Exactly what it sounds like. Big salads at very good prices made quickly. They have some different pre-created salads but you can also use the online menu to customize everything you want. Like others have said you do get a large portion of lettuce but you also get reasonable amounts of the other vegetables and toppings. I like the extra protein option where you can get double chicken for just a little extra. I usually don't get a drink but others in my family love the drinks and they're very inexpensive. I got the cold brew once and while it wasn't the best cold brew I've ever had, it was definitely decent, and only costs $1. There is no seating, either you drive through or walk up to a window to order. I'm guessing this place's business model is to just do volume and keep costs down by not operating a dine-in area. read more

Enough variety to not get too bored. So convenient to order online and come through drive-thru to come pick up! Only wish they had more salad dressing flavors to choose from. read more

I drive by this place twice daily and finally decided to try it out. The jalapeño ranch salad I got was huge! I Split it between two people, very filling. I did add a little dressing that I had at home because the packet that comes with it wasn't enough for me. I also got the mango green tea. It was decent but if you expect it to be sweet, it's not. Tried Salad and Go for the first time on 3/27/23 on a whim and got the Roasted Autumn Salad. I added chicken as the protein to make it more filling since I was kinda hungry. The salad itself was good, but I thought the sweet potato and Brussel Spouts would be warm, but alas, they were not, which was a touch disappointing but not really a deal breaker. Where I thought I was cheated was with the Chicken, in the picture of the salad it looks like it would come with big chunks of chicken but I struggled to find any in the salad to the point that I thought they forgot to add until I found a few dried cranberry sized pieces amongst the candied pecans in the salad. Don't t know if this was a fluke or if they really only just add crumbs of chicken to the salad or if what I tasted was really chicken or something that maybe tasted like chicken. Overall, the salad was good, but I just wish the chicken was in chunks just like the picture. read more

Salad and Go is my favorite. I order from there at least twice a week but this location is really hit and miss. It's either excellent or it's terrible. No in between. Tonight a large part of my lettuce was wilted so I had to pick it out and throw it away. Also, I always order build your own salad and tonight they added some red pickled type pepper that I never ordered. I rechecked the order and the receipt - I have no idea what it was. So after throwing away the lettuce, the translucent cucumbers and the red things, I didn't have much left. read more

This is my 1st time ever hearing about Salad and Go. I actually drove by this place on a way to a clinical research study and didn't know what it was about so I tried it out. They give you a good portion size and it's plentiful and priced well. But I honestly have to say I wasn't overwhelmed, I tried the Jalapeño salad, it was just okay, nothing special or extraordinary. It was like a salad I would be able to make at home, it wasn't nothing that I couldn't duplicate myself. I wanted something out of the box, you know unexpected, unique. But they just were the typical Cobb salad, Southwest salad or Caesar salad. I might give it another chance, maybe there will be something different, maybe they have a specialty salad every week or every other week? read more

Was blown away by this place!! The service was incredible; staff was so friendly, and my entire ordering-to-receiving-food process was literally one minute. The girl taking my order was also really helpful with explaining the menu and letting me know my options as a vegan. I love this place! Super affordable, good sized salads, with fresh ingredients. My only complaint is the meat is cut up into tiny little cubes and it's hard to eat with the salad. The steak was too hard, but the chicken was ok. I just with the protein was cut into strips instead of cubes so it's easier to eat. Other than that, great service, great quality and all at a great price! PS: their drinks are amazing and so refreshing!! read more

I love this place! The food is so fresh and there are endless customizations so you can always get exactly what you want. The price is right at about 6.00 for a huge salad that I've never been able to finish. I also love that I can get fast carry out that isn't a burger or fried chicken. Just had the caprese salad with tofu - really enjoyed it! Fresh and filling. The pesto was tasty. And good sized chunks of tofu and nice fresh mozarella bites. I am really full. Excellent healthy option for lunch! And very reasonable. read more

Ordered 2 chicken Caesar salads, one with green onions and one without tomatoes. I received 2 salads with no tomatoes on both and no green onions on the other, with one of the salads missing a salad dressing. I also only received one fork for two salads. The food was ready fast but nearly completely wrong and I was already to my destination before realizing it was incorrect. Very disappointed in my first experience and will not return. read more

I have been so excited about trying this place and wanted to like it but was very disappointed with my salad. It was terrible and honestly I couldn't eat it. The dressing is almost like water and the bbq ranch had a super strong liquid smoke taste. It was awful and ruined my salad. I tried my daughters jalapeño ranch and it was also very watery and just tasted like a package of taco seasoning. Very strong cumin taste. There was no sign of ranch in either of these "ranch" dressings. When I think of ranch based dressings I think of a thick, creamy dressing and both were the consistency of milk and not creamy at all. The chicken had a "birdy" taste and it just wasn't good. The lettuce was too large and needed to be cut up in smaller pieces and they don't provide knives in fact we ordered 4 salads to go on a picnic for my daughter's birthday and sat down to eat and only had 3 forks. Thankfully I had a package of utensils in my car. I was disappointed with them not providing a knife and napkin with the fork. Just unwrapped forks which I am not a huge fan of since we are in a pandemic. I prefer my utensils to be wrapped for cleanliness. They don't have anywhere to eat on the property which is fine but for a "convenience " food it was inconvenient with huge pieces of lettuce. I would have given 0 stars for the food but the lemonade and frozen strawberry lemonade were really good and only $1. Overall, I won't be back for salad. They need to revamp their dressings. They ruin the salads. Also the chicken needs to be fresher which would help with the birdy taste. read more

Salads are great but whatever you do don't show up early to pick up an online order and if you do be prepared for a lecture from the drive attendant. I placed an online order and left the house right after. I usually do this at lunch time and it works out because the line is long. When I got there there was no one in the drive thru so I pulled up and gave them my name. "Oh your a little early". I didn't really know how to react so I just said "okay". I pulled up to the window, the attendant open the window and proceeds to lecture me on how my order was scheduled for 5:25 not 5:20! That in the future i shouldn't come till my pic up time as they need 10 minutes for every order. I again apologized and explained that I ordered and then left the house without thinking too much about it because it is always so busy at lunch! They shut the window. About 2 minutes later they open the window had me my drink and literally shoved my salad out of they window and I nearly dropped it. Just VERY RUDE! I could see if they were busy but there was not a single car in the line! So if I didn't order online and pulled around the drive thru and ordered at the speaker that would be fine, right? Heaven forbid you are early for a scheduled pick up. The employees were literally doing nothing, and inconvenienced them. Before driving off I noticed I didn't have a straw for my drink. So I waited for them to notice I was still there they opened the window and didn't say anything just looked very annoyed that I was still there. I said " hey I know I was early but I don't have a straw"! Hands me a straw and shuts window and turns around. When I got home I noticed they didn't put double chicken on there like I ask for either. I was a restaurant manager for many years and worked at a restaurant during the pandemic so I know what it's like to be short staffed and weeded. This was not the case, just someone having a bad day and taking it out on the customers. I pulled out of the parking lot at 5:26, so would it have really made a difference.? read more
