Ambiance: 4/5 Clean and laid back, an ambiance I can appreciate. Service: 4/5 I was there for happy hour and inquired about light bites, in addition to my drink. The bartender recommended the lamb chops and I ordered them. The lamb chops were seasoned to perfection and very delicious!

This restaurant was conveniently located inside the hotel we were staying at. Instead of venturing out in to the city, my sister & I decided to eat here and we're so glad we did. We sat in the bar area which was more casual than the main dining room. Our servers were so kind! Food was amazing and so was the service. We had a great time dining here, highly recommend.

    Steak dry and rough

I heard great things about Ruth Chris online so I decided to try it. Wow the worst steak/food I've had for $80. It was so thin, dry, rough and tasteless that I had to order another one and it was still the same bad. The complimentary bread had hair in it. I hope this not a representation of Atlanta food or Ruth Chris as a chain.

My wife and I dined here for our 18th anniversary and had a lovely meal. I had the Harvest Salad, Filet, and Garlic Crusted Sea Bass. My wife had the Ruth's Chop Salad and Filet. The food was wonderful! The salads were quite hearty and beautifully presented. The steaks were both cooked to our preference (medium), very flavorful and tender. The Sea Bass stole the show for me! That dish is spectacular! It was so light and flaky - and the baby spinach paired with it so well. The service was wonderful. We had Sequoia take care of us and she was so funny, helpful, and attentive. We wanted and waited for nothing - she was on it! The ambiance is what I expected. Be advised - it can be a little tricky getting into the restaurant as it is inside the Embassy Suites hotel and you can only enter through the valet parking area.

We made reservations for this location for our wedding anniversary. First let me say that Tashawna was an amazing server! The ambiance was nice. This location is inside the Embassy, so it's small. My order: Ribeye medium well with a lettuce wedge. My steak came out unseasoned and medium Steak 5/10 undercooked and not a great cut Wedge 10/10 Wife's order: cowboy ribeye medium, loaded baked potato with lettuce wedge. Her steak was more medium rare but perfectly seasoned. Steak 7/10 for being undercooked and not a great cut of steak for over $80 Loaded baked potato 10/10 Wedge 10/10 We both ordered the hibiscus lemon drop 10/10 I added a star for service and complimentary dessert. Total $247.07 for a meal not better than LH

First time at Ruth's Chris! I was very excited to try what they had to offer. Before even entering the building, you already know in Atlanta that parking is always going to be something to consider. I believe this Ruth's Chris was inside of a hotel and when we pulled in, valet did not greet us, acknowledge us, nor did the open or hold any doors for us. Now I know im not entitled to that but if we have to pay you in order to get in the building to make time for our reservation, it would have been appreciated. Valet services then gave us a number to hold so we can get the car after dinner. My mom and I went on Christmas Day and the building was beautiful inside. I ordered a sea bass and my mother ordered a stuffed Chicken that I tried later which was honestly amazing. My sea bass was full of flavor as well. I felt more points being taken off once I noticed people coming in that were absolutely not complying to the dress code. People walking in with pajamas while my mother and I are dressed up had us feeling over dressed for a moment. Nope, we're definitely at a fine dining restaurant I do think that dress code policies should have been enforced this day. Nonetheless the experience was nice and I would love to come back to a Ruth's Chris maybe another location where we wouldn't have to deal with mediocre valet service and where the dress code is enforced strictly.

Absolutely the worst experience at a Ruth Chris I've ever had. Don't waste your time! Poor service, like warm foods and dirty.

Can women wear a nice pair of jeans?

    Yes you can.

I've had a business dinner scheduled here. Is it possible to eat vegan?

You can definitely make it work. I'm sure they can change how they prepare their veggies as most are made with butter or some type of cream sauce.

Can you walk in with a large party?

No. It's best to make a reservation

We were there celebrating our engagement, and they made it feel so special by decorating our table with rings and confetti to celebrate our love. Our server gave us so much attention and made the experience feel personal. Since it was our first time there, they took the time to walk us through some of the best items on and off the menu, and shared their favorite dishes. Everything was done with care. The restaurant was clean, the bathroom was amazing, and the food was worth every dollar. The short rib was so tender, and the New York strip was seasoned to perfection and cooked medium well just how we like it. The twice-baked potato loaded with bacon, sour cream, chives, and cheese was delicious, and the mac and cheese was so good. I also appreciated that they allowed me to order it without the roasted saltine crackers. I can't wait to visit again!

