We were slightly disappointed in the Philly cheesesteak. It did not seem as "cheesy" as we expected. The Roma came with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. More bread than meat... it was not balanced. You serve yourself your own bottled drink out of the cooled frig. It would be better to have fountain drinks for refills. This place was on my radar for a while but they charge a delivery fee to use grubhub so I couldn't justify the price. My wife was out and about so I sent her over. I went with the Roma Special- which is your classic all meat Italian sub. When my wife handed it to me it was comically large. Seriously, half of this was the size of a full size subway sandwich for reference. I open it up and see it has oregano on it, which I know for a fact my wife didn't order and wasn't asked about because she knows I hate that. I take one bite and something is wrong. What is that flavor. Only takes 1 more bite to figure it out... mayo on an Italian sub. Just gross. Again, there is no way my wife ordered that or was asked. So that ruined an entire huge sub for me. Also, the soda selection was pepsi only. The only positive for my was they had deep river chips. We used online ordering to order a 14" pizza. Using the options on the ordering screen, I chose one half pepperoni and one half sausage, mushrooms and onions. When the pizza arrived, it was totally pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and onion, not halves. I called and was told that they can't do halves on 14" pies. This restriction is not on the website nor did the website prevent the order going through as I entered it. In fact, I received an email confirmation of my order exactly as I entered it. They are the nastiest people I've ever met and I kept giving them chances. A I live over there by them , and it's convenient. From now on I'll drive out of my gate and go to Antonios which is the same distance out my gate. No conversation or anything but that was fine. He's a grumpy man. The last time he came I was in the shower. They told me 30 minutes but it came in 15. This place is a cess pool! Have been here several times thinking it was the time of day I went but was very wrong! It is always filthy and I can say the same for some of the employees as well. I feel like the only person who knows what they're doing is the bald gentleman who takes the orders. The cashier lady is absolutely frightening, she is always sweaty and looks like she needs a shower and is the one handling the money. I've on several occasions seen her blow her nose, place the dirty tissue in her pocket and then take somebody's money. Surly service but tough to measure for real because the dude at The cash register was too busy talking to his girlfriend and answering phone calls from other customers. It was almost impossible to actually get someone to take your order and when they did it was with a real attitude. This place makes my stomach sick. I went here with my husband on our way to MD. It was easy off the highway. WOW, no one was wearing gloves. One man was picking his ears and another was twirling his long hair. No hair nets either. I asked for my sandwich heated and it came cold. When I told him I asked for it heated, the man took off the meats in my sandwich with his bare hands. The owner was smoking and made the place stink. This was the WORST experience I've had in a restaurant. I even made sure to call the health department. Yuck! read more

The milk and cream for coffee isn't chilled and sits out all day. $7.50 for a sandwich which comes with nothing. No pickle, chips or slaw. My sandwich was ice cold and when they toasted it it was burned. And the chicken was like rubber. My friends sandwich had no flavor. Even their napkins are bad.
