Last October 2022, Sannah Van Lines was contracted thru All Coast Moving, to move us from Kansas City, Missouri to Medford, Oregon. It was the absolute WORST moving experience in my 68 years on this Earth. 1) We were given a written estimate, which was confirmed,. 2) When the movers showed up late they raised the price $5000.00 and would not proceed until we agreed to the new estimate and paid them 1/2 of the balance. 3) Did not have a large enough truck to complete the move and said that they would be back the next morning. 4) They didn't return until 9:00pm and didn't finish until past 2AM. 5) They Guaranteed to deliver our goods on October 15th, but didn't show up until October 23. 5) forced us to pay them in full and sign the Bill of Laden (which was incorrect) before they would even open the back of the Truck so that we could view our possessions. 6) Only sent one mover with no equipment to move 1/2 of a semi truck. 7) Per contract he was to unload and set up all furniture (didn't happen). 8) Broke or damaged about 1/3 of everything they moved. 9) filed a claim and they wouldn't acknowledge the findings of CSI, who was handling the claim. Where to start. Hours late no heads up. Supposed to have 3 guys had 2 as one was so high or coming down the lead guy kept getting sick in my bathrooms. 3rd guy showed up another 2 hours late. Had them fighting like in face no space in front of my house. Was using my stuff as a frisbee. Drug freezers and scratches the floor and item. Complains how they are over worked for $200 a day and thats why they need tips. Then cant give a straight answer about where my stiff is going. Finally worried that my stuff will ruin the new bike one bought as worried my stuff would fall on the moving space i paid for. We have never hired movers before. So, when we got a good rate to move stuff from Southern California to a summer home in Montana, we did not know we were dealing with an east coast broker who farmed the job to Sannah. They showed up on time and, under my supervision, did a good, thorough job of wrapping and packing. We were probably an unusual customer because it was not a house full of stuff and we had no drop-dead date requiring precise delivery. We paid them for an extra month's storage, and went to Montana where our intended destination was a house being remodeled. They delivered as promised well within a 21-day window spelled out in the contract. I had a copy of the manifest and checked off every item as it arrived. All there. Expensive furniture, a big mirror and some antiques. Well packed and handled well in the unloading process. No damage. Nice, hard-working guys doing the work on both ends of the move. Yes, there were added costs--we added stuff to the load after the original estimate was given--and an extra month of storage. Still it was cheaper than doing the move ourselves and no heavy lifting on our part. Our only complaint was with their customer communication...they indicated the would give us 4 days' notice when the load was coming our way and we got 12 hours' notice that they would deliver the next morning. Horrible move, unpacked had little care for our furniture and we had major damages costing us thousands to fix and we only were awarded $500 for the damages. We made the move in nov22 and we still haven't received our claim as of apr23.numerous attempts to contact company are totally ignored. Very poor customer communications and the drivers are extremely rude and act like gorillas with our belongings. I do not recommend utilizing this company, so be forewarned!!!! read more

Hired by Magellan Van Lines. I had such a terrible experience with them back the beginning of March. I originally booked my move with Ben who was extremely helpful and nice, but he did not give me all the correct information up front. I was not told that they would be brokering out my move to a different carrier. I only found out a couple days before my move date. I was then going through my inventory list with another rep and she told me this will take up more space than originally quoted. I was quoted $800 more than originally quoted. On the day of pick up, Sannah Van Lines arrived & they were not the most professional. They didn't let me see how much room was taken up in the truck at the cubic feet, they just said they needed more room than what I was quoted & I ended up having to pay more money. They also wanted me to pay 70% up front and I told them I would not be doing that because it was not part of the contract that was originally set up with Magellan. l had a set delivery date due to my lease stating the end of March. I got a call from Sannah a few days after my pick up asking if I ready for the delivery..which I told them again my set delivery date. They then asked me again to pay the rest of what I owe before anything was delivered..I sent them a screenshot of the contract again. A week later, I get a call from another carrier / driver saying they have my stuff and are going to deliver it around 3pm.. 2 weeks before my set delivery date which I had reconfirmed with Sannah a week prior. I immediately called Magellan and they said they'd get it handled. I told them at this point my stuff was double brokered out. I got a text from Sannah about 30 min later saying they would not attempt delivery until after 3/28 (my original delivery date) and that there was a misunderstanding. Well 3/28 comes around and I haven't received a call or update on my stuff even tho