Worst customer service. We called and our order was taken. However, when we arrived it looked closed so we called the phone and a woman picked up and said it's open. We waited called again and she insisted it was open. We waited and knocked, no answer. Called again she answered still insisting it was open. A worker finally showed up and wasn't sure if it was open or not until he opened the place and turned on the lights. He informed me our pizza wasn't ready and the ovens were not turned on. He seemed to be the first employee showing up for work opening the place. Even though it was 30min after the time posted that they would be open. I then called the number back, a woman answered again and I explained what happened and that I would be canceling my order. She said nothing to me that would make me ever want to give them my business and not to mention how much time they wasted of mine. I have been buying pizza from Round Table in Lakewood for at least ten years. The pizzas were well made and full of the ingredients you requested, the salad bar was also well stocked. Today I ordered 2 small pizzas and a small salad bar. The Salad Bar had no pasta salad, no macaroni salad, no potato salad and no cottage cheese. So, I passed on the Salad Bar! When I asked about it, the server said she wasn't aware they offered those items on the Salad Bar! I ordered a small mushroom and olive and a small pepperoni and sausage pizza, when I got them home, there was little to no pizza sauce on the pizzas! What is going on Round Table?!? I would expect this from those other pizza guys, not from Round Table! I am very disappointed that I spent $44.07 + $5 tip on this meal. Very disappointed! read more

I would recommend this Round Table. The food and service never disappoints. Management and staff are always very nice and helpful which is important because good service is hard to find. A great family setting where you can sit and enjoy your food while keeping an eyes distance on your child in the game area. My kids love it and can spend hours playing games. "They don't call it The Last Honest Pizza for nothing." These are the words that I always say to myself whenever I think of Round Table Pizza. When I came into the pizzeria, Lucy was there to greet me. After she asked me for my order, I replied, "I'll go for the Super Extra-Large King Arthur Supreme." Lucy also asked me what type of crust I wanted: thin, medium, or thick. I thought about all the previous pizzas I had from Round Table, and I believed they were all thin or medium crust; I never recalled having a thick-crust pizza at Round Table before (or maybe I didn't think it was thick enough to be classified as a thick), so I decided to press my luck with the thick crust. She also offered me wings and drinks, but I decided to pass on it. After completing my order, Lucy said it would be about a 15-20 minute wait before my pizza was ready. I took a seat at the booth seat in front of the order counter inside the air-conditioned restaurant on a hot summer evening. I looked around and saw a lot of customers enjoying their pizzas...or the salads as was the case of the couple sitting with my back facing them. To my left was the rather small arcade room where elementary-school-aged kids went to have fun playing the arcade games there. There was also a counter for claiming prizes with tickets won from these arcade games. I didn't look carefully at the arcade section, so I can't really say much more about it other than the fact that it looked like a smaller version of Nickel City. It was almost 20 minutes when I saw an employee transfer my pizza from a long spatula to a cardboard box. Another employee named Anthony took that box of pizza and yelled out my name. I went over to the order counter, and he offered me some complimentary red pepper and grated parmesan cheese, which I couldn't say no to. I wanted to double-check to see if it really was my pizza, and VOILA! A thick-crust Super Extra-Large King Arthur Supreme right in front of my very eyes, which emitted a glowing "WOW!" in front of Anthony. I took the pizza back home and enjoyed every bite of it. We have been ordering from Round Table for many years. Their pizza used to be good. We used to order pan pizza all the time, but it is no longer available in medium. On Sunday we ordered the regular crust in medium and it was BURNT AGAIN! We are very disappointed . We also paid almost $30 for a two topping medium with tax, tip, and delivery fee. I ordered a pizza from this location because I had 3 kids at home during Christmas break that weren't feeling well. I placed the order for delivery at 5:30pm. The pizza was not delivered until 6:53pm after being quoted a delivery time of 6:26pm. When I received the pizza it was completely cold. I called the restaurant back and they would not pick up the phone. I then called my driver back who told me he would try to get them to remake the pizza. Dissatisfied I tried calling the restaurant back with the phone ringing for almost 10 minutes while I drove to the restaurant before someone answered. Then she put me on hold before hanging up on me. After dragging my life out of the foot a $30 pizza that I requested be delivered, I got a freshly made pizza. I'm not sure I'll be using this location for delivery. read more

Honestly, this place is overrated. The service was okay. The pizza was "good" at its best. The wings were terrible. They tasted like store bought wings --just smothered in their mediocre buffalo sauce--with no "bang" to them. About 2 yrs ago I purchased a home less than 2 miles away. round table has been our go to spot since, esp after a long day when I want to let my kid have a little fun while I return emails. tonight after a long day of work, swim camp, music lessons we were excited to end the day having pizza, beer, and some video games. Unfortunately our excitement was short lived as we walked into the restaurant hearing and seeing a very large white woman yelling at an almost all 'Latino' staff. as a former customer service agent, I felt inclined to support my fellow custo service workers. the woman was complaining about the sidewalk where one has to go out of their way to reach being 'uneven'. I informed the women there was nothing the employees could do, she should contact Macerich Properties who own the mall as RTP are just renting the space and the employees she's yell g at are just trying to pay their bills. The woman began yelling at me and continued yelling at the employees then proceeded to order her meal in a much calmer demeanor. While picking up my beverage i overhear the ONE Caucasian (red haired) employee apologizing for MY behavior saying 'tensions are high'. Tensions?! i walked in to employees being yelled at for no fault of their own. I waited tables 15 yrs ago while in college and am now a therapist while taking photos of said sidewalk the Caucasian employees informed me he did not see the initial interaction but felt the (obese white customer) deserved an apology I explained that NO ONE, especially employees with situations out of their control deserve being yelled and berated and as a NON-employee it is ALL of our jobs to stand up for the working class he, the cucasian red haired employee called me a 'crazy bitch'! I DEMAND this employee be FIRED from his job as he CLEARLY does not represent the best environment for his coworkers OR BIPOC customers! read more

The Customer Service here at this restaurant is very Lack Luster!!! The Little Girl they have working the register has a VERY SHITTY & NASTY ATTITUDE!!! The pizza speaks for itself! It's a bit on the pricier side, especially if you come with a family. But...if you come on Monday nights they have dine in deals. This is our favorite location because of staff and their great service. The manager always stops by to asks if everything is okay and ask if we need anything. We come pretty regularly on Mondays.
