Paper cups influence the flavor of a hot espresso and I drink mine with no sweeteners specifically because I want to taste the actual shot. The espresso was also slightly burnt, which tells me the machine needs a good cleaning. Iced coffee is a different story but for hot cappuccinos, ceramic makes a real difference. My husband's coffee was good though and he was happy with his. Breakfast sandwiches were the toaster style, similar to what you'd expect from a place without a full kitchen. I genuinely enjoyed mine. My husband was not impressed by his. Overall it was a good enough time. We would not go out of our way to come back but if we were in the downtown area and needed a reliable spot in a pinch, we would stop in again. P.S.
