She asked the bartender & they were out of their jalapeno tequila so they asked if it was okay to muddle fresh jalapenos instead. I said I trusted the bartender to do what they thought best. For menu items, it is not recommended to get the steak & cheese or the Pub 23 burger. The burger was a total mess; had to be eaten with a fork & knife.
