Had a turkey burger and French fries today. The burger was large and delicious with tomato and lettuce. The fries were skinny and not oily. Very good. Nice atmosphere and good service for lunch. Definitely will go back there. read more

Unquestionably the best salad bar in the county. Excellent service, burgers are very good. Their Thai lettuce wrap appetizer doesn't even come close to the one at the cheesecake factory, though. In general, the entrees are better than the appetizers. read more

I and my family were very disappointed with our visit to your Brooksville Ruby Tuesday. We were in around 7:30 Friday night and the restaurant only had about four tables served. My mother, sister and myself noted how hot it was in the restaurant and asked the waitress if there was a problem with the air. She said no. We asked her if she could lower temp to make more comfortable. She said she would try. Needless to say we spent our dinner very uncomfortable. We were fanning ourselves with the drink menus. The waitress seen us and said she was sorry it was so hot. We ordered two Caesar salads which was a miniscule mix of endive or arugula mix with no romaine lettuce. The salads appeared dry until we found a glob of dressing with parmesan cheese caked in the center. It looked like a plate of parsley. It's a shame that a salad can't be put together when the restaurant was dead and a full salad bar was available. The waitress did try to push the salad bar, now I know why. Too much trouble for them to make a proper salad. Also, I guess you don't serve rolls or crackers. My mother ordered the large chicken tenders with baked potato. For the price I would have thought she'd at least get a side of cole slaw. Her dipping sauce came in a cup that had about a tablespoon of sauce. My mother asked for more and she was given another container with a very tiny amount. My sister got the New Orleans seafood,which was one very small serving of fish topped with the smallest shrimp ever seen. The sauce was very scant requiring my sister to ask for more sauce. I got the asiago sirloin with fried shrimp. The sirloin was good, but I doubt it was even 4 oz. The shrimp would have tasted better if it wasn't sitting in sirloin juice getting soggy. I think when one spends over $50.00 for 3 dinners we should expect better. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot and the staff didn't care. It's also apparent the staff doesn't care about the quality of food they serve. Too bad because we always enjoyed your food ,service and restaurant in the past. read more

I had the pork chop with a spicy sauce on it. The waiter Chris told me that it wasn't overly spicy so I took a chance and ordered it. It was absolutely delicious but it was very spicy to my taste. It was very tender and it was prepared excellently. The only thing I was disappointed was that the salad bar for that particular dish could not be a side, it was an additional $3.99, I thought was excessive when the entree cost $14 alone, so I passed. I selected onion rings and spaghetti squash as my sides. All in all it was an enjoyable meal and I wouldn't hesitate going back. read more

Brought my 4 year old twins, my mother, and her 2 year old here today and I have to say that it was really good! We got the trio appetizer which had onion rings, chicken bites, and a cheezy skillet thing and it was plenty big enough for all of us. I had the Relaxer as well and you must try it if you like pineapple. Their non-alcoholic teas are amazing too! They had little bits of berry floating in them. For our entrees I had the double decker chicken with green beans and a loaded baked potato, and it was great! A little more salt on the beans, a little less on the mushrooms and it would've been perfect. My mom got the tilapia and I tried it. It was bland to me but she loved it. The kids got mac and cheese meals with fries and grapes and they tore it up so I'm sure it was good. It's not that cheap Kraft macaroni, they put some love in it. If you go during the day there are a LOT of elderly patrons. Not a bad thing, but with kids? IDK. They have a salad buffet too. Waitress was very nice. We'll be back :) read more

Went for a quick dinner. Sat in the bar area. Server suggested the new limited time double mini burger platter. Comes with fries & salad bar. Looked good so we both ordered the cheeseburgers. We also ordered a boneless wing appetizer. Ordered mild. Specifically so I could share. My iced tea came out. Had peppercorn in it. No biggie, she brought me another. Appetizer came, definitely not mild. Definitely HOT! But server didn't come back to table till they were half gone. Oh well, probably didn't need to eat them anyway. Dinner comes while still eating salad. Could have waited so we had time to eat salad first. Burgers were horrible. Over cooked, cheese was so over cooked it was like almost non existent & crusty. Server went to get manager who took at least 15 min to come to table. Offered to make new ones, they were just as bad. Food quality has gone down. Won't be going back any time soon. read more

