I just purchased a new Subaru Outback and was very pleased with my experience. My salesperson Max Pierce was very knowledgeable and helpful making sure the car had all the options I wanted. The particular car I wanted was not in stock in the color I chose, so we ordered it. They thought it would take a week to get the vehicle in but it was there in three days. When I and my wife went in to pick up the car max spent a couple of hours going over everything. Since I took delivery I have been contacted to make sure I am satisfied and everything is good with the car. I was on my way to purchase a 2019 Toyota RAV4, I was sold on it.. and for some reason drove past Subaru and decided to look just for fun. I was with my friend getting ready to take home my new car but Max Pierce completely opened my eyes to the 2019 Subaru Forester. But then came to the finance person who was very pushy and tried to pressure you into the extended warranty (that you don't need) he will tell you how much cost are to repair and what will go wrong with the car. Now why would someone tell you all the nad stuff about the car while you're trying to buy it. Lost our business and it was the finance department's fault. First off, I will like to give David Bailey(Service Manager) and Max Pierce(Sales person at the time I purchased the car in 2018) a big THANK YOU for taking care of my STi. I had a backup camera issue, so I took it to the local Subaru dealership to have it looked at. They had my car for 3 full days and said that the cause of my backup camera issue was because I had a aftermarket short-throw shifter and that I would need to purchase a standard Subaru shifter($700 installed) to have them continue to troubleshoot the issue. I told the service advisor that the car was purchased as CPO with the STi short-shifter add-on. After the back and forth I reached out to Sangera Subaru and got a hold of David and explained to him what I was dealing with and he said "Bring the car here and we will take care of it" I asked for a loaner car cause I live about 2 hrs away. He said no problem I'll take care it. A few minutes later I get an email with my scheduled appointment with loaner car. I made the 2hrs drive got to the dealership and and was in and out with the loaner car within 30 mins. David even made the time to come out and greet me and ensure me that he will make sure that the backup camera issue will be taken care of. A day later and I get a phone call from David and he explained to me what his technician found. His tech was able diagnose the issue and fix it in a short time. I bought a car from Sangera many years ago. There was no trouble or complaints about the buying process or the people involved in the sale. As the car got old, I started needing some parts, insignificant parts at first, some body clips here and there, a six pack of oil filters or some differential fluid. Then came some O2 sensors, other assorted parts. I have had both good results and bad results with trying to get parts here. And I have driven to Sherman Oaks Subaru on Saturday morning for sensors. But I deleted two negative reviews to write this review. My new review is based on my interactions with the parts department in the last few weeks. They have been helpful, able to sell me some parts that I needed. Just today I picked up one part and they ordered me five more. The prices are the same as online, and the parts have been promised in two days. I do believe the parts will be here. as promised. To be fair, I will be more than willing to further update this review. My WRX is getting old and much of it has been taken apart and put back together. There are several more body clips and fasteners I need for my front end and also for the side skirts. So I will be back. I just wish they were as welcoming as, say, Galpin in Santa Clarita. or Sherman Oaks Subaru. They really greet you there like they appreciate your coming there at both of these Subaru dealers. read more

I am overdue but have to share my experience, I have bought many cars during my 48 years of driving (and have had some BAD experiences)! in early Dec 2016, after speeding tickets and repairs, I decided to trade in my 2013 Impala LTZ with V6. I knew what I wanted, warranty, good MPG, and my price range. I did my research online and was considering Sentra, Camry, Malibu etc. I even got pre certified at my credit union for 2.25. To be honest I only scheduled a test drive of the Impreza for the $25 Visa they offered. I emailed Brandon to schedule. Before I began my dealer visits,, I went by CarMax to get an offer on my car (they usually are great) and see what they had. When I stopped at Subaru a car caught my eyes.
