The app tells you when it will be ready by, and recently it hasn't even been made yet. I placed my food 45 minutes ago and still it hasn't been made even though I've told the worker. I started coming here about 6 months ago. Things were awesome at the start but the last few months they've been really Stingy on the salads. They put a tiny pinch of each topping and you basically end up with a sad box of lettuce/ or whatever green you choose. They charge 3$ extra for chicken and today I ended up with only 3 pieces of chicken and barely any toppings. Very inconsistent. The Alpharetta location is always amazing and fills the box with toppings/ this location was that way but lately it's been a letdown to the point where I probably won't be going there anymore. read more

I have been coming to this establishment ever since they first opened. I've noticed over the last couple months they have been doing a lot of changes. I went to get a salad with my family on 3/10/2021 around lunch time. I noticed they give you a lot of salad base (greenery) but so little (I'm not exaggerating) toppings on your salad. They have gotten very stingy and also want to add extra charges for everything. We ordered two regulars and a small the line was being rushed due to more people coming inside. The worker (Tony) came out to assist but he started rushing and mixing the salads. Majority of our salad ended up on the counter and not in our to go containers. This visit wasn't so pleasant. I'm not sure if I will return anytime soon. There's a Jason's Deli across the way that has been giving better salads. read more

Visited this location for the first time Monday 6/28. Actually first time at this restaurant chain. Reminded me of the old sweet tomatoes chain but the employee prepares the salad for you. All the items were fresh.I enjoyed my salad very much. Honey mustard dressing was delicious. The lemonades and teas were very nice. You walk up and start the construction of your salad...type of greens, veggies, fruits, proteins, nuts, cheeses...you get the idea! Then you have it dressed (I love the Herb Vinaigrette). Welcome addition to the neighborhood. Ever since we've lived in P'tree Corners it's fairly frequent for my wife and I to think we want something lighter "like a salad" for dinner. Plenty of places that have salads; chicken places, pizza places, sandwich places... but no 'salad' places. Also, I find the size of salads at most quick service restaurants- thinking particularly of a certain chicken filet sandwich chain- are more suitable for a snack than a meal. My wife likes salads with fruit and nuts- a sweeter 'waldorf'-Iike salad. I prefer a more savory Cobb-like salad. Finding a place that offers quality examples of both types is not easy Was pretty excited to come try this place. Ordered online, which was my favorite aspect. It was really easy to check off the ingredients I wanted on my salad and I arrived a few minutes before my specified pickup time and they were finishing putting my order together. Very quick and easy. My wife and I each got our salads the way we like. We also each got a 'bowl' (12oz) of soup on the side for a few bucks. The broccoli soup was like a porridge-y broccoli puree. It was just ok. The tomato soup was among the best I've had, creamy, tangy, rich and herbacious. The prices are ok a little expensive for a quick meal. But salads tend to run pricey and the serving size was generous. I thought the service seemed a little slow. But they're very new, so that may pickup. But there were only 5 of us getting food when I was there and it took probably 3-5 minutes per person depending on how ... This place was a huge disappointment! They still have to work out a lot of kinks and I'm not sure how it will survive. The young man who served us seemed to have an attitude from the start. The air conditioning was not working, and it smelled like burnt plastic (?). They made my salad in a large metal bowl which is fine, but then they just handed it to me in the same metal bowl to eat with a plastic fork (no knives available). It looked most unappetizing and tasted...meh! I don't get this concept.
