Came here to eat because I had an appointment at urgent care, only had 30 minutes to eat and let's say it took forever to get my order . Essentially 30 minutes to get my order so I ended up getting it to go instead , my girlfriend was so upset but we ate a slice each before running out the door . The staff wasn't very friendly either , they were more interested in talking to each other . On the plus side the pizza was good , but would I ever go out of my way to eat here again ? Heck no ! I work a few minutes away and come here a couple times a week. The staff here is great. When I walk in. They know my name and my regular order. Their are very friendly and they appreciate regular business. There have been times when I walked in and there was a line and they will pull my food out put it in a tray and tell me they will come by my table for payment. I'm from Northern California where Round Table is huge. In Southern California they're pretty spread out so I went years without around Table before I started working in the OC. I have always loved Round Table pizza and i think its the best pizza on earth and usually i am always happy at every location i visit until today. I was in the area today and needed lunch and saw a Round Table pizza and thought yay im gonna go get my lunch special a small personal sausage and onion pizza with a all you can eat salad but when I ordered my salad they said they don't serve all you can eat salad at this location its only a one time go and i was given the smallest tiny like child size cereal bowl that wouldn't be able to hold hardly anything. So upon going to the salad bar anyway the salad bowl at the bar was not fresh at all and it was 2/3 empty and old looking plus not cold at all and the restaurant was empty except for a few beer drinkers . Everything was warm and old looking so i just did the best I could and tried to pick out decent scraps. The Ranch dressing did not taste like Ranch at all and the tomatoes were rubbery. For the price you pay it's totally not worth it. Pizza tastes blah I would 100 times order a pan pizza from Pizza Hut or Manhattan pizza if you want more of an authentic pizza. 0 stars for service: We got to this place and it was pretty empty (during lunch time on super bowl Sunday). We found that to be a little strange. We thought this place was going to be friggin packed! But it wasn't. We picked the biggest table on the corner as we were a party of 6. Everything seemed fine! A young man took our order. We ordered 4 soft drinks and a water. Water is supposed to be free correct? And it is. But check this out: it turns out as we each were getting our drinks one of my friends accidentally requested his water on a slightly bigger cup that the "water cup." So that was a total of 3 soft drinks and a water in these magical "soft drink cups"... when we requested the missing (paid) soft drink the guy who took our order said, "you have to pay for it because you used you soda cup for water!" This made no friggin sense! I mean can't you just give us less soda in the smaller cup? And not make such a big deal? I was so thrown off but i decided to take the high road. I said, "ok I'll pay for it." The guy there I guess finally realized that the cooler thing was not to charge us since we had requested 4 drinks and a water in the first place! We didn't get charged for that extra drink. When we got called for our order, the pizza wasn't there. I guess waiting an extra minute is no big deal (but why call us if it's not ready?) Ok so not that big of a deal. But when another guy brought one of our pizzas, I asked politely, "there's one more coming right?" He answered in a rude tone, "Yeah I'm getting it." This really got me. Why do people have to be rude? Especially at a restaurant where your paying for a service? I'm not eating for free here? We never act rude with any of them. I can't speak for all of their staff but I'm not exaggerating when I say this. The two guys that we exchanged words with were rude and need to work on their customer service skills. 5/5 appearance This place is cozy. I really liked the way it looks. Worst customer service ever. Order food before closing time to dine in . The staff turned off the lights while we were still eating . We asked why were the lights turned off. The guy who was cleaning the table tall Vietnamese guy said that they closed at 9 thats why they turned them off . When we asked for his name he declined giving it to us and he said he was going to call his manager to come talk to us like if its was some kind of joke. Manager "Liz" came out to speak with us saying that she didn't see us cause she was counting money while the staff knew we were still there after we had to get our own plates and cups cause they didn't give us none . Round Table is our usual pizza place that we order from when we are home so when I saw that this location was less than a mile from our hotel, we ordered from here. An XL pizza advertised as 16 pieces was ordered. Tried to order cinnamon twists but the girl acted like she had no clue what they were despite them being on the menu. 4 small fountain drinks was $17 which I should have paid more attention to but oh well. Pizza came out and was only 11 slices. Two of those slices were extremely small. Went to the counter to ask if they gave us the wrong pizza and they said oh no they are out if XL pizzas. asked why wouldn't you say that when I ordered? Why would you proceed to charge me for the extra large pizza knowing you were going to give me the large anyway. Manager turns around and tells the "cook" he cut the pizza in too few slices. Reminded the manager that the XL and the Large are not the same so cutting the large into more slices results in still less pizza than I paid for. Ultimately was partially refunded for the overcharge but will never return again. This seemed like something they do regularly. read more

You can tell that they use fresh ingredients and it was baked to perfection. It was so hot that we had to wait for it to cool down before indulging. Their veggie pizza isn't like anything else I've had. It was really fulfilling, flavorful, and packed with tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. They definitely weren't stingy on packing on the ingredients. Service was friendly, but cashier was confused and confusing, she messed up our order, gave us an individual salad when I ordered family size, but the manager made it right. They made our salad, had a variety of vegetables, but too many mushrooms. Our twists came out before our pizza, they were fresh and hot, soon after the pizza came out, also fresh and hot. We really enjoyed our meal and the Warriors game, which we were able to watch in the back dining room. We always order from this Round Table when I visit my daughter. Their service is always outstanding, and the pizza always arrives piping hot, without fail. Tonight I ordered and was told the usual 45 minute to 1 hour wait. They arrived in 25 miles minutes tonight! Also, they are always willing to share evening specials. Not all Round Tables do, especially in the Bay Area where I live. We got An amazing deal that kept the vegetarian and meat eaters in the family happy! We use this place from time to time for work pizza parties (I'd order from this spot for home delivery if they'd be willing to drive all the way to my house!!). They are always warm and friendly when we order. The pizza is always wonderful, cheesy, and hot when it's delivered. This is a great go-to location if you like consistent, quality pizza!
