We went to this establishment for lunch today after waking up late from all our New Year's Eve partying. I have to say that we were super impressed with the food and service here. Hubby and I both ordered the lunch special, personal pizza with a drink. The crust was not to think and nice and crispy. I had a cheese and basil pizza and he ordered the Kailua pork. I wish I had ordered the Kailua pork too it was so good! The waitress was very friendly! My only complaint was that our cups sat empty for a while... but to be fair I think there were only two waitresses in the whole restaurant. We will definitely be back! Thanks! read more

I like RT pizza. We have one at home. Knowing there was one at Hilton Hawaiian Village, i decided to drop by. Never got a chance to eat as after waiting at the entrance for 5 minutes. I was told to wait outside and forgotten. The cashier and one waiter were nowhere to be seen.. After 10 minutes I left. Unfriendly, uninterested, not worth my time. BTW, it was not busy. A table for two became available at the front while I was waiting. Bad management. Can't comment on the pizza. read more

Good for quick food. After traveling all morning and standing in a long check in line at the Hilton, we needed a quick lunch to go. Pizza was ready in 15 minutes. Garlic Parmesan twists with ranch are a must. Solid food and EXCELLENT customer service. They guy at the counter was great. Thanks for eliminating our hangry-ness! read more

Came here on a Friday night for dinner before the Friday night 7:45 pm fireworks show. The place was packed. We had a party of 6, and the bigger tables were all taken, but luckily one group was just about done with their meal so we quickly snatched the table before another party got it (seating is first come, first serve - grab your own). There is waiter/waitress service for dine-in customers. If you want take-out, you order at the counter. We were so hungry after checking into the HHV-Lagoon Tower. After walking around and seeing several other restaurants menus, we opted to go inside the Round Table Pizza restaurant. It was early in the afternoon and we were able to take advantage of their luncheon specials. For $15 you have a choice of a personal pizza and a drink. For an additional $4 you add salad. I ordered the Italian Sandwich with a salad, and wow....the sandwich was just what I needed to satiate a hungry appetite. It was two large helpings of major Italian cuts and the salad was fresh and a good portion as well. Of course we had a brew that I made into a shandy. The missus was also happy with her choice of the Margerite Pizza and actually asked for a Togo box. The Round Table Pizza wait person named Rico did very well and I told him we would most likely come back before the week is over. read more

Only had one waitress serving the entire restaurant at peak lunch time, so service was very slow. Unpleasant smell throughout the restaurant. Way overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. They charge $24 for 10 chicken wings. The pizza is equivalent to a mediocre Domino's pizza. They have a captive audience at the Hilton resort, and it's clear they wouldn't survive otherwise. read more

Round Table at the Hilton Hawaiian Village is our favorite pizza place in Waikiki. We always pick up a large King Arthur's Supreme to eat on the beach while waiting for the Aloha Friday fireworks. The kids also love the garlic parmesan twists and the garlic bread. The restaurant has inside seating too, but they are usually very busy. If you want to avoid a wait, call your order in for pick up. Service here is great. read more

Stopped by for lunch with the family since our Atlantis cruise got canceled. A table was not available when we arrived, but we were the first on the waiting list. This location is not big, so in order to prevent a 20-30 minute wait, we were provided the option to split our family into two separate tables but were not allowed to connect them, so we were separated by the walking aisle (4 feet apart) while we ate. Not recommended for big families / parties. We ordered the King Arthur's Supreme pizza. It was okay, but the crust was on point. However, we also ordered garlic twists served with ranch dressing, and I have to say those were VERY good. Service was quick, but we probably won't be back unless we need to be somewhere on hotel property again. read more

Fast, fast, fast! Good service too! I had just finished playing the tapa bar and my wife wanted pizza from Round table! They are open until midnight, YES! They were hustling. I didn't expect them to be running around and doing such a great job after 11pm but they were! You know Round table pizza. It has a unique crust and even though they don't use corn flour on the bottom anymore it's still good tasting! You can only get it here at Hilton Hawaiian village or At Giovanni's and in Kailua. Thank you for being in Hilton Hawaiian Village! Will be ordering more to go since I play here fairly often! read more

Staycation at Hilton for us, always means one night of round table pizza. In our opinion, one of the best pizzas in Waikiki, but the fact it's in a hotel also means a bit more expensive too. Our go to is always the King Arthur which is basically a supreme. Wait times can be a little longer cause it's in the hotel, this time around we waited about 45 minutes. Is worth the wait for us, since this is the only time we ever eat round table. read more

