Huge shoutout to Saints Offroad in Glendora for absolutely transforming my 2019 Ford Ranger. They originally did the suspension work on the truck back in 2019 shortly after I bought it, and I've continued going back ever since for alignments, suspension service, and maintenance because of how great the experience has always been. They installed my King extended travel coilovers, rear Kings, Total Chaos UCAs, ICON leaf packs, ICON wheels, and 285 KO2s, and the truck has been amazing both on the highway and off-road. The install quality and attention to detail were top notch from the beginning. Over the years, I've brought the truck back for alignments as well as rebuilding and servicing my King shocks, and everything has always gone really smoothly. It's nice having a shop you can trust long term that actually knows your setup and takes care of the truck properly. What really stood out was the customer service after the install. After driving the truck for a bit, I realized I regretted going with the ICON Option 2 leaf pack setup over the Option 3 because it felt a little softer than what I wanted. Jake immediately told me to bring the truck back in and they added the add-a-leaf at no additional cost just to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the setup. That level of customer service and standing behind their work is hard to find these days. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the off-road community. I can say after being a customer and a friend of this business for more than a decade that there is no one better to partner with and entrust your vehicle and your hard earned money to. When you're looking for professionals who can relate to your needs, partner with you despite the size of your build, and walk through the unknowns these guys set the standard. I was shopping around to get a 6 inch lift done on my truck as well as new tires and rims. I shopped around different shops and they all tried to sell me things my truck did not need nor did I want. I came across Saints Off-road and knew the minute I walked in the shop that it was different. I spoke to the staff and they listened to me and what I wanted for my truck. Not once did they ever try to sell me something that I did not need. We went over all the details including cost and everything went smoothly. Once Saints Off-road started ordering all the parts and working on my truck, we hit a few bumps along the way. Some things took longer than expected, which was out of their control, but they communicated with me every step of the way which I appreciated. We ordered a bumper to be shipped overnight last week, it did not ship until Wednesday of this week. They were informed that this truck was a support truck in a march that supports and represents the 22 vets a day who kill themselves. Everyone down the line was informed, this truck had to be ready TODAY. My bumper did not arrive until late Friday afternoon, the day before the march, putting the trucks appearance in doubt. I originally thought the fault lied with Saints Offroad, but this was not the case. Amy went out of her way to make sure that the bumper was tracked and got to the body shop to be finished. With a lot of help from Saints Offroad and Robbins Chevrolet Body shop, the truck did not miss the march and we were able to tend warriors whose wounds hindered them during the march, hydrate them, see to their overall well being and use our big ass Raptors to keep them from getting run over by the odd nutballs behind the wheel. I have to say the entire Saints Crew went above and beyond in tracking down and installing the specific lift/leveling kit I had selected for my 2021 Chevrolet 2500HD truck. When I called them and explained that the kit I had originally ordered with another shop in mid December was now being projected to arrive sometime in late March, Ivan asked if he could see if he could do better and was able to get all the necessary parts in just a few days. Amy called me once the parts arrived and scheduled me for the install right away. It was completed today and after reviewing the work done, the workmanship is top notch. The truck looks awesome and actually rides better than with the stock components. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that the whole crew are absolute professionals. I took my Jeep Rubicon to Saints Off Road to get my shocks fixed, my axle alignment done, and to have my new 35" wheels installed -- and Jake and Alex absolutely killed it. From the beginning, they were super professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and made sure my Jeep was dialed in correctly. The alignment feels perfect now, the ride is smooth, and the 35s look AMAZING. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and take pride in doing things the right way. I just got my truck (2023 Tacoma TRD Offroad) that I want to turn into a fully offroad vehicle and these guys have been amazing! I opted for Saint Off Road, an authorized ARB parts distributor, to install the link system and tire inflation kit in my vehicle. The expectation was a seamless experience, allowing me to effortlessly set and maintain my target tire pressure. However, upon receiving my vehicle, I discovered that the Tire Monitoring System (TMS) sensors had replaced the valve caps, complicating the tire inflation and deflation process. Despite addressing this misunderstanding, it has been three weeks, and I am still awaiting a refund of just over $500. Despite working directly with Jake to resolve the issue, I've yet to receive my money. I strongly caution others seeking off-road rig services to explore alternative shops. read more

Had a front bumper put on my Lexus LX470 by Saints Offroad. Not only were the sales guys helpful with finding parts that worked they were not pushy and found a great bumper. He quoted me for the parts and labor. Just doing my research I went to see how much extra they would charge me on parts to order and was shocked to find his parts cost was cheaper then I could even find myself. Jason helped get a magnaflow exhaust system on my 2012 GMC Sierra. Ordered it on a Thursday afternoon, he called me the following Monday to let me know it was in, and it took about an hour to install it on Tuesday.
