated in a toaster oven. The pricing isn't anymore expensive then other place, but the amount you get is well worth the money spent. Once again I decided to order from here as they have been really great in the past. I ordered and was quoted an hour for pickup. I arrived after an hour and 15 only to stand and wait another 45 minutes. Everyone else was as well. The girl running the front was apologizing to everyone. After all that I get home and it was made wrong. No way I am calling back at this point, as I watched the girl in the front and how she was acting on the phone to customers and slamming the phone down etc. Granted she was extremely frustrated with what was going on I believe in the back but not in front of customers. Stop taking orders until you catch up or something. I don't know what has happened over the last 6 months but somebody really needs to train- straighten thing out there before they loose all of their business. I am just letting all know as I have been in customer service for years and it is the ones who don't speak up and just don't come back that leave you wondering why the business is getting less and less. read more

Even though I am very upset with Rosati's right now, their food has been good previously. We have had many deliveries in the past where the pizza was messed up or slid to the side, but we just wanted our food so we never complained, or we would only get partial orders. I've been a customer since Rosati's opened across the street from where it is now. We loved getting our parties catered by them also. Well, today we ran into a problem and the girl didn't even get the manager for me (she could of been the women that just stood there and stared at me). They did not care about my problem and did not even try to resolve, they just tried to get me out of the store as fast as they can. The service is horrible and my pizza was cold when it finally arrived. Management, the one I delt with was a woman, could care less how bad my experience is. A cook was asked to deliver it and "deal with me". He just appologized for my experience and said the manager dosent care about customers. He suggested I call the next day and talk to the main manager. I did and was told he agreed with me and would credit my credit card. The next day I called again and he said he's having a hard time with my credit. I called 2 days later after I saw the charge to my card. I went here with a large group and we reserved the back room. We had a rough estimate of how many people were coming and we ended up way underestimating. Even though we showed up with far more people than expected the staff adjusted and did everything possible to make our lunch pleasant. The patience of our servers is what really made this a 5 star review. Words can't describe how much we appreciated their flexibility. On top of that our pizza was great. This is the first time we ate in Rosati's since it became a restaurant. We usually do take-out and sometime delivery. We arrived around 5:30pm on a Thursday. About 6 people were already in the restaurant. We seated ourselves and in about 2 minutes the waitress showed up to take our drink order. When the drinks arrived we put in our order, a 14" Monster. It's about 5:35pm now. About 5:40pm another couple walked in a seated themselves 2 tables away. We all waited, and waited and waited. I was hoping for a complimentary basket of garlic bread or something to chew on while we waited. About 6:10pm, the couple who arrived after us received their order, multiple items and we were still waiting. WTF! We decided to walk out if we didn't get our order in the next 10 minutes. 4 minutes later the waitress brought our pizza. The pizza was good, damn good. All the while we waited, we seen customers coming in to pickup their orders. Maybe they are still new to being a restaurant but you would think the customers dining would get preferential treatment over take out. We agreed that we will not be dining at Rosati's in Schererville ever again. The service was good, the pizza was great but the wait was terribly long. Thirty nine minutes for a medium pizza is a bit long for me. read more

Sad that we liked the pizza but the customer service was so bad we would not go back. after a pickup order we came home to realize we had the wrong pizza when called to inform them we have the wrong pizza they pretty much could care less.this upset us because we paid for a pizza with more toppings and only got a sausage and cheese. they stated they would give us the correct pizza the next time we ordered for free and when we did call for our next pizza they could care less again and nothing was recorded on our account.
