Great place and service. Loved the mimosas. Special thanks to Hanna for the wonderful service.

Visited on a Saturday evening. Beautiful decor and ambiance. Had an 8pm reservation for 2 and were seated immediately. I was expecting more of a crowd for a Saturday evening but was glad it wasn't that busy, or loud, on the inside. Our server Sydni was amazing. She was down to earth, honest, and helpful in making our experience as enjoyable as possible. After deciding on drinks, we were brought bread, which included butter and oil. We decided on octopus and hummus for appetizer. Drinks were brought to us and we had questions about the fish options which we found out that unfortunately the only fish they had was the branzino which was disappointing. Our appetizers were brought. Drinks 10/10. Beautiful presentation, full glasses, and great flavor. Octopus 4/10. Mild flavors, small portion, a little chewy. That corn puree was amazing though. Hummus, do not recommend. Beautiful presentation but that's it. Hummus lacked flavor and the veggies could've been chopped smaller and maybe even blanched a little. Overall we didn't have a great experience. We spoke to the manager and he understood our feelings, gave us a simple rundown of why they were out of fish, as well as a small compensation. Valet was $10 which seemed outrageous for the size of the parking lot and distance from the restaurant.

Great food and the cocktail menu is so diverse. I love how boozy the drinks are with a touch of cuteness LOL. I only had an app this time but I got the fried octopus and I feel like the greens and sauce were a nice touch!

Don't forget to snap an Instagram worthy photo in front of the Verdure sign --fully adorned with faux foliage and warm lighting.

Stylish space, delicious food, and warm vibes. My Mother's Day Brunch at Verdure was such a lovely experience. The atmosphere is chic yet cozy--with beautiful greenery, soft music, and an overall calming aesthetic that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the moment. I ordered the French toast with a side of sausage, and it did not disappoint. The French toast was golden and slightly crisp on the edges, with a soft, custardy center and just the right amount of sweetness. The sausage was flavorful and perfectly cooked--savory with a nice little kick. The service was kind and attentive, though the food did take a bit longer than expected to arrive and although we had a reservation, the wait time to be seated was a bit longer than I'd anticipate especially for a reserved spot. That's the only reason I'm holding back the fifth star--but once it came, it was clear they take pride in the quality and presentation. Verdure is a great spot for a relaxing brunch date or catching up with friends. I'll definitely be back to try more on the menu!

I came here around the holidays with a group of 4. It's a beautiful restaurant located near the botanical gardens. Dimmed lighting and very aesthetic. Our waitress was pretty attentive and I remember her coming around pretty often. The restaurant was busy but not noisy where you couldn't hear the person next to you. Onto the food... as a group we ordered the Brussels sprouts, octopus and Egusi hummus. The Brussels sprouts might have been the best I've ever had. Sooo delicious. However, the hummus was disappointing. We ordered it thinking we'd have at least a small taste of Egusi but there was none just kind of bland hummus. The octopus was fine but nothing to write home about. Then for individual entrees: I had the lamb chops which were fine but I felt a bit overpriced. Two people from my party had the sea bass which was comically small for the price and the other had the Branzino which she thought was just okay. All in all, it's a beautiful restaurant but the food fell short especially for the price. I'd recommend coming for drinks and the Brussels sprouts.

Its def an Instagram worthy resturant! The shrimp and grits were good but for $32 is a bit steep for the pricing. The chicken and waffles came with eggs and bacon, so the price was worth it. The drinks were delicious and packed a punch. The service was good as well, plus live music during brunch. Interested to see what the dinner menu includes. Go check them out, a hidden gem tucked away. But pricey.

My first time at Verdure and it was a lovely experience. The customer service from the valet attendant (Nahom) to our server Sienna was great! Sienna was friendly and professional and handled our specific situation with professionalism and patience. The cocktails were delicious as well as the food. Although, the cocktails and dishes may take awhile it is worth the wait and crafted with love! The location of the restaurant is nicely tucked away at the end of the street. The ambiance of the restaurant provides a warm vibe-it has the perfect layout where it does not feel crowded but intimate. Please note this restaurant does not split checks individually. If you are adamen about this perhaps it's best if you call ahead to ask although those policies vary restaurant to restaurant so you should always plan ahead and never assume all operate the same way. Ultimately, I enjoyed my experience and plan to return for their brunch. We know how difficult it is to find great restaurants in Atlanta therefore I will ALWAYS support Black owned restaurants that are doing amazing things especially those of my culturally background and that are African-Owned!

My girls and I had a wonderful dining experience at Verdure, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Lashun. From the moment we were seated, Lashun was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He had great knowledge of the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. What really stood out was Lashun's positive attitude and attention to detail--checking in at the perfect times without ever feeling intrusive. It's clear he take pride in providing excellent service, and it truly enhanced our overall experience. I would absolutely return to Verdure and would gladly request Lashun again. Highly recommend!

