I don't like to post but wanted to support this place. I work in Irvine and i really wanted pho. I found saiga from yelp and just tried it yesterday. I had their pho and pork belly sandwich. Omg it was so good. The pho was so flavorful and the pork belly was so crispy. The young lady in the front was so nice as well. She said all their recipes are from her mom. So cute. Wow!!! I had the pork belly with vermicelli noodles and it was truly off the charts, delicious! The ingredients were so fresh, you can taste the quality. The belly was crisp to perfection and the noodles were nicely complemented by the cucumbers, lettuce, mint, carrotts and nuoc cham sauce. Aromatic dish, refreshingly tasty! My boss had the garlic noodles w/ bbq chicken and he said it was, "pretty delicious!" We will order here again! read more

I LOVE THEIR BAHN MI! My dad ordered from them and it's the best in town by far. Along with the few bites of bahn mi, I had the kimchi fried rice with egg and belly on top! Everything was still warm when it got delivered and the drinks were still ice cold! I recommend the cookies (peanut butter chocolate is my favorite) and the coffee as well! SOOOO GOOD! This little spot is in a suite that has multiple other mini restaurants. I actually went in during their soft opening and was greeted by who I presume is the owner/investor? I believe his name was Nick. Super friendly guy and helped me purchase through the main app for the specific restaurant I wanted to purchase from. The young woman from Saiga was super friendly and welcoming as well. I am a huge supporter of local businesses and introducing friends, families and co-workers to such places. On this occasion, I bought through Saiga since I am a huge fan of Vietnamese. Food came out quick, fresh and super delicious. It is a hard time for all right now, and a lot of our local businesses are impacted. I do encourage you, if you want some good food with excellent friendly service, go here! You won't be disappointed. They are offering pick up and delivery right now, so definitely give them a try. It's so worth it. Keep supporting our local businesses as much as we can! I am so happy to have found this delicious tofu banh mi (sandwhich)! They make their own fresh soft tofu middle with tempura batter outter edge that is so flavorful and satisfying. They do not include what I had hoped to have my favorite pickled white radish (daikon) but do include nicely sliced pickled carrots, and cilantro for additional flavors.
