I've been coming here for years with family but of lately it's noticeable that something has changed. Not for the good but for the bad. Not sure if management has changed or ownership but previous staff members have left unexpectedly due to very concerning reasons. I've run into former staff at other restaurants and bars and this is what is going on . They are not getting paid on time. Their checks are bouncing. They are not receiving their schedules on time and most importantly they're under staffed thus impacting service and quality which has gone down substantially. Also may I say that the place is now dirty there's dust everywhere the bathrooms are not up kept and and or some toilets/urinals are not working. This place used to be great but the new owners/managers are taking this place down the drain and fast. Sadly it has been my last time here, beware to all those who never be here before . read more

Hey do yourself a favor... stay home. As for management; if you want this business to become anything other than terrible, Hire all new staff and start with a fresh slate of people willing to work. It's took 20 min to realize we were seated. 15 min to get waters and 15 min after waters and a draft beer to cash out. It's a Monday.... It's very slow and the service was so bad it will go down as the biggest disappointment I've ever experienced in a restaurant. I would like to believe that this was a mistake and for some odd reason to return to this establishment with better expectations next time. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a family salad. The pizza was burned, the crust thin and hardly any cheese or pepperoni. The restaurant remade it for me, but then it became a battle over ranch dressing. I was given 2 half filled 2oz. Cups of ranch for a large salad. I had to pay for the dressing that should have come with the salad. I will probably not be back. There are many other pizza places that are half the cost. This round table is okay. It seems to have a lot of customer service hold overs from when it was Sports Watch. This means the service can be hit or miss. We've gone and had good service, we've had 2 star service and we've been there, waited in the bar area for 30 minutes and walked out due to no service at all. When you DO have the attention of the servers, they are friendly and up beat. We always have had accurate orders and the food quality is typically about as high as the calorie count. Unfortunately so is the price, so plan on paying a premium for pizza for just about anything you order. You can save a few bucks if you arrive with coupons from the weekly mailer. The ambiance is worth going at least once to check it out. There's plenty of TV and a good selection of beer if you can get a seat at the bar. read more

We called at 5:20 and placed an order for delivery. We were told it would be 50 minutes. At 6:30 we called asking about the order and was told 10-15 more minutes. Called again at 6:54pm and asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 6 minutes. We hung up and called again and kenzi answered and said there were no delivery drivers and that the manager was too busy to talk to us and she hung up on us. We called again and Kenzi said hopefully the manager would process our refund within 24 hours. If they had told us there were no drivers when we placed the order we would have happily picked the pizza up. We have not heard from them yet regarding our refund. First off, I wanted to mention that there is an intense sense of nostalgia walking into a Round Table Pizza. It was my favorite pizza chain as a kid and there aren't many around anymore. Since this is a "clubhouse" it is more of a sit down, family friendly restaurant with a small arcade for the kiddo's or those young at heart (Me!). I have only sat at the bar area as my friends and I go to their trivia night on Tuesday evenings. The bar area is huge and really nice! I really wish, however they would use a much better water filtration system as the water and ice combination is abhorrent. The worst customer service ever, every time I come here the bartenders pay no attention to the people at the bar, took forever to get a beer, asked for a menu, never came back for my food order, can't believe they're still in business, and it was 4:30 in the afternoon, not busy at all, won't go back. Worst service after my nephews graduation, went in because everything was packed , upon arrival there were no more thank 3 parties in the whole restaurant. We were excited to have found a Round Table Pizza in Highland, Ca we ordered our pizza ahead of time. The Pizza was Not ready, we carried our non alcoholic drinks with us due to the abnormal high heat...we were seated outside. We got our pizza about 1/2 hour later then ordered, it was warm, not hot.... the server then said, "oh and your outside drink is not welcomed, just so you know for next time"..... well besides being tired, hot and needing to wait for our food, now we felt un-welcomed, uncomfortable and this placed a damper on our impromptu date....we ate only because it was late; left no tip.... best way to lose a customer. read more

Great hangout spot with tons of tvs to watch games and great prices on tasty pizza, wings and sandwiches. They have an arcade section for kids which wasn't too thrilling but was manageable. The staff was great and very helpful and the food was outstanding. I recommend the Hawaiian pizza and their mild buffalo wings were amazing. They also have a lunch buffet from 11-1:30 on the weekdays I'll have to check out for only $7.99! read more

