I was in the same shopping center getting my nails done and saw there's a threading place too. Rose is who a lot of the reviews recommended which I'll have to agree with. She was very sweet, and gentle. Honestly, I didn't feel any pain with her. My eyebrows look beautiful and her price is very fair. Thank you for a great service. Parking is plentiful in this center.

Several cuts on the threaded area show how horrible the other girl whom Rose is working with. She is really rough and careless.

She's really rough and I would say careless at what she does. The previous review was accurate. The girl didn't even bother to sanitize her hands right after the other client before me nor wash her hands. Very unsanitary. She even put the string in her mouth. I highly recommend Rose but unfortunately, not the other girl. I will still come back for Rose though.

I'm just striking out on finding a new threading service. I went on Sunday to which only Rose was working. That's fine. I had the time. When it was my turn she kept going after the same sections multiple times. To the point where I now have little tiny scabs under my eyebrows and it stings even the day after. Any recommendations on other places?

Do not go here if you've been growing out your brows and you care about the growth!! Walked in and rose was on her phone. She is careless and it shows. When she finally got off, I told her I like to keep my brows thick and I would just like to clean them up. She made the first one way thin against my wishes. Instead of an apology, she said there were gaps and so she took it out. ?! That would be because I'm growing them out and I did not ask for you to thin it out. Smdh! My other brow is thicker and she left a gap. That's cool... My sister asked her not to cut her brows too short because we like the fluffy look. And guess what? She did the opposite and cut them too short. As soon as we were finished. She got on her phone again without telling us the total. We read the prices on the wall and paid her accordingly. She did not say thank you or goodbye after she grabbed the cash. Her station is also not kept clean. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Omg I should've listened to the other reviews saying she made their eyebrows too thin. I told her to keep them thick and I just wanted a cleanup and took a chance on Christmas Eve. She took so much hair off my eyebrows and I told her I won't come back when she said next time I'll make it thicker. I want to cry. I've been trying to grow my brows for years and she just took it all away. She def makes the service painless and I was impressed by that but she needs to take an updated shaping class or something!!! I literally have eyebrows from the 2000's now. My right eyebrow is a completely different shape and now just rounded on my face. Whereas my left still has a bit of the arch that I had on my original brows. I'm going back to my original lady in the valley!!!

Rose does an amazing job with eyebrows! She is detail orientated, sweet, and communicates before moving onto the next eyebrow. She asks if client would like a trim or aloe at the end. The price for her eyebrows are affordable and always make sure to TIP, if you can. read more

I was looking for a threading place close to my home but the one that I just started going to closes at 6pm and I can't make it due to work. So I decided to switch it up and try Rose Threading Salon. So glad I did! Rose is seriously a very sweet lady. She is ultra soft spoken. She did mine and my husband's brows so well. She also gives you a quick but satisfying massage with aloe gel to ease any inflammation. Also, hear me out - she charges only $7 for brows. That's peanuts! Couldn't get any more cheaper. As I sat in her seat, I couldn't resist doing some math. And no, I didn't ask her any of this. This is just my ignorant assumption. Let's say, she gets 15 customers a day for a month. That's a lil over $3000. I wonder if that even covers every expense and support her family. All this to say, tip her sweet. That's all. This is coming from someone who didn't have a home for 17 months. She will be my go-to here on! Yay!! read more

Rose is the best. Super sweet humble lady who has been doing my brows since when she was located at the Burbank mall. She's affordable and takes her time to make sure you are happy with your brows. Very good cleanup and gel massage at the end, and she always made sure to check with me to see if I was happy with the shape. I've been coming to Rose for years! She's the only one I trust with my eyebrows. When they closed the shop inside the Burbank mall, I feared of the thought of having to go to someone else. So happy she reopened her shop and stayed near by. For those who don't know, she doesn't live close by. Her commute is probably over an hour, she makes the sacrifice everyday for her clients. Not only is she one of the best esthetician's but she's one of the kindest person. Always makes sure you feel comfortable when sitting in her chair. Most places would probably charge you more and leave you walking out with cuts or uneven eyebrows. We've all been there. So if you're looking for someone to thread your eyebrows, lip or full face, I would highly recommend you visit Rose. You won't regret it! read more