they were so eager to deliver it 2 weeks prior. I called Sannah first and they said it would take up to 2 weeks from my delivery date. I called Magellan & told them I was concerned because I hadn't heard anything and don't know where my stuff is at this point because 2 weeks ago they were trying to deliver it early and now they are saying it could take up to 2 weeks. They told me they'd call me back the next morning. I never got a call back.. I gave it a few days and called them and nothing had been figured out. I didn't receive any further updates until 12 days later when I got a call from a different company aside from Sannah (a shuttle service where Sannah dumped my stuff!) saying they will be delivering my stuff that evening. I didn't get a 24 hour notice but at this point I was desperate to get my stuff. The manager of course wanted to charge even more for the elevator even though there was no elevator charge in the original contract. I told him I would only pay a long carry fee of $150 which the distance was not even 75 ft but I still agreed to it & he tried to get me to pay $200. I did not pay that. They tried to give me boxes that weren't mine. There were a lot of damaged boxes. Also, only things that were missing were 2 pairs of my Nike shoes which were in the same box as my other shoes so I know they were stolen and my air fryer because it was in its air fryer box. Of course they only compensate like .60 cents per pound so was not worth the hassle. A $3400 move that was originally quoted at turned into a $5800 move + stolen and broken items. Absolutely the worst experience ever! I am a freight broker myself and have never dealt with this kind of BS nor have I treated customers like this! I have also used brokers for moves in the past and never dealt with this. I had booked this move company about a month before my move. I scheduled a 9:00 move to be done early in the day. When it was 11 I called and the company said "they" were on their way and that in fact I was first for the day. I called a few more times before 4:00 and was told the same thing over and over. The company said there was traffic, etc. But where were they coming from if they were stationed in the same county as me like 30 min away. Anyway they came and then said that the quote I got was incorrect and that I would have to pay 3x as much and that on their list I was last for the day. The main guy in charge was so condescending, rude and careless and unapologetic. He also said that the truck they had would not fit all the items I had given them inventory of. Long story short I had no choice but to continue with the move and they not only not took all my things, they dropped off everything in my new garage and that was not contracted and they ruined my washer, refrigerator and dented some of my drawer chests. I did not receive a bill of lading as they call it and now I can't claim what they ruined. Worst moving company ever. Please do your research and find a better company. Moving days are already hard for you to have to deal with an incompetent and unprofessional moving company. They should make things easier as that is what they are getting paid for. read more

Where to start, despite me provinding a detailed list of what was being moved they showed up at 4 PM with a uhaul half full of other people's stuff, there was not enough room for our belongings. They were careless while packing. The foreman explained the process to me and apparebtly everything he stated verbally was completely different than what was in the contract. When it came to my delivery date they never showed up, almost a month later I got a call saying they would be there in the morning, they never showed up. This went on for alomost 2 weeks where they told me that they would be there the next day and then didn't show up. When they finally did show up, there was a ton of damage to our belongings, a lot of missing boxes including my daughter's baby pictures and some of the boxes had been opened and repacked. How would I know this? Because there were other people's belongings mixed in with my stuff. A whole extra crock pot, baking items, things I know weren't mine in a sealed box with my stuff. They dropped off large items that weren't mine too. And then when I went to file a claim, despite the foreman stating that I was paying 6 cents per lb for insurance, turns out they are only covering 6 cents per lb, so the $2000 entertainment centernthey destroyed I will only get paid $20. Nice. If you use this company they will lose and destroy the things most precious to you. You might as well throw everything away because that's how they treat your stuff, like trash. read more

