I can only comment on this Round Table Pizza because it is the only one that I go to. The man at the register obviously had a cold and the way I could tell was the wetness running out of his nose that he kept wiping with the back of his hand. Ewww... We came in for a quick pizza and man were we surprised!! The place was full with some kind of special group taking up the whole back area. We ordered pizza, salad bar, wings and beer. The salad bar was clean and freshly stocked and all the ingredients were fresh and chilled. Made a great salad (as always) and went abut eating it. The pizza and wings were delivered promptly. The pizza was one of the best pizzas we have ever had in our lives. REALLY. And we have had a lot of pizzas. The wings were really good too. Oh, and the beer was cold and fresh tasting. One of the things hat stands out to me here (as a former restaurant manager for 20 years) was the high level of service for a pizza place. In the time we were there the General Manager(?) stopped by to check on us at least three times. The staff was busy keeping the place clean and taking care of customers. The restaurant was full, busy, and clean. The restrooms were even clean and stocked. When I think of a pizza place, you don't really expect too much. First of all I don't think the owners care about the service. I ordered online using the app and it wouldn't even let me order the pizza which is 2 to 3 dollars cheaper ordering online. eh, what can i say, came to this place hearing high remarks from a friend. So I go on Saturday, and this place was no wear near busiling with activity. Which I figured was ok, since most people at 1pm, were either at the mall shopping. Walk in, the place seems pretty clean, to the left, they have a game area, salad bar to the right, and counter in front. I see a bunch of big screens on the wall, which seem to be good if your coming here to watch sports. I go order, and look over prices. hmmm, it seems kinda pricey for a large pizza at almost 20 bones, and $2 bucks each addl topping. They have some already arranged pizzas, but since Im not in with the Roundtable lingo, I had a hard time, trying to decipher what was what, so I just asked the guy for something with all meat... So we ordered that, large, with a 12 piece order of buffalo wings (which were ok), and 3 drinks. Price was a little over $42 bucks.. Kinda pricey i might add, since you could of gotten more, ordering in from Pizza Hut, for the same quality. So the pizza comes. Nothing spectacular on size. We ordered it hand tossed, as opposed to Pan. Maybe the pan would of been better, but oh well. Though I did like the chorizo that was on the pizza. Not too much to write about here as far as the food goes: if youve eaten Round Table at one place, its pretty much the same everywhere else. What really stands out is the service. Behind the counter they are friendly and attentive, even during the dinner rush. They have a decent selection of beverages, both adult and family friendly. We had dinner for my sons team party and they had their $10 pizza night. The pizzas tasted like the frozen ones you can pop in the oven at home and were very greasy. The wings were lemon pepper but tasted more like garlic and were not cooked too well plus were also very greasy. The bottom of the basket had so much grease floating it was just gross. The company I work for placed an order WEDNESDAY to be delivered ON FRIDAY for a Training we had. Food was supposed to be delivered at 11:45. At 12:00 it still hadn't been delivered. My coworker called to find out where the order was but it was CALL CENTER. They said they cant give her the number but they can transfer her, no one answered, tried again, call center hung up on her. It is now 12:15 still no pizza so we drive to the location at the Lakewood Center and found that there were only 2 people working and 1 of them were supposed to deliver as well. Our pizza had been sitting there, we ordered 7 only 6 were made (the order takers mistake)..we agreed to let them deliver the last pizza instead of waiting for another 10 minutes. The pizza was blah, not hot, some over cooked, we didn't get any hot peppers, ranch or other sauces offered to us. They had a total of 6 orders to deliver and only 2 people working!!! What kind of business does this? It's not the workers problem it's the management and yet the workers get all the heat for it. We got our delivery fee and tip back and yes they delivered the last pizza which was supposed to be Pepperoni but it was Hawaiin almost an hour later. Delicious food, almost always accurate on their order times (ALMOST ALWAYS) So many kids in this place, I'd never actually dine in. But for take out, it's awesome. Pizza and wings were just ok. My husband liked the King Arthur. I'm not crazy about all those veggies. I like my usual.. pepperoni and jalapeno but it was TOO SALTY.... We ordered our pizza they said it would be delivered in 45 minutes after 2 hours and no pizza we called again they said any minute 30 minutes later still no pizza I called again they said they couldn't find our house then they said when they called no one answered the phone!! Tonight I ordered delivery at 9, I called them because my pizza was 10 minutes late(supposed to arrive at 9:50) I called at 10. They had NEVER even made it! They claimed their printer never printed out my order...I was told I could wait for the driver to get back and get a discount OR come pick it up and it would be free. I'm pregnant, I had to drag my kids out with me, I get there and they hand me my small* pizza with a bad of condiments? They could've at least made my pizza a size bigger for the hassle. These 2 guys who were working looked very young and clearly don't understand the inconvenience I've been put in. The young man tells me next time I can call and order and it'll be more sufficient? I ordered pizza from this place to be delivered to my home. The pizza is way overpriced and the delivery took over an hour. This is pretty ridiculous to me because I love right across the street! I was craving pizza for a few weeks before placing an order for me and my family. My first time here and I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizza. A pineapple and ham... the other mushroom and pepperoni. The pineapple was very delicious. I enjoyed it and would order it again. The mushroom one didn't taste great ... the sauce on the mushroom and pepperoni tasted different and a bit too sour. The mushroom was sliced sooo thinly. And of course, it wasn't busy at all during the pandemic, as I order for a pick up. I was also given a generous amount of plates, napkins, and condiments packets. This place has it together! Unless