I said yes and we were escorted inside. As we were being seated, I asked to confirm that the table we were led to was under my cousin's name. Hostess confirms yes. My cousin has a very distinct name. I think, ok great. Our waiter takes our drink orders, the rest of my party arrives and are seated. Turns out, my cousin did *not* make a reservation (honest miscommunication with me) as we learned when the hostess returned and told us we now had to leave. I fully own that we didn't have a reservation and they were booked up, but the way this was handled was strange. No apology, no grace, just "you have to leave." I got up, found the hostess in the front, honestly apologized again for the confusion and asked if we could be moved anywhere. I was told they were fully booked and didn't have a table until 2 hours later. Ok, I get it, but we shouldn't have been seated at all then. This was one of the weirdest experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I emailed the manager privately about this the day after it happened, but didn't get a reply. Will not return and will not recommend this place to others. No idea what to rate the food (menu looked nice but expensive) since we didn't get to order food.
