Make sure to watch your bank statement very closely each month if you still choose to proceed with coming to this business. I called the phone number listed on their website, but a voicemail automatically comes on saying that they are busy and if you need help to send them an email I emailed them and I'm currently waiting on a response. I will update this review accordingly. UPDATE: Management responded (attached) saying the $10 was a promotion. ***when I signed up all I was told is it would be $10 a month. I was told nothing else. Once I got my bearings, I paid for an upgraded service which included inside dash, door and console wipe down. For the most part, I was pleased. They missed some spots on the inside of the door and the inside window. The spray they used to shine the tires over sprayed onto the car and it was after the guys had finished drying the outside. Since they didn't go over it again that spray left a spotty film on the exterior in a few places. I had to get a wet cloth to wipe it off when I got home and spotted it. I left a really nice tip so next time I will check it more thoroughly BEFORE I leave such a generous tip. I will be back but I may not pay so much for all of that extra service.

Mind you, this was something they themselves said they would do, and after requesting some information they told me I'd receive a check on the mailbox within a week. I didn't receive anything and moving forward, I realized they were STILL CHARGING MY CARD. Now, it's February and I went in again and give them the details and I immediately found myself receiving petty attitude and being cut off mid talking. They said they would only pay me the months of January and February but they refuse to refund December. I find myself upset by the way I was treated and extremely unsatisfied with the outcome of such an interaction. If you can't deliver don't say or promise. I know costumer always wants to be right and this cannot always be the case, but again, I wouldn't have expected to get a refund if I was not told so I would do so. One star because I cannot give zero for their unprofessionalism and poorly costumer service.
