We came here on our last day in Kauai and I have to say this was my favorite breakfast spot. I had the fried spam sandwich and my husband had "the local" sandwich. The spam was perfectly fried and the garlic aioli was just perfect. I wish we had found this place sooner. Ok so I love this place! Been many times. Love the Deep fried pancakes, the chorizo burrito is incredible and I finally asked what they recommended and they said the Benedict. Half pork half veggie. You place your order and in a few minutes your name is called out and you get your order. We had the kalua pig Benedict on home made English muffins and fried potatoes on a stick. Ono! Overflowing with kalau pig and eggs and topped with sprouts and edible flowers, the kalua pig Benedict was awesome! The home made English muffin is substantial and chewy good. Yummm! I've eaten here twice this week and I've only been on island 10 days, I had to come back one more time for the Noelle flatbread. As I'm allergic to most pestos because of walnuts or pine nuts, I was so stoked to see Juan's pesto is made with Macadamia nuts The Noelle is garlicky, topped with micro greens that make this vegetarian girl smile and feel healthy while indulging in not one, but two at at time flatbreads! We paid $14. For a single burrito. And if it is has been fourteen days or less since you've traveled here, you are required to order online, pay through Venmo, and they will deliver to your vehicle once payment has been received. That was not a problem, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time--we checked Yelp and Google before going to this food truck and neither said anything about the above. read more

We stayed at Princeville on the first day in Kauai and it was almost 20 mins drive to Hanelai and it was really worth it. This is a truck food place . It gets really sunny during the morning time and they do have onsite parking but it was tough to find since it was really crowded. So they are street side parking and some spots in the neighboring building as well. We ordered pesto and veggie scramble. The quality and the quantity of food was good. It has a lot of greens in scramble. If you don't like a lot raw greens in egg you should customize it . The potato sticks was hot and crispy . It was over soon. It was farmers market or fair style of potato sticks. You will be surprised to see a lot of chickens around entire Kauai and the truck food places as well. read more

O. M. G. My husband and I are on Kauai on our honeymoon. We got here yesterday and while we had dinner last night by the airport, had no idea where to eat breakfast today. I looked for something on Yelp, and found this place. We can here because it was close to our Airbnb, it had really good reviews, although only a few, and we were hungry. It wasn't quite what we expected, as it's a truck, not an actual restaurant, surrounded by about 5 others. And when we walked up, there was no one else around (none of the other trucks had even opened yet). But we pressed on, and ordered anyway. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict with kalua pig, and I got the BLTE with the garlic aioli. We also each got a juice (grapefruit and tangelo) and a single French toast stick. I tell you what, that eggs Benedict was about the best I've had in a long time, and I've actually made it myself. The pork was tender and delicious, flavorful. The hollandaise sauce was light, creamy, tart, and just right. Their sign said they made their own English muffins, and this one was good, although I think it was a bit undercooked. (I've been watching too much of the great British bake off on Netflix.) They had garnished it with edible flowers which was a really nice touch and there was a spiral of potato chips on a stick which were nice and crispy. My BLTE was really good. Bacon, lettuce, tomato and egg sandwich. They did it different than I've had it done before: making almost an omelette out of he lettuce, tomato and egg, and then topping it with the bacon before putting it on the Hawaiian taro bread. It was very good, although not as good as my husband's Benny. Luckily, I have a very generous husband, and he offered to switch meals with me halfway through. The French toast stick was stinking AWESOME. What they do is take a stick of the taro bread, dip it in pancake batter and then deep fry it. Then they serve it with maple syrup and it's a thing of beauty. Just order at least one. Trust me. Especially if you like funnel cake. The juices were really good too. They were unsweetened, undiluted. Delicious, tasted exactly like the fruit. All in, it cost us $40 for breakfast. A bit more than I would have liked to have spent normally, but it's our honeymoon. We have been here twice on different visits to the island. I wish I could give a better review. The couple who run it are really nice and the food truck is a fun experience with a cute covered seating area. I ordered the 1/2 order of eggs Benedict with the kalua pork. It came with a side curled potato on a stick which was over cooked - more like a big potato chip. The Benedict sauce was delicious and everything was cooked perfectly. The BIG problem was the whole thing was sitting in 1/3 of a cup of oil. I am NOT exaggerating! It was not water - pure oil. I was tipping the container to get the Benedict out of the pool of oil. I honestly felt ill for the remainder of the day. My husband got the French toast sandwich. It was bland and basic. So, unfortunately this will be our last visit. I hope this review helps to make some changes. read more

This place is obviously not customer focused, and should consider changing their business practices. The food - I got the French toast which was not good, but my wife liked her breakfast sandwich. Kinda pricey but located in an expensive area, so seems justified. *Update*: The owners unprofessional response proves how "customer centric" this business truly is. The menus are on the trailer and visible for everyone. (If you want you could ask for a hand held menu. You animal ._.) If you get a cold beverage, theres a cooler on the floor to pick one. This place was pretty good! They don't allow substitutions (didn't ask but it states it all over the menu) so I would not recommend for someone who is particular like me. I'm a picky bitch and like things a certain way. However, I did find something tasty and I enjoyed my breakfast. So did hubs. I'd skip the juice tho. They add ice so it gets that watered down flavor almost right away. Not the greatest taste for fresh squeezed juice. I want that strong orange flavor. The potato rings were delish with the garlic sauce. Will def go back for another round. Very nice setup for a food truck. read more
