I brought my work laptop to send off some emails, and without even asking, my nail tech Hong brought out a nice padded tray to put my laptop on! I thought that was such a nice and thoughtful touch. I was 10 minutes late because of construction in the area and they still attended me with no problem. Upon stepping into the nail salon, I felt very relaxed and calm despite traffic chaos I just dealt with.