They deserve negative stars! These people scammed us! I provided them precise description and actual measurements of the items I wanted moved. They provided a low-ball quote, they called and emailed repeatedly and assured me they considered the description and measurements in the quote. I signed the contract and paid the deposit with that assurance. Then, on the day of move, they showed up with a U-haul truck and told me that the exact items included on the quote would cost close to 3 times more to move. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. This company was subcontracted out to us by another moving company, Home Safe Transit. Our move was from Reno to Rancho Murieta Ca, 160 miles away. Showed up late, no identification of who they were uniform wise. Came in a 26ft Uhaul. wanted More money right off the bat because we had a few more items..$2400.00 to be exact. Had no tools, did not use blankets to safe guard our items, merely brown wrapping paper and strapping tape. From the time they got to our house it was all about the money$$$$. Besides the deposit the day before $$$ to deliver your items and $$$ to unload your item. Needless to say they do this before you see the horrific condition of your items. Crushed in fairly new Samsung wash machine, scratches on accompanying dryer, gashes and broken mechanism on fairly new dinette set, destroyed hall tree, the list goes on and on. I cannot express how sad and disheartened by the lack of respect for our property. Also, after assuring us that we could pay the entire remaining balance on our credit card, then a personal check, the requirement became payment in full via Venmo which comes with a 3% surcharge. They would not deliver until that had happened. Seems pretty disingenuous if not illegal. Took 3 guys over 3 hours to move packed boxes from a 740 square foot apartment, no appliances! They delivered our items to our new location FIVE DAYS LATE and we only got them then because I kept badgering them! THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS! They showed up at 9:45 for a full pack and move with a 3 hour drive that needed to be complete by 5pm on the same day. They damaged much of my furniture and flooring of my new place. The truck broke down on the 2nd day of my move. A one day move took two days. My couch is ruined, dishes broken frames broken, they covered art in blankets and taped the blankets to the back of the picture. They threw items in boxes with no regard with what they were. The "lead" of the job on the first day used my phone to write his own review. He said if he could do this he would personally drive my mattress to my new apartment so I could have a place to sleep for the night. This was the WORST move experience I have ever had. They are truly so kind and complete every job with detail and always making sure each item is taken care of while living and placed in the correct spot. Wish I could leave 0 stars. I've had the worst experience with this company. Even though it may seem like a good deal, DO NOT hire them. I've reported them to the BBB and I plan to report them to DOT as well. They didn't arrive when they said they would, they showed up in a rental truck, they broke everything I paid them to pack, lost more than half of my items (conveniently the most expensive pieces) and provided NO help or answers when I tried to return another person's lamp that they dropped off with me. They've proved to be scammers by not making this right with me and by ignoring all of my emails, calls and reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything good about this company. They accepted a job via a broker (New Leaf Moving), who I would never recommend either, as they gave our order to Sannah Van Lines who is based in Anaheim ,Ca. We were moving from the SF Bay Area to a storage unit, then to a new home on the coast, a month later. At the front end they showed up a day late, and then, as most scam moving companies do, demanded $2000.00 more than was originally quoted in the bid, and would not move forward without a payment up front, only cash or money order. Nightmare, but OK, we blamed it on the broker not making an accurate assessment of our belongings. A month later we scheduled the second move to the new home, giving the requested 2-week notice, so they would have adequate time to schedule the job. We had a secure date and expected them late in the afternoon on 8/13 (the date they gave us on 8/10). On the 12th, I asked for a window of time for delivery, and had no response! On the day of delivery, I asked again for a window of delivery, and received no response. I called the storage company where our belongings were, and they had no record of my name, the moving companies name, phone numbers, etc. When I asked the Sannah for unit number and name the account was in , they refused. Later in the day, she said that the current job was going and that "until I get an update it may be tomorrow for delivery instead." At 4:27pm on the day of delivery, I asked for a status update; this was the response " They are going to load everything first thing in the morning, should take an hour or two to load, then call you before they leave with their ETA. I'm thinking late morning to late afternoon". The following day 8/14 @ 11:08, I heard nothing and texted the communicator ( Hayley) asking for a status update. I had no communication all day! So, at this point we are sure they have stolen our belongings . On Sunday morning 8/15 had a text saying " For sure tomorrow. The truck has gotten stuck in Yosemite area. Nothing major and no service. " Really? Today 8/16 I sent a text at 6:30 am. no response until 8:30am. don't worry it will come today.! I promise. no time frame. Finally, at 1:30pm texted that they had loaded and will be there in 3 hours... arrived after 4 hours.... demanded payment before they would open the doors...... I didn't mention that I made multiple calls every day and NEVER had an answer or return call. While they did deliver our belongings in the end, they provided little communication, leading to a stressful time. The men who came were very friendly and personable, they obviously did not have much experience moving furniture. I would not trust this company, and will never use or