Chloe was fantastic! She has such a friendly demeanor, and her expertise was immediately evident. She minimized discomfort, and our fun conversation was the perfect distraction. She makes you comfortable from the get go and is enthusiastic about helping you achieve what you want. I found her literally yesterday on Yelp because of her incredible reviews. I then looked at her Instagram and knew I'd have an awesome experience. She knows exactly what she's doing and how to do it. I went in for a brow waxing appointment ((that she was able to make happen VERY last minute)) and asked a ton of questions, which she happily and thoroughly answered. She explained every step of what she was doing, and we chatted through the appointment like old friends. I ended up asking about brow tinting, and because it was so affordable, I got that too. I am SO happy--it was my first time with tinting, and I now actually have the eyebrows I've always wanted!