I came in today as a walk-in and was seen right away. I usually hate getting my eyebrows threaded because I am a baby when it come to pain BUT it was painless, quick and by far the best experience I've ever had. I literally have the thinnest hair so shaping my eyebrows is near impossible. I don't know how she did it but I left with an arch and a much fuller looking brow. I have been coming to Rose for many many years now and I won't ever go to anybody else! She takes her time and always perfects my brows, something I could never do myself. Many other places I've been to before her do a quick job, leave many hairs behind, and don't even shape them. Not Rose. I'm 100% always satisfied with her work. She is truly amazing and so sweet! She was previously at the Burbank mall so if you've wondered where she went, she's still close by over at Vilma's salon located in a small shopping center next to McDonald's. There's only one of her, so if you walk in and there are a few people waiting, I'd suggest you stay. She's definitely worth the wait. Oh and you can't beat the price for such a good job! read more

Rose is really good. The upside is she takes her time, the downside is she takes her time. I've never experience such slowness. Last time I went, there was someone already in her chair getting a full face, after 30 minutes I had to leave, especially as there were 2 people ahead of me. I found Rose through a quick google search when i first moved to LA. She's located on the second floor inside a hair salon. She's got a chair at the very end. Rose alwaysss gets me right, she's a perfectionist with my eyebrows, never rushed and always intentional about her work. I take full responsibility for that and truly respect everyone's time. That said, when I arrived, I felt that my wax specialist's demeanor was noticeably rushed and cold compared to my past visits. She let me know she wouldn't be able to complete all of the services due to my lateness, which I understood. I was then passed to another specialist who ended up being great and very kind. What stood out to me was the difference in energy...during my service things felt tense and short, yet I could hear her being very giddy and talkative with her next client. It just made me feel a bit uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially since I already felt bad about being late. I've had many good experiences here over the years, so this was just an unfortunate first negative one. I believe in accountability, but I also value professionalism and kindness, even when things don't go perfectly. I hope this was just an off day.

This review is long overdue…read more I have been going to RA Organic Spa for over 20 years. I have visited other resorts and spas, but I'm always grateful that I found RA and can keep coming back. The feeling of comfort and serenity is abundant the moment you walk in. They greet you by name when you arrive and again when you leave. The lobby is small but very welcoming. They offer plenty of products for purchase, but they never hard-sell you. When you check in, there is a small waiting area where you can sit with hot tea, water, and small snacks while you wait. Please make sure to turn off your cell phone--this is a quiet zone, so whispering or no talking is encouraged. The dim lighting really makes you feel like you've stepped into another world. There is also another waiting area in the back if you need to change into a robe for your service. There is actually a lot of space back there to relax while waiting. The treatment rooms themselves are warm and comfortable, and each room has a closet for your personal items. In the back area, they also have changing spaces and lockers. There are two changing areas, along with a room that has chairs specifically for foot and neck massages. I highly, highly, highly recommend the foot massage. They take it to the next level because they start with your neck and arms before moving to the foot massage. I dare you to try not to fall asleep by the time they're done. I have seen the spa when they are busy and when they are slow, and I have never seen it dirty or unkempt. The level of cleanliness and the standards maintained by the staff have always been excellent. I've never had trouble booking an appointment. I've also given gift certificates to family members and friends, and three people I know now go there regularly because of those gifts. Their prices are by far some of the best in the industry. You simply cannot find a facial at the price they offer at RA. I've looked, and I can't find anything comparable. If you want a facial, I highly highly recommend Maria. She has truly turned back time on my skin with the facials she gives me. She listens to your needs and walks you through the products she uses to make sure they match what your skin needs and what you're looking for. She genuinely cares. Under new management, they have recently added online booking through their website, which is wonderful. I'm looking forward to another great 20 years going to RA--ugh, I just aged myself! A few additional notes: they do have a sauna, bathrooms, and one bathroom includes a shower. Parking can be a little tricky. There is structure parking and street parking, but the street parking is timed. I do have a great parking spot that I like to use... but I can't tell you where it is. It's my secret spot. Sorry!

That level of communication and care immediately stood out to me. From the moment I arrived, Liz was professional, kind, and very approachable. I had an amazing experience at Rose Eyebrow Salon! Khushi worked on my eyebrows, which were a total mess going in--so hairy and unkempt.