recommend them. Sannah Van Lines is nothing more than a scam and they live on lies. I had my stuff from moved from Indiana on June 5th as the movers arrived just in time and loaded my boxes because Sannah Van Lines wants it's money first, which accounts for 70% of the total cost on the day of picking up the stuff so they can take their 2-21 business day crap and rub it on their customers faces never to be seen ever again. My first available delivery date was June 21st and as expected from these scammers, the delivery has not arrived until today, July 4th. It is impossible to reach their direct dispatch line as I caught a LIE IN ONE OF THEIR REPLIES TO A CUSTOMER claiming that 7149090278 is their direct dispatch line, NO, ABSOLUTELY FAKE, if you call that number you are connected with a third party call answering service which explicitly told me after numerous calls that they are merely a THIRD PARTY which direct messages to Sannah FAKE Lines and the customers are told that they will receive either a call back or an email. I have called this FAKE direct line multiple times since June 21st and I've got return calls claiming that my belongings will be delivered before July 12th (the 21st business day). HERE STARTS THE MAIN PROBLEM - I revived a call from Sannah FAKE lines on July 3rd around 10 AM PT claiming that their driver was trying to reach out to me in the last two days, NO, FAKE, LIES, no one reached out to me because I am really concerned about my belongings at this point and take every random call expecting it to be the driver, I made this LOUD AND CLEAR on the call. On the same call they mentioned that my belongings would be delivered the same evening, on July 3rd, I waited all day long and tried reaching out to them again close to 5 PM PT and I have not received my belongings as of of today, July 4th. THIS COMPANY WILL PAY FOR THIS SERVICE, I AM MAKING IT LOUD AND CLEAR. I advise everyone, even the fake 5 star reviews probably sold for a few bucks, do not get trapped into SANNAH FAKE LINES. I hesitate to rate this moving company even with one star. My furniture and goods were picked up on August 20, 2023 in Illinois. The "no guaranteed" dropoff date was August 25, 2023 - drop off about 70 miles away in Indiana - I suspect a guaranteed delivery would have been more money. Still the two movers who loaded our furniture and boxes were professional and never indicated that they would not be able to deliver our things on August 25, 2023. All the mover had to do was load the truck and store our things from the 20th to the 25th...our mover indicated that the warehouse was located in Milwaukee - we packed all our own boxes - and all moving arrangements was brokered by All Coast Moving Group in Boca Raton, California. Grand total of this adventure currently stands at over $ 6000.00 with the remaining amount $ 2250.00 paid upon delivery - which seems to be some nebulous time in the future - I am currently sitting in an empty house with no furniture, dishes, clothes, linens, etc. I've only been able to communicate with a Receptionist at Sannah - who always indicates that she will have to bump this issue to management ... but no one from management has called back. All Coast Moving Group only indicates that they will call us when our furniture and goods are loaded on the truck. Generally speaking I am patient, however, there is never an excuse for poor customer service, or lack of detailed information. I would love the option to utilize a zero star rating but since this is not possible, I begrudgingly allot this company one star. Sannah Van Lines' business practices are predatory and deceptive. They employ bullying tactics to force customers into signing contracts and immediately paying large deposits before arriving to quickly break the aforementioned contract and writing a new one with a much higher fee. We have now waited for thirty three business days after being told that deliveries take between one and two weeks by the people who showed up to collect our belongings. They now claim that there are no trucks available and that a driver will contact us when he is en route. This information was relayed through a text message that does not allow for replies. We are first filing a complaint with the BBB but will be following up with legal action in one week assuming (which we do) that this issue will not be remedied. Sannah Van Lines needs to be relegated to the shelves of failed companies, their policies are enacted without full communication, they regularly do not honor contracts, they remain near impossible to contact, using an answering service which has no number for them or any direct link to them whatsoever. This company operates in bad faith working with people only after it has cornered them beyond ability to back out. Cancelling at any point comes with fees, but also the concern of the fact that they store "customers'" belongings in an undisclosed location and apparently "lose" them rather frequently. So it's now the 26th of August (pickup was July 2nd) and our stuff arrived! Except not really as it was about thirty feet back in a packed big rig with no ramp or side doors, apparently Sannah told the driver to deliver us first but didn't think to put our things in the front so they would be accessible. They instructed the driver to not open the truck until he received the remaining $561 dollars from us. This is a problem because as of yesterday (since they only count business days in with regards to delivery time) we are sixteen days past their 21 business day window for delivery. Per their contract, Sannah takes 30 dollars off per business day past 21 business days from your first available delivery date. A detail which they promised us would not matter because deliveries take between 10 and 14 business days... or 37 if you're us. The driver, who obviously doesn't work for Sannah let us take a look without mentioning payment because he had already realized that the people who are supposed to be here to do the move were not and offered to PAY US and anyone who would assist with our unload 18 dollars an hour with a guarantee of four hours minimum! Obviously the move didn't happen today because there was no way to access our stuff anyway. read more

