Ordered the Farmers Market Salad & this was what I received. This salad is not worth $15.99 more like a $6 salad from 7Eleven (no offense). No edamame, onions, mushroom, crispy cucumbers, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, fresh grapes, crispy and no salad dressing. This is my 3rd & last time ordering here & management couldn't care less to answer the phone,they send you straight to an automated message to call back. Sometimes my partner and I will go out for dessert. We chose Ruby Tuesday's. No one was at the podium to welcome guests. When he did get there he said that they had been busy. We didn't have a meal there so I can't attest to the quality of the food. The cheese cake was the frozen kind. It took the waitress a long time to visit our table . There were four other people there. She didn't bring napkins and she served the cheesecake with a soup spoon. It was okay , but what turned me off was the cleanliness of the place. Not going back. We sat in a booth and the wood partition next to my arm had food and what looked like grease on it. The service was terrible, the dessert was mediocre and the restaurant was dark and not clean. I generally enjoy RT, so I went back after several months. Our waiter AJ was great, and we had no issues the two times we went back. Then, last night, the place was just a mess. The whole experience was an hour and a half long. The potatoes tasted like they were previously cooked, left out then microwaved. The oil was old and our food was left in it too long. The cocktail sauce tasted odd and overly spicy. The shrimp - just no. In that hour and a half, I received two refills on my drink. Also, my water had that mildewy taste to it. Might need filters cleaned. I should have left. Didn't get a knife or ketchup. I was asked if I wanted ketchup and by the time it arrived we were over it. Was about 15-20 minutes of waiting. My receipt didn't work in the app and everyone was too busy to help. On a positive note: manager was very nice. The ribs and hamburger (patty) were pretty good. I really hope they can fix dinner. I would like to return. I love getting the soup and salad, or something else. The Jensen place is very nice compared with the older, sadder Vero sister location. read more

My wife and I haven't been here in a few years. Today we remembered why we stopped going. When I had last rated it, I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars but sometime years after we stopped going there. I'd give it 1 star today. Today, my wife had a porterhouse steak that was about 1/2 fat and too salty. I had a rack of ribs that was served at almost room temperature and dry. Our waitress only checked on us once, and that long after we stopped eating. I doubt that I will ever return. read more

Waiting nearly ten minutes to be seated is frustrating, but it happens when short staffed. Shift change was in process, but it shouldn't have impacted the quality and service of food . We ordered three burgers with fries, one with cheese. Ordered and 15 minutes later our burgers came out, but tots instead of fries and all with cheese. The waitress was nice and returned them to the kitchen - where we waited another 15 minutes. My burger (w cheese) most definitely sat while one was being prepared. Burger was lacking any flavor and was cold as were the fries. I'm certain they scraped my son's cheese off of his (we saw pieces of cheese in the sides)- frustrating, but we covered his with ketchup. My husband's burger was bland. I'm not sure how you can tank fries and burgers, but that combined with the long wait time and very lack luster salad bar it was a thumbs down for us. I dislike negative reviews, but I can't get past how below mediocre our experience was. On the way out there were about ten people waiting to be seated (I'd recommend investing in a "wait to be seated" sign) and unsure as to if they should seat themselves and questioning whether they should stay. Overall, not impressed. The restaurant itself feels outdated and musty - an overall no go for future visits, which is a bummer. read more