As someone who's been a lover of pizza since forever, worked at two Round Tables myself, along with 4 Domino's. This Round Table is pretty freakin lame. They don't use the rewards program, they have no deals except the generic ones, they never have like a pie of the month deal that's a cheaper specialty, and to top it all off, special requests that are simple are denied. Is it really an issue to drizzle one type of sauce on top of another? Now don't get me wrong, the ladies at the front are always polite and respectful, but the quality of pizza is average. During covid they have had illogical hours for a sports bar. All in all, the owner needs to pull his head out of his heini, get a breath of fresh air and pull his act together. read more

Round Table is one of our favorite pizzas and the atmosphere is fun for all the sporting games. Prices are higher, guess you're paying for the entertainment. Our very recent visit was Horrible!! We were waited on for our drinks and food order and that was the very last time we saw our server. Our food was brought by a robot which we were surprised by. Robots taking human jobs away (not thrilled by this). Robot came with our order and just enough time to remove our 2 salads when the dumb thing took off with the rest of our order back to the kitchen. I had to go retrieve the rest of our food and had to serve our own table. One drink wrong and never fixed, never any refills and salads wanted before our meals. Spoke with manager on duty and he removed some items from our bill. We were thankful for that but it doesn't change our experience. Get rid of the robot, you are in customer service and have your servers stop by the table more often to see if anyone needs anything. We have decided to change our location to a smaller venue. Really disappointed overall. We waited in the lobby for 10 min before a host even walked to the front. My mom peaked her head in to see if anyone would come up from and the hostess with the braids said "the sign says to wait to be seated so". Like ? What the heck was that. After our party of 5 was sat in a tiny booth, we considered leaving to go somewhere else. THIS PLACE USED TO BE GOOD. Our server was nice. No complaints there. The food took forever. There's no happy hour anymore either ??? The menu is a quarter of the size it used to. The booths smelt terrible. The manager was running the food out. No one has better pizza than Round Table. Period. It has been my #1 favorite for at least 30 years. I also love beer and sports and arcades. This new Round Table Clubhouse is like heaven. It combines the best pizza, beer, sports bar, gameroom, and sports memorabilia museum under one roof. I've been to at least 15 Round Table restaurants all over the country, and this one ranks among the very best. I read some of the negative reviews. Whiners. Don't take this place for granted. It is a special place in the community where we can watch sports, bring our kids, go on dates, have birthday parties, or just go and eat some damn good pizza. This place used to be the best; my friends and I come have been coming here here at least once a week for almost year sometimes multiple times a week. When we started service was in point and food was consistently the best. For the past couple of months service has consistently gotten worse and unbelievably slow. The food quality has also gone down hill the twists are burnt and the pizza also is inconsistent and occasionally burnt. We are considering not coming here anymore. We will try for a couple more weeks but if things don't change we will switch restaurants for good. Please fix this round table. read more

I was very much looking forward to having a quality Round Table Pizza and I odered a large Italian Garlic Supreme Pizza; the first thought that comes to mind was "Disappointment". Customarily Round Table Pizza is piled high with quality ingredients and is covered in full, edge to edge. Hence the high price for Round Table pizza. This pizza was dry and not covered edge to edge, and the chopped tomato pieces on the pizza were poor quality...yellow, not ripe, took most of the tomatoes off and tossed them. my coworkers and I can to celebrate a going away and we had around 20 people. They first lied and said they had 2 large parties coming in and couldn't accommodate us They then changed their minds and gave us a table. throughout the night we never saw any large parties come in. We spent more than 1000$ that night but we were asked to leave because we were told that we had been there too long. Mind you we are ordering drinks and food all night long. The area we sat in was empty and everyone was well behaved and spending money. They stated a made up policy saying that they can kick out customers after 5 hours. This was very unprofessional and uncalled for and We will never bring business to this restaurant again and also we encourage all other employees of the hospital we work at not to patronize this business. I had a lovely lunch with my family this Monday afternoon. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the employees were amazing! I did not rate my experience a 5 because it took longer than we expected to get our food and was slightly disappointing. Although the wait times were not the best, the food was delicious and we had the please of having Trent as our server. He constantly checked up on our table and you can tell he really cares about his customers and making a good impression. He made the most out of the situation and with his kind demeanor, we honestly were in no rush to even get our food!
