The brioche bun for the roll was also perfectly grilled and buttered up. In fact, we learned that the restaurant gets their buns fresh daily from a nearby bakery. Since we had arrived for an earlier lunch and the bread wasn't ready yet, there was actually a ~20+ min delay in getting our food. Regardless, the food was delicious, and the staff were very apologetic and offered to serve our sides while we waited. If we lived closer or brought a cooler, we'd probably bring fresh seafood back home. Would definitely love to stop by again one day!

Service is also top notch. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite food item here is the Nordic roll. I have one and I'm full for the rest of the day.
