Every time we come into the Gatlingburg/PF area we always have to visit this buffet! Probably one of the best buffets I have been too. I love the variety of foods there is and love that they always have seafood out. The staff here is super friendly and attentive. The restaurant isn't too crowded but it does get super busy. There were 11 of us in our party, 3 adults and 8 children, so this type of restaurant allows correct portions of what everyone likes best. There was plenty of variety in the selection, and everything tasted fresh and deliciously prepared. We were extremely pleased and all left full and ready to wind down from a day of exploring rivers and enjoying the water park at the resort. Was shocked that buffet was open and you could help yourself! Last place at home you had to wear plastic gloves and mask up. They asked us to use a napkin to touch the spoons and mask up . Worst service I've ever had! They advised a buffet and when we walked in there was no food on the bars. They make you pay at the door and the lady working is very rude and unprofessional. After 30 minutes of sitting there with no food coming out we left and asked for at least some type of refund she responded with we give no refund and pulled her phone out like she was going to video us. This place has went downhill so badly. I have Cockroaches on the walls and floors so far not the food. Staff was kinda rude because I went with some friends and you pay before you eat but when I said I was paying separately I asked if I could go sit with some of my friends and long story short they took me past the empty seats with some of my buddies and sit me in a corner to eat by myself. This also happened to my friends too, they separated all of us and I know they did it on purpose. All over a 15% tip.
