I if it's the 18 hour days or sleeping only four hours a night but I was craving Margherita and my quest began. This is not a menu item and it takes a special talent to perfect so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. Not to mention my lack of rest caused me to get pan (thick crust) instead of thin ‍, my hopes were low. The Chef was undaunted by the challenge and hit a homerun with this fabulous creation and along with the best ranch in town my hunger was satisfied. #thepuddingcreektrestle #foodporn #onlyinfortbragg #margheritapizza #seabirdlodge #twistedthursday #dinnertime #thelocisonhisownagain

Great pizza and fast delivery. We're from out of town and didn't have a coupon but when we asked about a discount they found one for us!

Friendly, helpful staff, good salad bar, stayed open later than 6 pm which most of the diner closed early. A very friendly atmosphere.

Potstickers were pretty okay as long as you didn't get a burned one. Teriyaki ribs were greasy but fairly tasty. The vegetarian chow mein and the rice noodles were inoffensive and the egg rolls (labeled spring rolls) were pretty good and not oily. My husband said the shrimp were good. Otherwise, the food was either dried out or tasteless. Wonton soup had no flavor at all - I had to add salt AND soy sauce. Hot & sour soup was hot, all right, but not sour, and had no flavor. My husband had some of the tilapia and regretted it. There's a salad bar that appeared untouched. There is American food (fried chicken, mashed potatoes) which looked okay but I didn't try it. I had some melon (hard) and orange slices (dried out). My husband asked me if I had noticed the sushi - yes, I saw it, but I was afraid to try it. Atmosphere is utterly depressing - families with kids that are being threatened to eat ("I'm gonna count to three and you better eat... one... two...") or pressured ("You can't have any ice cream until you eat your pizza"). We only ate here because we were very tired from a long road trip and it was close to our motel. We left hoping we wouldn't get sick. Never again.

The salad dressing tasted like it was gasoline that had been poured over the salad. The service was OK by our server who was not very well acquainted with the menu. However, the service from the people who owned it, and the other people was just awful And unpersonable rude and not willing to give our money back even when the food was edible They even charged us for a little bit of extra ginger because what the meal came with was so little, but the problem is, we couldn't eat either because it was all brown with dark brown spots over it as though it was moldy The ambience Well, if I had cared about the ambience, I would never have walked into this place because basically it's a dump and very dirty But I do try to go Enter places that look like this sometime with the hope that the food is amazing as I have been to many restaurants that don't look so good but their food is wonderful unfortunately this was not our experience My husband Husband asked for a refund or a remake of our food and they refused So we ended up not having a meal and paying $40 for what was delivered to our table I think someone should call the health inspection on this place

They did a great job remodeling, although when you first walk. Up to the building it was not obvious to me to go upstairs. We came at 11 on a Saturday, we were the first ones to sit in the bar. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Our Bloody Marys were tasty. We had the cerviche which came with what seems like homemade chips- it tasted fresh. We also had the grilled cod tacos with black beans and rice which were good. I'd go back!

I went hard on the appetizers- mussels steamer, calamari, and fresh oysters. All were fresh tasting and very well done. The oysters were sweet and a little larger, the calamari crisp, tender, and fully cooked. I liked the mussels, but they were a touch small and the sauce was actually great but there wasn't much. We closed out with the Caesar salad topped with the local rockfish done Cajun style, wow! We didn't want a bunch of extras and it let us try the grilled fish. Shockingly good salad (yes, rest of the US, you can do it!) and the fish was perfect. The view was spectacular, right out the harbor to the sea. The interior was huge. My only complaint was the person who took our reservation and then checked us in was abrupt and disinterested in customer service. Her manager seemed squarely on it and so set a great tone. Same with our server and the clean up team, superb service.

The buffet opened at 5:00 so we got in line at 4:45 and we noticed there was quite a line forming. A host called for the VIP people to head to the left and they had a special cashier handling these guests. You pay first and then a server escorts you to a table. They were seating people outside on the covered deck too. The employees said it is quite nice out there with the heaters. Since it was a rainy and cold day, we decided to be seated indoors. The interior is smaller than I expected and they gave us a large table off to the side. The line for the buffet looked long but it moved along. There is an adjacent room where you go for the main menu items (pasta, egg rolls, Asian chicken, soups, rolls, prime rib, chicken piccata, fish, shrimp, salads, etc), and desserts are just outside of this room. The line for the buffet formed straight through the dining room so we were walking right next to tables where guests were eating. I was glad we didn't get seated in this area. The food was surprisingly good. My favorites were the prime rib, cranberry wild rice, and mashed potatoes. Their Caesar salad was really fresh with crisp greens and lots of shaved parmesan. The prime rib carver will ask your preference on how you like your meat cooked. I asked for a small piece but the nice carver is happy to give you larger cuts too. We all agreed that their prime rib was excellent. The employees are all very sweet. They ask for drink orders and they are good about removing your empty dishes. Desserts were okay, but nothing exceptional. We all said if they had soft serve, we would be elated. We all agreed that this dinner was 100% better than the Thanksgiving meal we had in November but the employees were super nice and accommodating both times we were there. Dining area is clean and managed well. The greatest thing is that this place is non-smoking! There is a large multi-level parking garage.

Service is good but the food is just okay. We went for the $28 prime rib dinner special and it felt like the baked potatoes were cooked yesterday and then warmed up. The vegetables were most likely from a frozen bag. The glass of red wine tasted like it was from a bottle that had been opened a few days before - we couldn't finish it. The prime rib was good but we were a bit disappointed with the overall dining experience. It was basically cafeteria food: edible but not memorable.