they were helping people whilst behind the counter, you would hear a welcome when you came in, and a thank you when you left. Impressive!!! The order taker behind the counter (had to sneak a peek later to find out her name), Tracy, was extremely nice, welcoming and sincere...that was a first for me in a long time. What a pleasure for once! After I placed my order, I went to sit down. There was a few families there, but it wasn't noisy. I think the music was a bit loud, and people had to talk above that to be heard, but hint hint. Turn down the music ; ) As I was watching their flat screen TV, I was noticing someone that worked there, walking around, looking to see if anyone needed anything, picked up trash, cleaned tables. I then looked around and couldn't find a single dirty table anywhere. A pizza place with kids, and the place is clean? Wow! I would notice another employee cleaning tables and keeping an eye out as well. Nice. Got my food, ordered garlic bread (eh, it was okay), and a King Arthur supreme (or something like that). First I love Round Table Pizza. I hate that it has come to this but I will never frequent this restaurant again. This has happened to me multiple times and pretty consistently both when placing the order online and on the phone. Today 11/11/18 placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza and 24 boneless Polynesian wings. Order was placed at 11:45 for delivery at 12:30. Called at 12:50 was assured my order was ready and would be on the way first stop. I explained that I was ok with that as long as it hasn't been sitting around getting cold. Called again at 1:15 and was told by a "supervisor" that if I was dissatisfied with my order once it arrived she would discount my next order. I told her I would not be spending $60 on an order we know at this point is going to be substandard when we know it has been sitting around for AT LEAST 25 minutes. At this point the "supervisor" stopped listening and just talked over me until I go upset enough to cancel my order and demand a refund. I'm not sure what the cost of goods is on my order and how they calculate the lifetime value of a customer but I can assure you that Round Table has gotten their last dollar out of me. All I wanted was a fresh pizza and wings not some that had been sitting around for who know how long. I've been ordering from this location since the 90's and am disappointed that this is the new standard from Round Table since this type of thing is a regular occurrence rather than the exception. The deal breaker for me though was the "supervisors" attitude and unwillingness to just remake my order and deliver fresh product. I don't mind paying the extra price for their food because when fresh it's delicious definitely not worth it when it's been sitting around for an hour. Pizza and wings finally arrived at 1:25 which was 55 minutes late and about 35 minutes after I was told my order had been prepared was ready for delivery and would be delivered the very next stop. After having spent a week in the hospital with neck fusion surgery my wife had a craving for pizza when she got released. She went on her phone and ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pan crust pizza from this stores location. I went in to pick it up when we got there and while we were driving home my wife opened the box and determined it was not a pan crust pizza. She called the store and the lady who answered indicated that my wife was correct, a pan crust pizza had not been made. We returned to the store and they remade the pizza and I took it to the car and as we were driving away my wife opened the box and it was a mushroom pan crust pizza, there was no sign of any pepperoni on it. Once again we returned to the store and the young lady indicated that she had remade the order and I asked her if she had looked at what had been originally ordered and she said she had not. When she reviewed that order she indicated the original order was pepperoni and mushroom pan crust pizza. Ultimately on the third trip to the store we got the correct pizza. I did leave a card with my name and number asking for a manager to call me the next day and she said they would. When I did not hear from a manager the next day I called the store and found out that there was actually no manager on duty that day, they typically only work on the weekends. The young lady who helped us in all three visits was Frances. I did speak to Manuel when I called the store, he indicated he was a supervisor and he indicated he could pass the details in my situation on to management. As I was attempting to relay the details to him all he kept asking me was what I wanted him to do about it, what do I want him to do about it. Actually what I wanted was for him to show some interest in the situation which he seemed incapable of doing. if you order for food for pick up please be sure to check your order before leaving the store to avoid having to deal with the employees any more than you need to. read more

This is a review that hits close to home. My dad use to take me and the family every Friday to the local RTP. I remember it like it was yesterday. The smell, the atmosphere, the lively crowd. As soon as I walked into this location, I relived all of those great memories. I saw the kids playing video games and it reminded me how he use to give me $5 in quarters, and I felt like it was a million bucks. It's almost like RTP have been frozen in time; dad's drinking beer while the wives chat and kids run around awaiting their fresh pie. Salad bar and drink never disappoint, but thats not why people come here. On to the pizza. It might just be because I'm conditioned from a young age to love this pizza, or because of the nostalgia, but this is hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life. I stand by that, this coming from someone who has been all over the world including Venice, Florence, Rome, Sicily, New York, New Jersey, Chicago, LA...all of the so called "Best pizza in the world" spots. I will say, pizza is incredible all over the world. Every country and every city has their own spin on what they believe is the best and freshest ingredients to offer. I loved them all, it is great to try new things; I love Round Table more. Pepperoni and Mushroom in XL so I can eat it for days and days. I just had a little boy, and I can't wait to keep the tradition going. It will be a great day when I get to see his face light up upon his first bite of pizza, I'll make sure its one of yours. Pizza is synonymous with many things: Movie night, being lazy and ordering a pizza from home, office parties, meetings, sleep overs as a kid, celebrations for winning a game; things like that.
