    I've been coming to this place for YEARS and tonight was awful. Came to get a simple rinse off…read moreafter a road trip, and after I left the tunnel my car had this oily residue all along the front of the mirror and then along the drivers side. I go to a man working the tunnel who was already lackluster and barely spraying cars down and he told me to clean it myself!!!! Like WTF? Then I told him I'm not doing that and I need another rinse. He said he couldn't do it and began to get angry at me!! He told me to pull around and I sat there and walked over to me and asked if I was sitting there to pay again? Again WTF? I said no. He needs to give me a rinse. He said he couldn't do it and to back my truck allllll the way back out to call the manager. The manager finally walked up and he didn't offer an apology or anything. His only comment was "I'll have to run you through a cheaper one". Like OK? I don't care what you do, just fix it. I'll literally never come back here again after years and years of loyal service.

    Awful costumer service, management is rude, condescending and fail to do right to the costumer who…read moreconsume and use their services. Been in one of their monthly membership of Unlimited since April of last year but not getting too much use of it towards October - December. Moving forward, I went there back in December, and since I had to get rid of my old car and didn't have the opportunity to remove the sticker, I approached them to ask for a cancellation of the membership at the moment and a refund. I WAS TOLD BY THEM AND PROMISED I will get a refund after coming to an agreement for the month of December, the guy who helped me did mention they usually don't do that and he was doing an exception. Mind you, this was something they themselves said they would do, and after requesting some information they told me I'd receive a check on the mailbox within a week. I didn't receive anything and moving forward, I realized they were STILL CHARGING MY CARD. Now, it's February and I went in again and give them the details and I immediately found myself receiving petty attitude and being cut off mid talking. They said they would only pay me the months of January and February but they refuse to refund December. I find myself upset by the way I was treated and extremely unsatisfied with the outcome of such an interaction. If you can't deliver don't say or promise. I know costumer always wants to be right and this cannot always be the case, but again, I wouldn't have expected to get a refund if I was not told so I would do so. One star because I cannot give zero for their unprofessionalism and poorly costumer service.
