This 85°C Bakery is located in a large plaza that's always busy, especially since it's surrounded by popular food spots and restaurants. Because of that, the area can get pretty packed, but I was still really excited to stop by this location. As soon as you walk in, the space feels very open and spacious. I loved how big it was and how many tables they had available. Most 85°C Bakery locations feel more like a grab-and-go spot, so I appreciated that this one had plenty of seating and room to hang out. They also have touchscreen kiosks where you can order drinks and other items without needing help from a staff member. We walked around and looked at all the bakery items, and I'm always a fan of their almond croissants and protein breads. The chicken Hawaiian bun is one of my favorites, and their sausage bun is also delicious it's clearly a popular item. I also ordered their sea salt coffee. If you download the 85°C Bakery app and it's your first time using it, you get a free sea salt coffee, which was a nice bonus. While the food and drinks were great, the service was unfortunately lacking. One customer was confused about her order, and a staff member rolled her eyes at her. The same staff member also rolled her eyes at me and my family while we were in line. Overall, the staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. There wasn't much smiling or engagement, and it felt like everyone was annoyed rather than excited to help. We also noticed staff packaging food with boxes out in the open during our visit. I personally think this is something that should be done in the back or at least behind the register, rather than directly in front of customers. Overall, the experience was decent mainly because the bakery items and drinks were fresh and delicious. So to beat the sun on its heat game, my picnic friends and I came here, sampled some flavors in the relatively dark and dull interior, and picked what we wanted while we were still somewhat full from our picnic food. Staff kept up with the many people - including us - that came in by letting them sample as many flavors as they wanted and explaining the ins and out of some of the more special flavors. I got myself a single scoop of their honey lavender ice cream. It's a slightly-larger-than-average scoop for about $6 before tax, but was still satisfying to have on such a hot day. Lavender is strong on this one, and the honey taste made this sweeter but not by much and not in an overpowering way. It's like they both met in harmony or something, or that the interior of this location also had nearly the same aroma as the honey lavender itself. Either way, this was a very yummy flavor to try and I'll be around to have more of their flavors and look forward to their rotating ones!

I first had them at the Google Diwali party, I had the mango and malai flavor and both were super creamy and authentic. If you want to know what Kulfi tastes like in India, come to this location. Only thing i will say is that their timings are stupid crazy, most of the time I crave a kulfi, they are closed.