Definitely a place to be seen and eat well. There's a parking garage but it was full when we got there, so we did valet, which was surprisingly affordable. Service was wonderful. Our server was attentive, helpful, and super knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, we got: Aguachile de Pescado, which was insane. Super fresh, bright, citrusy, ceviche-like with perfect texture. I would go back just for that. The Hamachi was clean and bright. That avocado sauce tied everything together and gave it some depth without overpowering the fish. The Pork Belly Tostadas were crispy and rich with that smooth avocado mousse and sweet mango salsa balancing it out perfectly. Finally, the bone marrow with steak... so good. I had seen pictures of it before I came and it did not disappoint. The steak was incredibly tender. They bring blue corn tortillas and suggest making a taco with the marrow, steak, and avocado. It's great that way. But honestly, the marrow and steak stand perfectly on their own. Whole experience was excellent. Easily one of my favorite spots in the city now.

Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.

The bread service was just as amazing as I remembered. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the Caesar salad, especially the freshly grated cheese, which he said was incredibly light and airy. As for the Lobster Risotto, it exceeded my expectations in both flavor and portion size. The risotto itself was somewhat mild on its own, but once I mixed in the herb butter, it became absolutely delicious. The lobster itself was very tender and tasty, I loved it. The hosts were great and they always give us great service but the food had been the lacking the last couple of services where the she crab soup lacked crab, the swordfish over cooked multiple times. This time in particular we ordered the whole lobster and was offered to have it taken out of the shell for us. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. When we got the lobster we got a full tail but one claw and no knuckles. When we addressed with the server, she argued with us that that's how a lobster is and that there could be more meat hidden on the plate. It felt like she thought we were there to just get more food by saying "so what do you want, more meat" but if we had it in the shell we would have received our full portion. The manager on duty tried to make it up to us by comping the lobster but it was more than that. After going back and forth with the server we just wanted the check to leave. The manager on duty insisted to give us the lobster and take it home. The server wasn't very polite and argued with us about the lobster. I wish I remembered the servers name With that said, the amount of money we have spent there over the years, it's unfortunate that that will be our last time going to the Optimist.

Our waiter was incredibly sweet and patient with us, especially since we were a little indecisive and had plenty of questions. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a really nice atmosphere. I started with the lychee martini, which is easily in my top five lychee martinis I've had. The bread was a little underwhelming, but the butter made up for it. For my entrée, I ordered the wet-aged 16oz ribeye cooked medium, and wow -- it was phenomenal. Crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked, juicy, and served sizzling straight from the skillet. I got the green peppercorn sauce on the side, but honestly, the steak didn't even need it. For my side, I chose the Brussels sprouts with the delicious yuzu drizzle. I also sampled the truffle fries, creamed spinach, and lobster mac and cheese -- all were really good, but the creamed spinach completely stole the show. I will say the food took a while to come out, but they absolutely made up for it because everything tasted amazing. To top it off, someone from management brought complimentary celebratory lemon drop shots for the birthday girl. I'll definitely be dining at Little Alley again!

We arrived using the valet service, which usually makes dinner much more convenient. Unfortunately, this was probably the weakest part of the experience. The valet attendants weren't very welcoming, seemed a bit disorganized, and there was no one to open the door upon arrival. We also had to wait for our valet ticket, and retrieving our car at the end of the evening took much longer than expected. There's definitely room for improvement in this area. Once inside, check-in with the host was smooth, and we were seated on the outdoor patio with a beautiful view on a perfect summer evening. Our server, Jason, was phenomenal. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and had impeccable timing throughout the meal. He truly elevated the experience and is a great asset to the restaurant. I would absolutely request him again on a future visit. For appetizers, I highly recommend the fried Maine lobster tail--it was perfectly fried, well-seasoned, and delicious. The Kobe meatballs were good but didn't quite stand out enough to rave about. For our entrée, we shared the 24-ounce porterhouse with lobster mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts. Everything was well prepared, and we had no complaints about the meal. To drink, I ordered two vodka martinis and the guava vodka spritzer. The martinis were exactly what you'd expect, but the guava vodka spritzer stole the show. It was refreshing, beautifully crafted, and the perfect cocktail for a summer evening on the patio. My significant other enjoyed a glass of wine, and the wine selection appeared to offer plenty of options. One thing that stood out was the manager, Brit, making a point to greet several surrounding tables. We appreciated that level of hospitality and were actually looking forward to complimenting Jason's outstanding service. However, despite making eye contact, our table was completely skipped--no greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment. Combined with the disappointing valet experience, it left us feeling overlooked. While the food was excellent and Jason made our evening memorable, the lack of hospitality from both valet and management would make me think twice before choosing Little Alley over the many other great steakhouses in Atlanta. Jason, however, is the reason this visit ended on a positive note.