Normally I love Ruby Tuesdays, however a visit to this location led only to disappointment. The biscuits that were brought to the table were clearly microwaved, the cheese in them was solidified. It only got worse, the chicken blt I ordered was only breaded on one side and that's because it was swimming in oil that has washed the breading away. The avocado sandwich had maybe two slices of avocado on it. The fries were stale and the zucchini was burnt and greasy. In short, this is the worst RT I've been too. read more

Lunch: Service was good. However, I the new salad menu is awful. Had the Mediterranean salad, bad move. I ask for the dressing on the side and got it that way thank goodness. There was so much marinade from the small amount of artichoke and sun dried tomatoes that the lettuce was saturated. I'm not sure what really made this "Mediterrean", it was slop. I didn't complain at the time because because I didn't want to embarrass my business associates. The new menu is pricey and just not worth it. Our first time at this Ruby Tuesday and I have never been a real fan of this chain but we thought we would give it a try. They had a promotion going on for a meal that included entree, salad bar and desert. My wife and I both ordered it and we were very pleasantly surprised. The meal, salad bar, bisquits and desert were all very good. The service was fine and I don't know what was up with several of the reviews but the place was clean and looked quite nice. I would have given them 5 stars but they were out of the side we ordered and I heard wait staff telling other tables that they were out of various things. Sorry by at 5 pm on Saturday you should not be out of anything. Still a very good meal and we will be back. read more

My phone keep refreshing couldn't get my birthday coupon code from email while there. It had been my Mother's birthday a few days before yesterday during our visit to Ruby Tuesday's and my birthday then. I'm assuming the gentleman I was speaking to was the assistant manager. He was very pleasant and helpful. He told me he would get the manager that she would help me. I told him it wasn't that big of a deal. He said no problem. She came to table seam frustrated or acted as if we had took her away from something. She was very rude telling me that she could do nothing for me. We were having a retirement lunch for a coworker. I told her that she was turning our day into an uncomfortable experience at her restaurant and please just leave us alone. Very rude. Horrible attitude. One of the worst managers I have ever experienced in my life. Forgot the condiments for our burgers and put the wrong things on one of the burgers. Another co-worker ordered a Cobb salad and the chicken was like rubber. I felt sorry for the gentleman who was so kind and helpful assuming to be the assistant manager. I think this place is excellent. The burgers are very good; I ordered them medium rare and they are right on. The salad bar is very good and the tomatoes are the best I have had in Florida. Coming from Long Island; you would think I would miss the pizza but I miss the tomatoes. I had the pork chop with the mashed potatoes and beans and it was very tender and tasty (Not like my Shake and Bake depth chargers) The salad bar is very good. The servers are excellent and I don't have any negatives to say about Ruby's. It is one of my favorite places in Spring Hill. read more

The worst restaurant ever! We went for diner the other day there were 7 people in our party. I ordered an entree with the salad bar. After i ordered the salad bar i changed my mind and didn't want it so i told my daughter she could have it, we were already paying for it anyway. So the waitress who was very rude came over and said she can't have that salad , she has to order her own.I never even had any of the salad and my daughter had only eaten a few bites. Everybody at the table had ordered steaks with the salad bar and its not like we weren't paying for it. She could have come over and mentioned it to me quietly and nicely, she was rude and embarrassing. I contacted them the next day to tell them about my experience and all they said was it's against our policy. We use to eat here alot but never again. read more

I was very disappointed when we walked in... Ruby Tuesday has always been one of my favorite places to eat. But after tonight I do not think I will be going back. We didnt wait long to be sat but the seater made a comment to the greeter that she should hold off on seating people because they have no silverware and people are complaining. We sat at a table that had no silverware and we sat for a while before we were waited on. Once we were waited on we were asked if we would like biscuits and we said yes. We waited for biscuits and probably waited 10 minutes and when the biscuits arrived we only received two. When we recieved our food we were never given silverware, the shrimp came with a fork, but still no napkins. When we were leaving I stopped to use the restroom there was no toilet paper and the garbage can was completely full... The food and wait staff was good but the experience not so much. read more
