First off, worst parking lot ever. When we entered we were completely ignored for a good 5 minutes because the guy was on the phone. He then looks up and holds up 1 finger telling us to wait. I have been ordering from here for the past couple years, and its been great, but tonight I bit into a chicken wing that was raw on the inside and my disappointment is immeasurable. No meat or cheese It cost me $32 the charge from the company was only $.99 for delivery. All the vegetables were extra I understood that it came absolutely burnt it was like toast and black it stunk. I immediately called and got this person named Ivan. I did ask for the manager and he said nobody's here but him so I proceeded to tell him my story he said it's not our fault its DoorDash call them. He said I have to go back to work now and he hung up on me. I did report the same things to DoorDash I'm sure they are not happy. .
