The only reason I gave four instead of five stars is because it is a bit pricey, and I was hoping to see more "goodies" at the salad bar, but other than that I was extremely happy with the food and service. My family and I (seven of us!) had been working all day doing renovations on my house and we were hot, tired, dirty and hungry. The staff was awesome, the pizza was delicious and the restaurant (including bathrooms) was very clean. I probably won't go back often because I think I can find good pizza for a better price, but it was just what seven starving DYIers needed that day! read more

The food was great as usual. I went in because I saw the kid waving the sign out front and thought a tasty piece or delicious pepperoni is what I needed in my day. To my delightful eye the place was decorated cheerfully in Christmas wonder. The buffet was fresh and as clean as the restaurant. Impeccable. Now aside from the food and service from being excellent I had ordered a buffet with a free water cup. Without realizing I poured PEPSI Inside my cup :\. So, I told the guy up front he said don't worry about it. Anyway, after that the staff noticed how much I enjoyed their delectable cinnamon twists and gave me a free batch to take home to the kids!! What the hell is the point of ordering ahead? I had a horrible experience with the Anderson. Thought I would drive the inconvenient extra 6 miles to try this one. We ordered at 8:03 online. It said it would be ready at 8:18. We get here at 8:20... they have to be cooked again because they were frozen?! How does that even happen?! I love Round Table, and this one is definitely still my favorite. I make sure to visit each time I'm in the area. The food and the service is definitely above my expectation for a traditional pizza place; I'm surprised to see a few negative reviews, but I notice two of them are from the same date and same order...one review per order will be sufficient people! The price is a little high and it's definitely an older establishment. Being a chain, of sorts, the pizza and twists are just as good as others. However, my rating is because of the manager, Joe. He does a great job of managing his staff, being attentive, staying upbeat, and helping customers all at the same time. Go him. read more

Ordered pizza online and was told delivery would be in 45 minutes. After completing the order I received a call from the restaurant saying it will be 90 minutes not 45. We ended up eating there. They also failed to give me the discount for ordering online. Round Table is pricey and I don't usually get their food because of that, however tonight I ordered something online and when my dad went to pick it up, they didn't have it. Naturally I wasn't too happy because I knew I had ordered from the correct store. I called the store and it was found to be a printing error - their printer wasn't working when I made my order so it simply didn't print. The employee I spoke to was quick to fix the problem. Superbowl. Call 2.5 hours ahead of time to set an order for 2 pizzas. That's it. Nothing fancy and no extras. Get there and there is almost nobody in the booths. BUT several people 5-7+ people at the counter. Come to find out everybody there called pizzas in ahead of time. None were ready. Heard someone call out from the back "whys is this one on rush" or something similar. Answer "cause he's here waiting for his pizza". Was told we'll call your name when it's ready. 5 to 10 mins pass, I go up and ask where my pizzas are that I paid $43 for and ordered 2.5 hours earlier. The girl is just making it. I get it. Its game day. Whoever owns this store needs to get off their butts and implement plans and strategies for days like this. Seriously. And holy hell could you bring the prices down? MOD and Godfathers have you beat hands down and NO, your pizza is not any better then theirs. Will my family come back? Probably not. And it's not just because of today. Its prices and lack of good service and selection at buffets. It really the whole package that this location fails in. read more

First of all, don't waste money on the ittaliano. It is not like other RTP products. It tastes like pizza hut, but it is half the price of other RTP pizzas. Westwood store is ok, but the anderson pizza is consistantly better tasting, and the management is much friendlier. read more

Me and my family came here for dinner. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The supervisor Dave explained all the specials and made us feel like he had all the time in the world to help us. There are lots of round tables in our area but we will make this our number one spot. read more

First of all this isnt about the pizza. Food tasted fine. The manager is rude and treats the customer like crap. I was there visiting, but I have gone to round tables often and order it at home so when the bill came to 50 for a large pizza and 4 sodas I about died. I said I think you made a mistake. He says nope. I said well can you at least put a coupon on there or something I have never heard of this in my life. He said I have to pay my wages with something. I asked are you kidding where are the prices. I wanted to walk out. But the few people I was with was embarrassed and felt like 10.00 wasnt worth arguing over. I think though if he would have at least tried to be reasonable I wouldnt have been so upset but he was just obstinate and mean. I get it your 50 and hate that you work there. The rest of us have todo stuff we dont like so we can eat too. But a managers job is customer service. If you cant do that then dont. read more

Ordered delivery, spent $74.14 and gave the driver a $10.00 tip. They forgot our sauce for our bread sticks, so I called to ask them to bring it back. There was also a nasty piece of jewelry in our bag of food. When I called back the manager was very rude, told me that the sauce did not matter, it was sauce and it didn't matter... Well we paid extra for the sauce and it does matter. He also said the jewelry didn't matter because it was not in the food.... He yelled at me on the phone because I was complaining that we did not get the sauce we paid for. He was the manager and he treated a customer this way! Awful service. I live in the west wood area, I have always ordered from them... Never again will I order from this location! This manager ruined it for me. I ordered a pizza online for Super Bowl Sunday when I arrized to pick up my pizza it wasn't ready or even looked at. They made my pizza right away but I think either a pizza on the house or some wings offered would of made me feel better. I won't be doing an online pizza again. read more

The worst service ever. When picking up our order cashier said order would be ready in 20 minutes even though we timed pick up time to coincide when pizza was ready. We waited and waited and finally asked about our order they pulled it out of the oven where it was the whole time we were their. Pizza was dry and not fresh. I used to eat here often when I worked nearby. Since I changed jobs, I haven't been here in a while. I decided to pick up a couple pizzas here because I refuse to go to the one on Hartnell anymore and I thought this would be a little faster to drive to than the one in the Mt Shasta Mall. I ordered by phone and when I picked them up the first thing I saw was one employee with his pants hanging halfway down below his ass with his underwear showing. As I waited for my pizzas, I saw total lack of organization and communication. They were trying to figure out where my pizzas were. Twists came out of the oven and nobody knew who they were for. A driver came in upset because people from his delivery didn't tip him because their order was not made right. I was having flashbacks of the Hartnell location. My pizzas were lacking any cheese, sauce, or toppings from the edge to about a third of the way to the center, far from the TV ads that say toppings to the edge. read more

called in a order on new years said it would be 45 min showed up to pick up they said oh sorry we were just going to call you were out of ham do you want something different so ordered all meat with bell paper and onion we waited over a hour then they said we are sorry we made it wrong do you want us to make it again . we said no over a hour in the store plus almost a hour before we got there is too much .so they gave us a vip card for a free large pizza to use latter .about a week later we called to get free pizza waited over a hour and 15 min then got a call saying they could not find our house and would not come back then after we made something to eat they called back and said if they got slow they would make a pizza and come back told them no thinks already ate .really bad customer service will not do business with again. the take and bake across the street is kick ass. read more