Sannah Van Lines is the worst company I have ever contracted with. They are very good at selling their listing, but our nightmare began the first day they picked up our items last March. Yes... my husband was promised a quote but we ended up paying another price. In addition to having been delivered on the wrong day, the boxes that were brought to us that day were not ours. When we finally got our boxes the next day, our items were in very poor shape, dirty and smelly (they moved the items to different warehouses) all the clothes were in the U-Haul, the driver was very rude to us and we also found out about this company hiring 3rd party to deliver. The worst part is that we were missing boxes. We called about the missing boxes (my husband's military equipment and personal belongings) and they said we had to make the claim. This is the Sannah Van Lines solution... go and make a claim. How can you put a price on 10 years of service? Do you think we have receipts from the different countries he visited? gifts and military outfits? Well, no. We called, left messages and even made the claim, and to our surprise (we knew of course) this company didn't follow up or send a message or call. None of our clothes were packed in wardrobe boxes, wardrobe boxes were filled with unwrapped items like footstools and framed glass pictures, shoes, hangars, and decorative flowers shoved inside...all unwrapped. Of course we didn't know this until we opened the boxes at our new home. They ran out of boxes and wrapping paper and Abraham would take trips to Home Depot to buy more. We have pictures of one medium box used for throwing away their drink/food wrappers instead of being used to pack items. The movers didn't have any moving blankets to wrap furniture, I had to grab some moving blankets WE purchased ourselves to put them on the floors as well as cover the front door which is a solid mahogany custom door. I asked Abraham to take special care and cover it, he said he would, then disappeared. I caught one of the movers and he helped cover the door. My husband requested to go over the inventory with Abraham SEVERAL times and Abraham never complied. The first truck left without being full because the driver said he had to go. This was late at night and we weren't there to stop him. So there was extra room in that truck that we paid for and couldn't use. We had a second truck which we knew we needed but it was a U-Haul! They filled it but then we had some extra items so Abraham put them in his personal vehicle telling us he would meet up with the movers at some point and transfer the items to the trucks. They said nothing would be moved off of that trailer, it would stay in that trailer. The truck was late, and only 1 truck arrived and the driver told us how he watched them move everything into his truck and it took 4 hours. We were promised our stuff would NOT be moved from the original trailer!!! Then the extra space on that truck had someone else's items in it. NONE of them were labeled. We asked for an inventory list so we could know what was in the box based on the sticker that contains the lot number and were not given one. Most of the boxes/items didn't even have stickers. When they did there were stickers from 3 different lot numbers and when we finally received the inventory list, AFTER the move, it was almost illegible and only showed 1 lot number. The damages were unbelievable. A china buffet that we specifically asked them to take special care of arrived with shattered mirrored back and every shelf had damage on the corners at the very least. One of the chairs from the matching dining set had a leg sheared off and they couldn't even find the piece. Every piece of furniture was so poorly handled we ended up with broken furniture, scratches or chunks taken out of some pieces, black stains on both white sofas, shattered one-of-a kind art pieces...etc. The second truck was supposed to be there the same day but it didn't. When my husband didn't hear anything by that date he called again and was told they couldn't locate the truck. They also couldn't contact the driver. This went on for a few days. When they finally got in touch with the truck the driver said he had a personal issue and that was why he didn't respond. They lost the truck???? They couldn't contact the driver??? This sounds very very suspect when we realized most of the lost items were either on that truck or in Abraham's personal vehicle. When the second truck finally arrived there were items in it that belonged to someone else mixed up with our items and tried to give them to us. Once the trucks were delivered the communication pretty much ended from Sannah. I emailed them with a list of items we were missing and had no response. read more

