    Graham cracker dessert.

My first time here. I wanted some tacos. I ordered a combo 3 tacos one chicken, beef, and pork. Fresh cut veggies and light with perfect sauce. Michelle made a fresh moscal mule. Wow refreshing. The graham cracker dessert. OMG. Munchie killer. Also had coco puffs with gelato. Amazing. Thank you Michelle for the great service. We had a conversation about siblings Mike $ Michelle. Great conversation and atmosphere was fitting for the restaurant. Definitely be back! Thank you.

The interior was exactly what you wanted in a Mexican restaurant. Our server was spectacular in every way, bringing our drinks, fulfilling special requests and timely checking in and delivering our check. The food however was less than average for my Mexican food taste and if you look at my reviews, I eat at a lot of Mexican food restaurants. So just average Sam Diego, I would return to try again but this meal was not stellar.

Good value for money. The prices for the margaritas are fair as they are large and flavorful. The food prices are reasonable and mostly under $20. We ate at the back bar (they have two) and had a great server who gave us limitless chips and salsa.

Fun atmosphere with good food and very pleasant staff! Husband said the tenderloin in his tacos was very tender and enjoyed the con queso fries served with it. The fish was a little over cooked but I still liked them. Typically they have a habenaro salsa on them but I do not like spicy so chose not to include it. Free chips and salsa is always a plus!

I heard a ton from people I know about how great this place is. It is a landmark of the Hyannis restaurant scene. It's a shame I never been.... til now. It was a Sunday night so I expected reheated food and sub par service expecting people to go thru the motions in preparations to close in a couple hours.... not the case. The service by Ben F. Was perfect. Never having to have to ask for a refill of my Diet Pepsi or my kids milks. Speaking of kids, their meals were free on Sundays with purchase of adult entrees. We shared the southwest egg rolls. They were hot, slightly crispy outside nice and doughy on the inside without it being undercooked. Ben asked how I wanted my Rio Bravo Steak Tacos, I said "as bloody as they go" Other restaurants when I ask them the same thing end up giving me medium to medium well. The kitchen as you can see made them rare and to me that is perfect . We will definitely be back

What a disgrace. I can't believe there are people out there who actually consider this food. ‍ Imagine if playdough made a Mexican restaurant and then served plastic playdough as food. It would be illegal. That's Sam Diego's. I've seen enough of Gordon Ramsay that if he came here I know for a fact he would start yelling and close the kitchen. The only thing they have is a decent ambiance but it's just a facade. Pathetic, nasty, waste of $. Don't bother.

Wasn't expecting to like this place simply because I'm a picky eater and why would I have delicious Mexican food in the cape.. but shockingly I really enjoyed my time here. We got the 22oz skinny pomegranate margarita. It was wonderful! So rare to find skinny margarita options so I truly appreciated that. We got the guac appetizer and the guac was fresh and not over seasoned. LOVED the free chips and salsa. Salsa was kind of smoky - very good. We shared the chicken burrito meal because I wanted to also try the ground beef taco. I will say I loved the taco but not the burrito. Personally not a fan of shredded chicken. I prefer grilled chicken. So May be a preference on my end you may enjoy it more. Burrito was soggier than I expected as well. Rice and beans were seasoned well and not over cooked or under (sometimes rice is risky) We also got the house dessert and it was also amazing! Our server was super attentive as well and the ambiance is wonderful here. Super large location and accommodates large parties! Can't wait to come back.

My first glass of vinho verde wine was served at room temperature (the second was fine), and the side plate I was given was crusted with dried food residue. I also watched an employee behind the bar wipe her nose with her hand and then continue slicing citrus barehanded. The chicken empanadas were good but not particularly special. We also had one of the small pizzas, which was the best thing of the night, crispy and flavorful (with a little char at the edges, which we like). The decor is a little bananas (different shades of green between the walls, the napkins, the barstools, and the banquettes; five kinds of lighting fixtures; lots of sound and lighting items with exposed, hasty-looking wiring). The bathroom door doesn't really close and lock properly. And the restaurant is really loud, even half full. The writing on the menu, about family members and special recipes, tells me that there's pride here and real care about making a good restaurant. However, without the attention to detail (particularly cleanliness and hygiene!), that's kind of moot. Three stars instead of two here because the pizza was good and the staff obviously care about customers.

The salt shaker did a lot of work on this meal. The crême brulée was nice. The room's ambiance was cold and sterile with no discernable decor. I know this hotel has been undergoing changes and renovation so I will keep my eye on the reviews to see if anything improves. The good- the food. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were all buffet were to my surprise was pretty good. I had limited interactions with the staff so cannot comment there. I will say we had a fire alarm go off (I get it), and we were told although the firefighters couldn't find the source, they (the hotel) would keep an extra eye on things and be diligent in our wing. Fifteen minutes later- the alarm in my room started chriping (assumed it was the battery). Called the front desk from the room phone 3 times over 15 minutes- no answer. Called the main number of the hotel from my cell phone and the front desk picked up. They sent maintenance, who stood on the vanity bench from the bathroom to reach the ceiling and change it. In contrast, one of the other room (I was a chaperone for a large group)- their maintenance person put a plastic bag and duct tape over the fire alarm. The bed was comfortable. While our shower was clean, two of the other rooms had bugs in the shower. One room had yellow water from the faucet. At this point it was very late so we had the kids shower in other rooms. Our shower had the overspray on the wall tiles from when they repainted the bathtub. Floors are worn and dust and dirt under the bed. No screens on the sliding door. Two bottles of cheap shampoo and one bar of soap were given - Luckily I brought my own. Now the electrical outlets- none of them could charge a cell phone other than the ones in the bathroom. Multiple chaperones reported the same. When unplugged in the charger, it literally fell out of the wall. And the outlet next to the bed- the switch plate was broken and the outlet was ready to fall out all together. Can't comment on the pool but the kids seemed to enjoy it. Everything else is just... worn and tired and dated and if redone it was not redone well. I would not call this a "resort". Conference center it was.
