The barista is still yelling at the paying customers. I was yelled at last week. Maybe the barista needs to get own hearing check and may need a hearing aid? The owner could try purchase a roll of sticky grey 3 inch wide tape that is so sticky it will stay in place until the tape is removed as a form of behavior modification. The barista was incredibly rude and quite nasty tempered. I was polite. I wasn't screaming at the barista there at all. I would encourage every patron start the day off teaching the barista a lesson that may change the barista into be a little more appropriate. The barista is to experience a 6 month restriction or the owner to fire the barista outright. The best way, place the barista on restriction and restrict the tips to one copper penny and not any other money, coins or dollars to be the tip. From now on the only tip paid to the barista is just 1 copper penny. The ambiance needs working on inside barrelista coffee house.