The 2 of us paid $99 for the salad bar for 90 days. We renewed when that ended both paying 39.99. While it is a deal..We can't buy the produce even close to that cost, we have noticed reoccurring problems that is NOT the fault of this location. We have personally seen as many as 20 people leave in a 1 hour time because no one was available to host them. MANY time, waitresses have to serve as hostess & waiters. They cannot seem to keep help in the kitchen. MANY nights we hear that the manager is cooking along, "cooks walked out", etc. ALL waiters are apologetic & kind, but they are not able to fix the problem. I actually watched a waiter having to take a break to recompose after shouting several times for "back door)""? = pick up assistance while filling bar seating areas as well as providing the mixed drinks for the entire restaurant. Many visits, after paying for a salad bar, there are SO MANY missing items. Many times, NO PLATES! Really?? Ranch dressing? Really?? Last nite we sat beside a family of 4 -2 kids... NO MILK. I could go on & on. The only reason we still go is that the price for the "deal" salad bar is great. NOW , in the last month or so, they are offering a choice of slider burgers that normally costs $12-20 for $5.99 one time payment & $5.99 per order. AYKM? No cooks! No hostess (rare-but I wouldn't put my clothes on for $12.75 hr n these days) & not enuf pay to have to listen to paying customers complaining. At this location, u are fortunate to have a few loyal employees left! SO... what SHOULD get your attention, or district manager's, is... we go here 6/7 days every night.. we see customers turned away (sorry, we are short staffed) or just leave after 10-20 min with no one to seat them... We seat ourselves in bar area. If silverware is at front, we pick it up for ourselves. Seat ourself in bar area. Order water only . Staff ALWAYS pleasant & run their BUTTS off. We eat here as there are always great coupons available. That being said, the place is tired and worn. The staff is always accommodating, but always out of something and only find that out after we've waited forever to order and 20 min after that, we find out they don't have it!! She was very professional very fast. She sat us within five minutes. Our server jen was amazing also. The hostess was all around the restaurant doing everything that she possibly could, we even stopped her to tell her she never stopped running around. She told us she just started working there. Fantastic place to eat!! They have the best salad bar around! It has everything you would like on a salad and more. The food is always prepared exceptionally well and served within minutes of ordering. They have a full bar for people that like that sort of thing, however I'm a unsweetened tea guy and love the free refills! Lol Cost is responsible and service is exceptional. read more

Ruby Tuesday's Vero Beach Date of service 1-19-2022 My wife and I local so we have been dining off an on at the Vero Beach Ruby Tuesday's since it opened. They consistently have a decent salad bar. You have to work at it and special order items but you make it an okay choice for a low-carb-based meal. Date of this visit 1-13-2022. Kelsie is always our waitress whenever possible. She always remembers us, what we like and how we like it. She is always kind and friendly as well as quick and efficient at serving us. In my experience, it is hit or miss at many Ruby Tuesday's as to whether or not they will cook items, like their salmon, to order (i.e. medium) or not. This one does which makes for a perfectly mouther-watering, buttery delicious piece of fish. We usually only order the salad bar and add grilled chicken and/or grilled salmon which they prepare very nicely (except with an occasion new cook, then it may require a re-order). What would make it a 4-5 star review for me? More grilled and healthy entrée and options that are scratch cooked with fresh spices and herds and not heavy starchy sauces. In my opinion the menu is mostly starch heavy, fried, or heavily sauce/gravy heavy that makes them taste like every other processed food, fast food chain. Today I would like to highlight two individuals that are working at Ruby Tuesday and Vero Beach for the exceptional service and their commitment to hospitality in the area. Ryan and Brittany. These two individuals have been exceptional in their service to me as I come into Ruby Tuesday. every time I am able to recognize good service and warm and welcoming greetings I think of these two individual. what impresses me the most is there level of professionalism even when they are overwhelmed with orders and tasks that are required of them. they both have very special ability to know when they are needed and to when they are not needed by my body language or me verbally saying so. they are always willing to engage with conversation and give me recommendations on menu items. I have also noticed that individuals who were not sitting on my table, always give them praise and complement their as well. I look forward to coming back to Tuesdays just for the opportunity to be served by these individuals because what they provide to me as a party of one is definitely something highlight and something to be recognized by the management. Always love to come here and recently this visit I had Ryan as my server. She made our experience that much better. I wasn't sure this time if i wanted to try something new but she was right there helping me and suggesting everything ruby Tuesday has to offer! I hate to leave bad reviews but our experience was not good. We waited to be seated in a near empty restaurant. The server was friendly but not knowledgeable. My husband's food was good but mine had burnt sausages in it. The waitress came with our check halfway through our meal and a few minutes later (while we were still eating) to get paid. Place isn't what it used to be. Getting run down, old carpet, seats with rips..short on help. Compare it to the one in Sebastian and you can see the difference. The franchise has been with issue closing many locations. What is nice about them is the sale bar and if you sing up the many coupons you get emailed make it worth visiting. read more
