Just don't. This place is terrible, equipment and message chairs straight from 1990's. The polish is haphazardly piled on the countertop, none are displayed on walls and you have no idea what you're looking at. I paid $40 for a gel pedi that lasted 10 minutes, she "soaked" my feet for about 30 seconds in lukewarm water and went straight into painting my nails. No exfoliating, no message, nothing. Came in last minute today without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in even though they're super busy during the holidays. Decided to treat myself at my regular salon. I got an acrylic set with nude gel color. I told Tram and Ly that I wanted to look fancy for a wedding. So they delivered beautiful shaped nails, with little sparkling design on my ring finger, just too pretty. I also got my toenails done by Chi. And I totally recommend getting ur toenails done here, they take their time and make sure you feel relaxed and comfortable. I believe this is family business because 3 of them that did my nails were sisters, so I've never felt like they upsell me ever. This has been my go-to place, but today my nails are just too pretty that I have to share with the world. Totally recommend!!! read more

Worst pedicure experience I've ever had! My best friend and I were a walk in just for a random pedicure and they did take us in right away which was great. Everyone was nice to us but the way they did everything was just awful. The water was cold so I had to ask them twice to make it hot for me. On the third time I gave up on asking... my friend and I sat next to each other and she was telling me her water was barely warm. They didn't clean under our nails or anything just filed them and painted them. It took about 15 minutes for both of us to get a cold pedicure. Polish didn't last. I had to go somewhere else to get is re done. They don't massage you or put on lotion or clean under your nails which is a huge deal for me because I am always on my feet at work. read more

Let me start by saying, "A Whol-Lotta-Parking!". It's your typical hole in the wall nail salon, but it's clean, very afforadable and only two-three women work in there. It's the familiar faces that keep me coming back paired with the close nit neighborhood feel.They also do excellent eyebrow waxing! i love Tram at Rose Nails. She does a beautiful job on my nails including sometimes a little flower on my toe or something. She is so accomodating when I am trying to read a magazine answer my phone and get a mani pedi at the same time. I love the massage chair, they have good magazines and the price is right too. Peeling paint, not updated and a little messy. Got a mani pedi, decent but very unorganized. No nail dryers, didn't put my friends sandals on before doing her pedicure so her nails got messed up. Didn't collect payment before the manicure so luckily my friend only had a pedicure and was able to pay for us. Nail shapes and lengths aren't even and the polish doesn't go all the way to the cuticle so it kind of looks like I got the manicure last week. This place is disgusting. Everything is old and dirty. There's a pile of empty water bottles in the corner, dust on the spa chairs, and spiderwebs on their coffee table. They have food sitting out on one of the tables where you're supposed to be getting your nails done. Not to mention I received the worst pedicure I've ever had here. It lasted a total of 20 minutes, which included seven minutes of soaking my feet. She filed my nails, pretended to massage me, and then put paint on my toenails, that was it!