Seated for 15 minutes. No service. Finally we were discovered after my attempt to order drinks at the bar. New Year's Eve 7:45pm. Waitress however was fantastic and very apologetic. Started with the spicy crab (EXCELLENT) and a seafood bisque with oyster and shrimp. This dish had absolutely NO flavor. Very bland. No. Then we ordered entrees: lamb and I ordered the sea bass. Lamb was delicious but it wasn't tender at all. My sea bass wasn't flavorful at all. I could've done that myself at home. The veggies in the fish weren't cooked. My carrot was absolutely raw and my onions weren't translucent, crispy. NO, very disappointing for $54. Yes, $54. Now remember I said we ordered lamb and sea bass? Server brings out filet mignon we believe and I was served beef Wellington and was told when I asked what it was that it was the beef Wellington I ordered. Say what? They quickly removed the beef Wellington. I probably should have kept it because the fish was ridiculous. Thankfully my cousin looked at her supposed lamb and said this doesn't look like lamb and didn't touch it. I hope they didn't serve this dish to someone after it sat with us. The potato au gratin was dry but my cousin liked it. The macaroni and cheese was meh. The drinks were the highlight. The French 75 and lemon drop martini were both delicious! Didn't bother with dessert. I will not return. It was my cousins second time there, she obviously was ok with her meal. I can't.

We were greeted by the bartender/bar manager, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, but she was absolutely fantastic. She had a lovely accent, was incredibly personable, attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. I started with the Hibiscus Margarita, and it was outstanding--refreshing, flavorful, and easily one of the best margaritas I've had in a while. We visited on a Tuesday for the oyster special ($15 for a dozen oysters). I'm not an oyster fan, so I skipped them, but my friend thoroughly enjoyed hers and said they were fresh and delicious. She also ordered one of their mule cocktails and loved it. For my entrée, I had the shrimp, scallop, and sausage jambalaya, and it was phenomenal. The flavors were rich, well-seasoned, and instantly reminded me of New Orleans. If you're craving authentic Cajun-inspired comfort food, this dish definitely delivers. My only complaint is that I wish they had a stronger happy hour menu with more food and drink specials. Other than that, the service, cocktails, and food were excellent. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend giving Fontaine's Oyster House a try!

Walking towards the venue, it was a small quaint establishment with a great amount of sunlight, great customer service and an open area that you can order food. I would definitely recommend that you pull up the menu to view upon ordering your food, that way it can go much smoother. I was able to order multiple items such as the mussels which were delicious, crab avocado salad, which was amazing and the Caesar salad with grouper added was even better. There are a variety of items that you can order on a daily basis. Being that this venue is small, I would recommend that you come a little bit earlier, especially if you have a group of friends. You could sit outside or inside but spacing is very limited so keep that in mind. If you have any food allergies, make sure you communicate that when you are ordering. The bathroom is available, but not as accessible for a customer. Lastly, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for some great food, parking or customer service. We came here for a birthday dinner celebration and we met with great customer service and a lovely atmosphere. There was a jazz trio performing, and the ambience of the restaurant was great. We were seated in an area that had a lot of traffic so some of us were bumped multiple times by servers, food going over our heads, people swinging their jackets, it just seemed as if the tables were a bit too close together. The food. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, the fried green tomatoes, and the pork belly. All of these were delicious, though we did feel like the tomatoes could've been a little crispy. The Carolina gold sauce on the pork belly was a nice tangy combination with the protein, and the shrimp had a surprisingly good sauce. The issue that we fell into with two urban licks were the mains ... We felt that the rotisserie chicken was a bit dry, and flavor was confusing as it was presenting as tandoori, but had an underlying flavor we just couldn't get into. The market fish on the menu for the day was a red snapper, and it didn't come with any sides, but it seemed like the fish was simply fried in the oil and it didn't have any seasoning or underlying flavor which we were disappointed in. The Hawaiian wahoo fish was a bit overcooked, and the "jerk" short ribs leaned more habanero salsa in the taste. The coconut rice and peas that went along with it was also dry, without coconut taste, and missed the mark for us. We are Caribbean and this was a disappointment to experience. The description on the page oversold it just a bit. We were able to call the manager, and they removed the chicken dish from our bill and took half of the final price of the short rib from our bill as well, and that was appreciated! Looking around the restaurant, it seemed like everyone was enjoying their meal, though we could never know what conversations were being had at those tables, and it just seems like this restaurant was not for us personally! Great service, but due to the food, we don't plan to return

But he definitely won the entree round--his beef was tender, flavorful, and served with what tasted like sweet mashed potatoes (the menu said red potatoes). The glazed carrots were slightly firm but still tasty. To top it all off, we were served a mini chocolate cake with whipped vanilla icing--soft, rich, and perfect for sharing. The inside isn't the largest resource been to, but has plenty of seating. The atmosphere is relaxed and we saw people dressed up and down. Overall, we had a great experience. Bully Boy is a gem, and I hope you're lucky enough to have Robert as your server!
