The woman seemed kind, but I told her that I did not like how the other male shopkeeper knocked very rudely on my door and yelled at me if I was going inside, no manners at all I tried on some clothes and I realize that even though they did have my size it was a baggy fit, which is what I didn't want. The woman didn't listen at all. I just wanted to warn people if you're gonna park be warned that the shopkeeper might knock on your car window very loudly and it startled me so if you're a young woman don't come here at all!

The return policy has always been super strict and a little unfair. For starters, you can not return something and get your money back for any reason, however they do allow you to exchange. Please make sure that the tiny little price tag is still attached to the dress because they will not allow you to exchange the dress even if the little price tag is not on. To me that is an extremely petty reason to not accept an exchange on an item. Also do not mention whether or not you wore the dress even if it was for 30 minutes because they will not accept it. As far as value, most of the items there are worth the price. For the store to be there for so long they don't really offer many discount options and they don't have many sales.... Just marked off prices on items that don't sell.

I used to wear black shirts pretty much every day, and after this appointment, I switched to some colors from my palette that look good on me. I was happy to find out I was an autumn since I gravitate to many of those shades already, BUT I was surprised to find out how many shades are in the autumn palette that I didn't expect. There were many colors that look so good on me that I would never have bought before. It was shocking to see how sick and washed out I looked in colors I have previously bought and worn when compared to the colors in my pallet. The colors in my pallet made it look like I had a healthy glow. I especially loved trying out House of Colour's makeup! I have never had a foundation that has truly matched my skin tone (and I've had makeup artists try to match it). Abbie got it right on the first try! Neither of us could hardly even see where she swatched it because it matched that well haha. The House of Colour makeup is so nice and it has good, clean ingredients which is great. Their primer is suuuper velvety and I really enjoy it! I am so glad I booked this appointment with Abbie. I feel way more confident going shopping now and it is way more enjoyable knowing the clothes I bring home will look great on me. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Abbie!
