Looking for some quick Vietnamese to bring home, I had seen this new spot pop up near me. The offerings looked promising so I gave it a try. The service was friendly. The atmosphere I will disregard as this is definitely built for delivery apps and takeout. I got the pork sausage spring rolls and the bun thit nuong. Interestingly, it was already prepackaged and ready to go. The food was all still fresh and made day of so I didn't mind. The spring rolls were great with a good mix of crunch from the greens and the egg roll skin hidden in the middle. It paired nicely with the provided savory peanut sauce. The bun thit nuong was so plentiful and could easy feed a party of 2. Very delicious and rivals any from a typical Vietnamese restaurant. I have been searching for a banh mi as good as the one at Hiep Thanh in San Bernardino and I found it! Their tofu banh mi is amazing. The roll is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Tons of the pickled carrots and daikon, and just enough jalapeno. The tofu was marinated in garlic. So delicious. The girl who took my order was so friendly. Frankly, the inside of the restaurant isn't much to look at, and they only have 3 tables. I would consider this to be a great place for take out. They also have pretty good Vietnamese iced coffee. It's quite strong. I will definitely be back to try some other dishes, and of course get another banh mi! Great find in Redlands! read more

Ok... first there is no authentic real Vietnamese food around, I don't feel like driving to San Bernardino to the Asian supermarket or to Loma Linda for pho ha when it's down the street from my house. I got the salt Coffee which was Amazing. Beef pho for my wife. Meat ball banh mi for myself... and it taste just like how my grandmother used to make for me when I was younger. As for taste, this wasn't the best that he had before. He wouldn't order this again. I ate the beef stew side dish. Most of the meat was fat. Some people enjoy eating the fatty parts of beef stew, but I'm not particularly fond of it. My son ended up eating the rest. Their service was fast because we ordered our meals to go. After having a delicious Banh Mi sandwich we came back today and had iced coffee and beef pho. The iced coffee is outstanding. The pho was delightful and filling, loved the broth, the meat was tender and delicious. The herbs and bean sprouts you add to it were fragrant and fresh along with lime to squeeze on. Hoisin sauce and chili sauce also. Everything you get when dining in for takeout, and it's packaged perfectly! Attention to detail is great. I really appreciate the whole concept of takeout for this business and I'm sure that everything I order will be excellent. Can't wait to come back and try another item on their menu.
