Roundtable is one of the only real pizza parlors in town. I used to not like it but then I learned that it is under new management. The new manager seems to have straightened up a lot problems noted in the previous posters comments. I went there last night and had a nice dinner so I decided to jump on Yelp and write a good review. I was shocked at some of the comments as they didn't coincide with my experience. Although the price might be a little on the high side I'll pay for quality, sanitary made food. One time when I was there I complained about how long our pizza was taking and I got a free salad bar and a free pizza. So at least they took care of it. My family goes almost every Tuesday night for family night because in the summer they have a jumpy house which my daughter loves. Give it a shot. If you don't like it the manager and from my experience she is more than willing to compensate you. read more

2 star is for the food. 1 star down because the wait is much longer then what they say. Another 2 star down is for the people who takes order & which is also the ones that stands at cash registers. A few of them have am attitude, which isn't good for customer service. In that case I won't be coming back unless I really want some of those garlic cheesy bread that they have. read more

I have had 2 occasions where we ordered for delivery and never received our order. Both times were fairly similar where we waited and called and told our order was on it's way but after 2 hours and still nothing we canceled. The second time this happened they told us it was with the delivery person and should be there soon but when we hit the 2 hour mark and called again they full on lied and said that we called and canceled the order. They did not do anything to make it right like deliver our pizza and comp it. I mean who lies about you canceling your own order and then says that you will have to pay for the pizza still. This place needs serious help! That is not what I call good customer service. I love Round Table's pizza but I will NOT order from this location ever again. read more

Either every other Round Table I've been to is really good or this one in Tracy just plain sucks. Perhaps both. I know my Round Table... and the one on Naglee is not at all satisfying. The employees are not at all enthusiastic nor mannerful. They take their sweet time and seem to be in no need to hurry. The pizzas do not taste so much like "specialty pizzas." The garlic twists, usually my favorite, are not at all proportional or of decent size. My family and I ordered 12 and we recieved 12 different sizes, one of which was half the size of most and burnt! read more

Came in at 7:15 pm and ordered a XL pizza for my family of 5. The time that we received our pizza was at 8:06 pm. This place isn't even full to capacity and yet it takes them 40 to 50 minutes to serve us one pizza. It was down right absurd. The group of 3 that had ordered ahead of us had a similar order consisting of 1 pizza and they were pretty much done about the time we received OUR pizza. What a joke. I asked why it took them so long to serve us and all the server had to say was he was sorry. No explanation, nothing. What I did notice is there were more pizza's going out the door for delivery than there was coming out to the tables. I can understand if our party was larger than 5 and we were ordered more than 1 pizza but c'mon...the place was not filled to capacity and I did not see a shortage of workers especially on a Friday night. The 40 to 50 minute wait was a disappointment and not once did a manager come over to address any issues to us in a professional manner because I did let the server know I was frustrated by the wait time. read more

Ordered a pizza for pick up and they had told me it would take around 25-30 minutes, i get there 30 minutes later I pay and wait 25 minutes and they have not given me my pizza even though it was suppose to be ready 25 minutes ago. So I ask how long is the wait for my pizza and the manager tells me he does not know so I wait couple more minutes and ask again and the manager tells me they are barely going to make the pizza... not was this only happening with me but with several other people some were waiting for an hour and 40 minutes that is ridiculous and still got that persons order wrong. This place has terrible service. Delivery times are ridiculous. Supposed to have a special if you order on line. Ordered online, didnt get a special, and it tells me 45 minutes. Well, hour and 15 min later im still waiting so I call and the guy says it's just coming out of oven. Really!!!!! 15 more min the pizza shows up. The guys says " you have a pen?" I shake my head in disgust. I sign, regretting that I left a tip online. Bring it in and open the box. OMG!!! First off its burnt! Second, I ordered xtra mushrooms and half the pizza doesn't have any! The half that does barely has any! This place is the absolute biggest joke of a pizza place I have ever experienced. What a joke! Worst service, and worst pizza buffet. Every weekday they have the same pizza buffet at he same time, so you would figure they would make pizza and get ready for the lunch time rush.....nope. They never have any pizza ready and they're response is always " its in the oven." So when pizza finally comes out, you have to try and beat the other hungry customers who have been waiting for ten to fifteen minutes for pizza. Even then, customers will hoard the pizza because everyone knows it will take another ten to fifteen for more pizza. Horrible. If you have only 1 an hour or less for lunch, go to mountain mikes pizza for their buffet. Better pizza and they always have pizza ready. I'm suprised people still go there for the buffet. Whoever the management is, horrible job and time to stop trying to fill customers up with salad and serve pizza at a pizza buffet. read more

I love round table pizza because of its creamy cheese,garlic flavour,and tasty salads.

this is the worst expierience i have ever had at this round table. i work right across the street and have used them before in the past. but this is the first time i have ever delt with david!!!!! he is sooooo rude and was not helpful at all. i work at the dealership across the street and i am not able to leave, so i ordered the online and sent one of my workers to pick us up pizza so we didnt have to starve because we work the late shift. i have sent my employees over there many times with the card and id and they approved it. when my worker got there with my card and id he refused to give the pizza to my worker, even if my worker had called me. so i didnt get my pizza and then he told me that it would take 7 business days to get my money back worst customer service i have ever witnessed and for me being a service writer and dealing with customers all day, not a good way to treat customers/loyal customers that keep coming back!! now no one at the dealership will use this round table. i would definatly have david re-trained in customer service. read more