Went through a company that contracts out... Empire Movers. They said Sannah Van Line will be moving us. I looked at the reviews and OMG!! FEAR!! Empire Movers said "dont worry. we only use good companies. Yelp isnt real customers"!! I really just thought I would deal with it when we got moved and hope for the best. They said they would be here Friday. Thursday night they called and asked if it could be changed to Saturday. We dont have a dead line so sure no problem. OK so saturday between 9 and noon they said...... 12 oclock I called asked where my truck was. He said they were scheduled to be here between 2 and 5! So they said they would figure is out and call me back in a few minutes. 4:15...... I called to see what was happening. The guy said he needed to put me on hold to contact dispatch. 15 minutes later I hung up and called back. Same thing. On hold again. Thought I would stick it out. 30 minutes later THE PHONE HUNG UP!!! I called and it went to voice mail! REALY! No call. No one ever showed!! Empire is rebooking my move! This company seem unprofessional and possibly a scam. Stay clear if you do not want to be ripped off. They will give you a low quote, then on moving day they will double the price, and if you do not go with the double price they will keep your deposit for a service they have not fulfilled. I was moving across the country and needed a moving company. Sannah Van Lines' quote of $4K looked good and the representative on the phone was very professional and nice. I paid the deposit $827 two months in advance and followed up several times with the company as we got closer to the move date. On the day of the move the movers showed up at 6pm at night. They looked unprofessional and not ready to move. The "crew" did not seem to have any packaging materials with them like they knew that there would be no move today. When they examined our packed belongings they said we have twice as much as in our quote hence we need to pay $8K. The thing is that we had exactly the amount of items we listed for the quote so we did not have any extra stuff as they claimed. When we told them that we would not pay double they said they won't move our stuff. So we asked for our deposit back. Then they said that they would not give our deposit back because we did not show up on moving day. Really? The entire neighborhood saw them! read more

if i could give zero stars for this company i would!!! i originally hired them to move houses, not only did they show up unacceptably late but also kept lying about how far the were every time i called to check what their ETA was! Once they arrived to our house they were extremely slow placed... it took 8 hours to load LESS then half of our stuff into the truck after he said it would take only 6! They didn't even bring the right equipment to be able to load the stuff onto the truck & instead stuffed all of our stuff in the garage of the house we wanted to MOVE OUT OF. they unplugged and wrapped both of our fridges just to leave it sitting in the old garage (never transferred them & all of our food went bad). My mistake for trusting them because i paid 800 dollars more then the original asking price before the job was finished & it never was. they said they would come back the next day to finish the job & never answered our calls or showed up. they left THEIR materials wrapped around our stuff still sitting at our old house. this company is slow, liars, unprofessional, no call no shows, unreliable and all the rest. don't work with them you will REGRET it !!!! we hired a different moving company after waiting a whole day for these people & they got everything done before the sun went down !!! read more

Avoid these people like the plague! They know NOTHING about packing and shipping high value items. I went here to find a box to ship my computer and monitor overseas. Instead, the owner convinced me that they could do a better job packing and shipping it. Being a shipping company, I trusted them and paid them $100 to pack, and $1,700 to ship it to Kazakhstan. Weeks go by and my customer is furious that he hasn't received the package. These guys DID NOT MENTION A THING. I confront them about it, and blame "customs and regulation," but I spoke to UPS and they told me the exact opposite. Turns out, not only did they incorrectly package it, but they somehow checked the "Ship to airport" instead of "Ship to home," and I only found out through UPS. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS. I have lost $20,000 because of them, and will make sure that they take responsibility for my lost time AND money. read more

STAY AWAY! BAIT AND SWITCH! I called and gave dimensions of an item and the dimensions of the heavy duty box it for which it was designed to carry. I was quoted a price over the phone by Terik the owner. When I get there he wouldn't ship it unless I paid him nearly double the price quoted over the phone. REMEMBER, I quoted him the dimensions of the box and the item, if there was a problem, he should've let me know before I blew gallons of gas!!! Another thing, he usually has two prices for shipping: 1. if he packs it and ships it, he "gives a break" on the packaging. The thing is, HE CHARGES DOUBLE THE COST YOU WOULD PAY FOR SHIPPING IT YOURSELF. 2. If you decide to use your own carrier, HE THEN DOUBLES THE PRICE to pack ON THE VERY SAME ITEM. Why deal with this guy.......he's slimey. read more
