Went in today around 4:30pm and waited 30 minutes for my pizza just to be told that the cheese fell iff when it was being sliced. They magically pulled a new pizza out of thin air after another 10 minutes that had barely melted cheese and was the soggiest pizza I have ever seen. 40 minutes for a horrible pizza....no thanks. Reasonably assumed our order would take a while but we got a call for an update and told us that the it would take another half hour which let you know we already waited a half hour for order. Then we get another call that our order would take another 15 minutes. Seriously! Then we call back to cancel because it's been over 2 hours wait for our order and we get told that they don't have the drivers number! We tell them to cancel the order and if he shows up we'll send him back. Horrible service! Don't order from this place if you actually want Pizza. We had left the Spotsplex, saw the round table, and nothing hits the spot better than a King Arthur Sumpreme pizza after playing baseball. When we saw the reviews, most of the negative comments were more than 6 months ago and the reviews got better since then. The pizza and wings were really good and we didn't wait very long for the food to come out, which is always a plus. After this visit the positive reviews are definitely warranted because of Brock and his team, Elaina, Mika and the rest of the crew, they were all exceptionally friendly, professional, and everything was very clean. Definitely going to bring my momz next time for a good relaxing time. Also for those with kids, they have 2 game rooms. If I could I would give this place a 6, we left very satisfied and it wasn't even expensive and we tried everything, plus they have a good selection of beer on tap, my brother had a tall glass of Modelo which went excellent with all the flavor of the King Arthur pizza. First time here Came and ordered at 6:50 they told us our large pepperoni pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. Well 30 minutes passed and still no pizza. Couple comes in after us and gets their pizza before us. Our pizza was plain compared to the other customers. We have now waited an hour for our pizza and still continuing to wait. This Round Table is located in the new shopping center at West Covina Heights. This by far is the best round table and pizza place that I have ever been to. The restaurant looks really clean and organized all the time and the managers actually try to satisfy and make the customers happy. They accept any coupons regardless of where you got them from because they want you to go eat there again. They have games by the front so that kids can just grab them and play with them at the table. Their pizzas always look beautifully done. Oh and they also have family night tuesdays which are great! They have a girl that has her face painted and does face paintings for the kids. They also have their own little kids corner where they play kids movies throughout the day. Not to mention that they also have big spacious dining areas. This round table is really a good place to go eat with ur family or date and just relax and have a good time. read more

Ordered a large peperoni takeout here and they said it would be 15 minutes. I showed up in 20 minutes and ended up waiting 40 more for my pizza. I asked the cashier how much longer it would be and she said "they barely put it in once you got here." I wrote a complaint on their company site and received and apology from their area mangaer and a free pizza. When i went to redeem the free pizza it took over 30 minutes when they said fifteen. We got here at 11 am for the lunch buffet. The sign said open so we try to go in but it's locked. There are people inside but they don't acknowledge us. We wait about five minutes for someone to come open the door. She unlocks it but does not greet us or even open the door. Rude. When we come in no one is waiting at the register and there is no pizza ready. The same woman who unlocked the door walks up to the register finally like she's surprised we're there. She says the pizza will be ready in few minutes. She charges us and we make ourselves a salad and wait for the pizza. About 15 minutes later were wondering what is taking the pizza so long. When we get up to ask we see that there is pizza sitting under the hot lamps getting old. I don't know why I thought they'd have good enough customer service to tell the only two people in the restaurant that the pizza they were late to serve was ready. They kept acting like there was nobody there. No one helped me when I needed a fresh plate- I had to yell into the back. The people here are rude, slow and I won't be back. If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars I would! Went here today with bf and cousin for the lunch buffet. Bf found a hair baked into the cinnamon twists bread right before he took a bite. He literally had to pull it out from the twist and it was a long brown strand. So he took the hair and his plate to the girl at the cashier and she took it to the back then a different girl came out whose name is Rochelle (assistant store manager) and she claimed that it was my hair (I have newly dyed bright red hair not brown) so there was nothing she could do. Complete bullshit and lack of service! I was getting the drinks while my bf served himself I was no where near the food when he got the cinnamon twists. We explained that and she ended up refunding us the drinks but she didn't apologize for the incident or her behavior. We should have gotten up and left but we didn't. Bf went for some chocolate desert pudding and he spit it out. He said it tastes acidic and lemony not like chocolate. Cousin and I took a little taste and yeah it was disgusting. I ate here this past Friday night and it was a big mistake. I assumed it would be busy and hectic but it was chaotic in there. I know they have no control of guest but there was a baseball team(s) in there and the kids were running wild and it was really messy in there. As I approach the counter I was rudely "greeted" by a cashier named Ruth. She took my order and was obviously rushing me to finish my order. I understood due to the craziness around but the stress shouldn't effect the way you treat a customer. I specifically made a yelp account so that I could warn future customers about the disgusting situation I encountered... Here is my problem, I asked for a water cup and she said no problem. She then coughed in her hand and proceeded to give me the cup. As I was waiting for my food I was watching the kitchen crew work and I noticed Ruth was cutting and boxing the food. Not only did she never wash her hands after coughing and handing me the cup, but she continued to cough and then directly work with the food. That is unsanitary and disgusting. This Round Table used to be great. Ever since they got new management and new employees, quality of the pizza and the service has gone down BAD. The ranch used to be free. Now the new employees bug about how they charge for ranch. The plates, forks, and cups, are now always dirty. The pizza is never fully cut. The cheese is always falling off. Now, you can't change the TV Channel anymore because they "can only leave it on the sports channels". If you are looking for a Round Table, do not come to this one, unless they stop charging and bugging for every little thing. They should have enough money to at least let you get some ranch. One star is even higher than what I would like to give. Very rarely do I take the time to write about a negative experience usually just brush it off. On 10/18 at 6:30 PM I approached the register and the cashier Richelle M. was not personable and rude as she took my order. It took her a while to input my order into the POS and kept making me repeat my order. I tried to brush it off but then when Richelle brought out our order she was still being rude and then threw the plates on the table. She walks away and then I realize that they got my order wrong. When I ask for a pepperoni jalapeño pizza I would hope that there would be pepperoni on it. At this point I was already annoyed and didn't want any more interactions with Richelle. Decided to not speak to her for a refund or to complain. It was apparent that there was no manager on duty or on property which made me not want to speak up about my situation even more. This pizza parlor is a little bit on the pricey side so it sucks when you get really poor service and on top of that your order is wrong. I normally get my pizza at Costco due to the incredible deal and fresh and fast service at a reasonable price. Unfortunately they close early on Saturday so I decided to go to Round Table since their pizza is good albeit much more expensive. I was disappointed however because i ordered online and thus paid online and then went to pick up to save time and money. Upon arriving to the location I saw there was a promo for a Large Specialty pizza you get 6 free twists. Since my order fit the bill I naturally asked for the 6 free twists. The cashier said since I paid online she couldn't honor the code because she would have had to make the transaction. I get that the system has certain protocol but when you spend $35 for a small 1 topping pizza and Large Specialty, the least you could do is just throw in the darn twists. The lack of desire to serve and go beyond makes me definitely not want to return here again. read more