Honestly the food was okay nothing out of the ordinary i don't think the prices were fair to be honest. I spent $43 on two drinks, a MEDIUM pizza, and garlic knots. The food was decent but not $43 quality. The service was a decent time considering how busy it was. It's not somewhere i'd crave but i wouldn't not go again. The last time I had Roundtable Pizza was in the 90's at the Ralph's shopping center in Chula Vista, CA - across from BVHS. We always ordered the King Arthurs Supreme because it was pretty darn good and satisfying. When I immediately saw that it was the first item on the menu here, decision was made. Just a minor difference. This specialty pizza had an extra topping that I nixed - Portuguese sausage. Pizza arrived and it was EXACTLY how I remembered! The Small we ordered was just enough for two, 6 slices. Love at first bite. Some other reviews gave negative comments about the thin crust, but this is just how Roundtable prepares their pizza. I prefer thin because you really get to taste all of the flavorful meat and veggie toppings, which they don't skimp out on. We also ordered 1/2lb of Buffalo Wings for starters and it was a great addition to our late night dinner. Our server was quick and attentive. At 8pm, it was quite busy but there were 2-3 tables open for inside dining for our party of 3. We wanted to watch some football so having TV screens in the dining area was a plus. Most customers enjoy the outdoor seating. Expect to see lots of tourists. Good stuff all around. We will be back! read more

Second time coming to this location and I won't return. I ordered at medium pepperoni pizza for $26, picked the pizza up and got home and there literally 1 to 2 pieces of pepperoni on each slice. What I got was tons of cheese piled on instead. The star is for the customer service at the register being good, but missed the mark on the pizza. read more

We go early for lunch on Sundays and grab a seat outside. The proprietor was especially kind and friendly to my FIL and I appreciated that. Overall this is the second best NY style pizza place after black shamrock by a small margin - the Jersey pie at shamrock with its awesome sauce and perfect crust is hard to beat but don't think you can order it by the slice. So very very close.

I reiterated that I was asking about a children's portion of spaghetti and marinara, which she confirmed. I asked a third time that it would be spaghetti and plain red sauce (nothing spicy, no meat bits, etc), and got a "yes." I placed an order, waited 15 minutes and walked down there to pick it up. The hostesses were friendly and I paid $18 (plus 10% tip) for the small bowl of pasta. They asked me how my day was going, and I joked that it would be better now, since I could finally give my kid his favorite "red spaghetti." I walked back to my hotel room to feed my child, but when I opened the container, I let out a loud frustrated sigh when I saw a bowl of penne and marinara, not spaghetti. Again, this is for a TODDLER, and my toddler only eats spaghetti, not penne. In frustration, I called Sao Paulo and explained the situation. When I told the young hostess (who obviously doesn't have children) that my toddler doesn't eat penne, he only eats spaghetti, she actually laughed at me on the phone, which I found to be very rude. I told her this is not funny, that I'm desperately trying to feed my picky toddler on vacation, and that I specifically asked for spaghetti - several times - on the phone. She said she would have to consult her manager, which I found odd, because honestly, we're talking about probably 50 cents worth of pasta to this restaurant, which I paid $18 for. That's a 3,500% profit. After putting me on hold for several minutes, the hostess told me they would give me another children's portion of actual spaghetti at no extra charge. That "no extra charge" part was emphasized to me, like they're making a great sacrifice by giving me another 50 cents worth of pasta. I also looked at their kids menu online while trying to resolve the situation, and it says "perfectly cooked pasta" with marinara, NOT penne, so I don't understand their problem here. If their kids menu had said "penne" specifically, I would understand how this was my mistake, not theirs. My wife volunteered to get the replacement spaghetti and marinara because she could tell I might not be very polite to the hostess for laughing at me on the phone. She came back with a second container of... PLAIN spaghetti with NO marinara sauce, which again, my toddler would not eat. Our only solution was to rub the penne on the spaghetti to get as much marinara on it as possible. (The things parents do for their kids...) My toddler then ate some. I would estimate there was probably 10 cents worth of marinara sauce on the penne. So Sao Paolo saved themselves 10 cents by giving me dry replacement spaghetti. While all this happened, my toddler had a 30 minute meltdown in our hotel room because his dada had promised him his favorite "red spaghetti" when I first placed the order, only to get screwed by Sao Paolo twice. I believe the manager at Sao Paulo gave us dry spaghetti on purpose as a sort of f-you to us. This was a very mean-spirited thing to do to a family traveling with a young child, even if we're just a bunch of stupid haole. It was definitely not keeping with the "aloha spirit." I would remind all employees at Sao Paolo that they are supposed to practice Kokua and Lokomaika'i, even to mainlanders. If you're a parent with a picky eater child, don't count on Sao Paolo restaurant to listen to you or care about your situation. They are actively rude to and dismissive of parents traveling with young children. They will act like giving you 50 cents worth of pasta is a big deal, even if their mistake caused the whole problem in the first place. BTW, I ate the "perfectly cooked" penne. It was overcooked and mushy (the pasta fell apart while I ate it), and the "house-made" marinara was bland. It tasted like canned Chef Boyardee.

The contrast between the rich coffee and sweet, cold gelato was quite nice. Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things that could have been better, but we'd definitely consider coming back again to try some of the other dishes.

