    Came early (like when does that ever happen?) and were super speedy…read more I do wish they would've asked if they should wear boot covers because we are a no-shoe house, but I don't think most places would consider that standard protocol.     I am really disappointed with the quality of service I received from Delta Plumbing…read more My first interaction with Delta was when they uninstalled my toilets. I understand that plumbers often have long days and multiple jobs to complete, but that should not be an excuse to place my toilet seats in front of my front door out of frustration, leaving residue on my patio. My second interaction was for the installation of the new toilets. The plumber arrived at my house and immediately attempted to give every excuse as to why he couldn't install them. After speaking with his boss, he came back and said he would install them, but not before explaining that there was new staff working at their call center who didn't know what they were doing and that the details of the job had been explained incorrectly to me. At that point, I honestly just wanted the toilets installed, so I offered to show him my work order. He responded by saying, "I'm not here to argue," and walked away. He then installed the toilets, and when he was finished, he asked me to inspect them. He still appeared frustrated as I walked through the house to look at the work. The brand-new toilets and my floors had a significant amount of residue on them from the installation, but that was not my main concern. One of the toilets was installed at an obvious angle. I am not being picky--it was clearly crooked. I asked if he could straighten it out. Frustrated, he told me the toilet flange was off and that if I wanted it fixed, it would cost $4,500. He then told me to sign off on the job. I also asked him to take the sink that I had paid for him to remove from the house. He refused, stating that it would be a "liability." He said they would simply refund me instead. He then left, leaving behind both the sink and the trash. I admit that I knowingly signed the paperwork because I did not trust the company to properly correct the issue. I later had another plumber come out to inspect and fix the work. He told me there was nothing wrong with the flange and that the crooked installation was most likely the result of laziness. Over the years, I have had many positive experiences with tradesmen and have great respect for the hard work and effort they put into their jobs. Unfortunately, this company did not reflect that level of professionalism or workmanship, and I am truly shocked by the experience I had.

Anthony was very patient in explaining our options that we had to correct our plumbing problem. Thanks again for such great service. (Jim in Sun City West) Follow-up: Anthony, along with Yael, and Colen arrived early Friday morning to install our new main water line to our house. From start to finish, they trenched, installed, and tested the new main line in just about six and a half hours. Their work as a team is truly outstanding.     As we move into summer, our 11 year old AC unit started having days where it would stop blowing…read morecold air. We'd turn it off for a bit, turn it back on and it would work just fine for a few more days. Didn't seem to be a problem with electric, refrigerant, etc. We'd had the unit serviced recently so not much dirt on the unit.. I guess we're lucky because in the few years we've been here both our units have functioned great. Wasn't sure who to call, but we'd had a great experience with the plumbing side of Hansen, so we reached out. Scheduling was very easy. You can do so online, or a real person answers the phone. They offered to have someone out within a few hours! Our problem wasn't that urgent, but it's comforting to know. Benjamin was our technician, and he was great with communication. He diagnosed the problem (leaking fan motor) very quickly, and gave us options for repair. At no time was he pushy about anything, just factual. We were on the fence with repair vs replace, but decided the unit had enough life in it to repair. Ben also gave us figures on replacing with an eye towards the future. He wrote it all up even knowing that we weren't going to buy anything in the short term. This is really excellent customer service, and you can bet when we're ready we will remember. The repairs were done quickly, we got an email with the invoice and pictures of all the areas worked on. The property was left tidy, and it was an overall excellent experience. That was a week ago, and our AC is working better than it has in the past two years.
