By far the most terrible pizza experience I've ever had. I ordered a gourmet veggie pizza and they put red sauce instead of white. I drove all the way back and asked if they could throw on free jalapeños since I had to come back and the manager initially said no. He then came back after a few minutes and said he will. Our order was remade by Brandy, and it was perfect. She even made some accommodations to change the pizza so our son could eat it, since we were home and no longer on a couple's night away. The driver was there and my husband said she was giving us dirty looks. I'd thought it was my imagination until my husband pointed it out. Placed an order through the app around 3:30PM for 5PM delivery. Got a call at 4:29 saying they were out of classic wings, and would I like to substitute. Told them just to take it off and deliver the rest. 5 PM rolls around, nothing. I call at 5:15 lady tells me they have been waiting for driver. He conveniently arrives during my call so he's on his way. 30 minutes later still nothing. I call again. Something about issues with my order on the computer screen, but why would that matter if it's on the way. Check my account and charge went through. She then tells me someone is bringing it who just finished their day and aren't getting paid to deliver and that I should give them some extra $$. 20 minutes later I call to cancel my order and they act suprised nothing arrived. Hubby and I are seniors. We decided to treat ourselves to a pizza tonight while we watch football. We ordered the new one they have, with pepperoni, bacon, and chicken. It was over $31 for a medium. Round table has always been a more expensive pizza but worth it for the good taste and consistency. Good pizza in Redding is almost impossible to find. However, they are cheaping out on the sauce anymore, and I do believe we are done. It's not just that it's sparse, there is really none to be detected or tasted. The worst part is I've ordered and paid for extra or double sauce the last three times and there really seemed to be absolutely no sauce whatsoever , yet I was charged each time. Horrible experience! Been patronizing this place for years and it continues to go downhill. Made phone order was told 20-30 min. I show 25 mins, they said it will be another 15 mins. 15 min later they tell me something happened they didn't get the order? Huh no apologies just excuses. People were very nice, arrived 20 minutes before pick up time, but was soon given order and was out the door 5 minutes early. We asked for zesty red sauce for twists, and were assured it was in the box. It was not. The large King Arthur Supreme smelled good and looked great, though we decided it may have been rushed through the oven. There was no zesty red sauce on the pizza. Apparently, the red sauce chef had the day off. If we had received the sauce on the pizza and for dipping, it would have been a 5 star review. Food and people aside, the waiting and dining areas could use a good cleaning. read more

We were very pleased with our Round Table delivery pizza tonight. From the customer service on the phone to cusy service from delivery driver. Plates napkins and all the peppers and cheese you need. I don't ever give reviews. However I felt this time it is needed. This was my FIRST and LAST experience here. I walked in for my carry out order, and while standing there for 10 minutes with a line behind me a lady asked has anyone been helped yet? Which we all replied no. My carry out order was supposed to be set to pick up at 6:42 I walked in at 6:45. The girl upfront who btw did not have her hair up was prepping pizzas and looked like she hated being there. She has me sign my receipt and I waited, 35 minutes had passed I finally walked up at 7:25 and she noticed I was visibly upset because she asked what was the order name? It was just twists right? I said no it was a pizza, with twists and sodas. She gave me 2 boxes and they were cold to the touch. I told her they feel cold she's like they're not. Very rudely and abruptly. No apology whatsoever.they also didn't have the sodas I wanted. There was only one girl with a mask who was polite who tried helping me. I understand it being busy but this was over board. No acknowledgement what so ever. A pizza delivery lady left and came back and I had not received my order. The twists were burnt and the pizza ended up being cold like I had said and WRONG. The employees at Round Table are super nice I like Robin she is great always super helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. The pizza is considering good and I enjoy the wings as well (Some places you wonder where they got the chicken from super small no meat on the bone, not here. Plenary of meat on the bone.) it's my go to when I don't feel like cooking. I would recommend Westwood Round Table. read more

Was kinda disappointed. Ordered road side, got there when the time was estimated for pick up. Husband had to wait around inside for almost 45 minutes and it seemed like our pizza wasn't even made yet. Finally got pizza and garlic twists. We get home which is about a 5 minute drive. Pizza was a little past room temperature and the garlic twists look like they have been sitting out all day. They were chewy and also a bit warmer then room temperature. I ordered a pizza online from Round Table Pizza on Westside Rd. The staff was very nice, but my order was messed up and I didn't even realize until I got to my friends house "with dinner". My fault for not checking my pizza first, but the order was so messed up that I got distracted. Then I was so angry that I waited 2 more days to call back and talk to the manager, that was a mistake. The manager was so friendly, kind and helpful that I now feel like I wasted time being upset when I didn't have to be. She credited me for the order and was extremely nice and apologetic, even though it was an online order and not her or her staffs fault! Today I placed an online order for an extra large pizza, family size past, box of garlic twist, box of dessert pizza and several extra ranch and red sauce dips. Over $75 order. This was a corp lunch order so online ordering is very convenient. Once ordered someone called to confirm the order. Upon delivery the gentleman was very friendly and made sure he gave me each of my items. Once I started to unpack everything, somethin fell out of our food bag. A random piece of jewlery. Can you say EWW! Additionally, they had forgotten our red sauce that we paid extra for. So I have a colleague contact the establishment to ask them to bring it back and tell the manager about the random jewelry. She said the manager would send it back with the next driver and that he didn't seem to care. On my 30-min lunch break I called and asked to speak with the manager who proceeded to YELL at me over the phone. I mentioned to him that he didn't need to yell at me and he proceeded to YELL at me! I then asked if he was the manager of this branch and he said that he was and he'd never been SO hassled over dipping sauce and that it was his driver's fault not his. I told him that we only have 30 minutes for lunch and spent over $80 including the driver's tip on this lunch and have an expectation of good service. Super nice & accommodating staff. The pizza was cooked enough but was super limp & you couldn't pick it up without a mess. The 6.99 each salad was awful. Not a big selection from the salad bar but that's not what made it bad....the olive & the beets were slimy & had a sour taste. We did not eat our salads. Had to pick through the silverware to find some without food debris stuck to them. I washed the silverware in bathroom sink before we used them. I told the young lady about the silverware & she went & asked the owner. He said they were real old pieces & they get water stained. I asked her to tell him that food debris is different from water stain. She was very sweet. The table was dirty with food pieces & crumbs & the seat of the bench had some sticky stuff on it in which two of us got on our pants. Reading the other reviews it seems it wasn't just a bad night... I ordered online Sunday evening, a large of the new stuffed crust and a family salad. Got there when it said it'd be ready and when I arrived the cashier made a huff about there not being any salad made (an hour after order was placed... seemed like there was time to figure that out before I arrived) finally after waiting for two people to look in back and roll their eyes and huff about, I said to take off the salad and we'd be fine with just pizza. refunded the salad cost and then handed over the pizza... which was very underdone and the crust not even brown... We created an online order today for two pizzas. When they were brought back we noticed that the Hawaiian was made incorrectly. I called to explain what we had ordered. They gal was very pleasant and said the when the order came through it said it was supposed to have red sauce and original crust, but we had ordered it with white sauce and pan crust. She was very kind and said her boss would remake the pizza and deliver it at no extra cost! This was amazing service and I will continue to order from them!