I ate here a bunch three years ago. I always get the Maui Zaui, with chicken instead of ham. They always charge extra for that, which sorta irked me because it's a substitution, not an addition. But okay, I can deal with it to get exactly the pizza I like. And I do like this pizza. Also, it's the same policy at all their locations. Tonight was a bit of a shock though. Maybe the beer fogs my memory, maybe I used to split pizza more (though I distinctly remember getting a personal size...) but I just don't remember this place, even at this location, being SO expensive! $18.95 for a 9 inch small?!?! Not including the chicken substitution! That's just absurd. I got a small pizza, iced tea, a soda, and a beer and the bill was over $30. I'm aware that Waikiki prices are higher than other island locations, and that island locations are more than mainland locations, and that's fine. Still - I feel like I need to go see a doctor for the treatment I got there. I better poop money for that kind of price. I guess I misread their menu, because I could've sworn a personal was 10.95, and small was 13.95. Still higher than what I'd like to pay, and of course I couldn't confirm it because their website doesn't include prices. Just before I called them to ask them to review my bill, I turned to Yelp, and apparently I need to get my eyes checked. I received very poor customer service from the young lady in the counter desk along with her supervisor Andrew. It took me awhile to find my Negative Covid Test so I was forced to place an order to go instead of dining in as I originally planned since my baby was hungry. Once I found my proof of Negative Covid Test, they advised me I was not allowed to switch to dine in to enjoy a meal with my family on thanksgiving day because my order was already placed to go. I asked them why I couldn't dine in after having proof of a negative covid result and they said because the tables were reserved for dine in customers only. I'm still a customer!!! Mr. Andrew also said the waiter is here to serve dine in customers only, that the waiters were there for a reason to not just be standing around and for customers that placed their order to dine in. I was then offered my money back since I didn't like the "rule" in place. I told him I did not want my money back, I only wanted my baby to eat. Very, very disappointed that I had to experience this while on vacation with my family! What happened to Ohana? What happened to hospitality? I am staying in HAWAII HILTON VILLAGE HOTEL and I do NOT RECOMMEND ROUND PIZZA HOTEL. read more

We stopped into Round Table Pizza in Honolulu and had such a great experience! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were generous, and everything tasted so much better than your typical chain pizza. You can tell they take pride in the quality. The staff was warm, friendly, and super attentive. Even though they were busy, they checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed island vibe that made the whole experience even better. This is just about the worst pizza I have ever had! It was like cardboard with spaghetti sauce and old cheese. The service was exceptionally awful as well. I paid $30 dollars for a large pizza that I ordered for pickup. I then waited 15 minutes in the store (where there is no waiting area). All the time, my order was sitting in the hot case waiting to be picked up but no one bothered to look when I paid at the counter. That said, Luigi's Pizza located on Kuhio Ave in Honolulu is easily one of the best pizza parlors that I've ever had the pleasure of checking out. I don't eat pork, so I opted for the Truffle Mushroom White with Arugula, and it absolutely hit the spot. The pizza itself wasn't excessively greasy, the crust was flaky as opposed to the borderline cardboard-like texture you'd expect from a major chain, and the cheese was, for lack of better word, gooey. The mushrooms were spread out on each slice instead of being cluttered all in one area, the white truffle absolutely melted with each bite, and the arugula gave the pizza a little extra kick without having an overpowering taste. The service was outstanding as well. Since my brother and I were trying it out for the first time, the staff were super helpful in explaining what some of the customer favorite pizzas were and why. They were also especially helpful with their recommendations for toppings to add with our respective pizzas, and that simple gesture compelled me to leave a small tip. Our orders took roughly twenty minutes each, so we weren't in there particularly long despite it being fairly busy around 8:30 PM on a Thursday night and two other customers ordering ahead of us. We had our order to go, so I wouldn't feel too comfortable offering my opinion on the atmosphere too much. That said, the restaurant itself is a small yet comfortable space that also offers outdoor eating for folks who prefer that kind of vibe. Had we stayed at the restaurant, we likely would have eaten our food outside since that portion of the establishment seems to offer a little more leg room than the inside. Lastly, I only gave Luigi's Pizza a 4/5 stars due to the fact that there are no sides such as breadsticks or wings. Although the pizza itself is some of the best I've ever had, I would have definitely enjoyed some breadsticks and marinara sauce to go with it. That said, the excellent and fast customer service and delicious, non-greasy pizza are more than enough to check out at least once.

Eggs were light, sweet bread was from Punalu'u, Chipotle aioli was creamy, bacon and arugula gave it texture. Very well balanced. My daughter had the massive breaky burrito. She said it was delicious and took the other half to go since it was so filling. My youngest was in heaven with her oreo chocolate chip pancakes. Talk about dessert for breakfast. Can't go wrong with large fluffy pancakes. Second day we tried guava French toast and chicken fried steak. These dishes were also winners. Try to eat before 8am when it's less crowded. On the inside that's in front of where they cook the food had an odd, distasteful smell. Sitting outside was perfect for me--no smell, light, and a breeze. The outside is covered with a net, but the birds know how to maneuver and find the entry points to get in. The food is served quickly so there wasn't much of a wait time to receive my food and the pricing of the food was actually pretty good compared to other places in the area.
