Came by for a snack and was able to find metered parking right outside. I had ordered a Spinach Beorek and Maneishe (ground beef on flat bread) and they were pretty good! It's definitely a grab and go place so you also shouldn't need that much time on the meter. ~~Parking: There's metered street parking available, I wasn't sure if there was a parking lot for this place because it's located on a pretty busy street. ~~Service: Good. The cashier was very nice and had toasted the two items that I had ordered so they were nice and warm. ~~Tips: Bring cash. The bakery will charge an extra $1 if you want to pay with card. ~~Return: Yes.

Delicious and quick, can't really beat it. Lamajune was a perfect snack. Street parking is available.

I recommend Sasoun Bakery, they have kind staff and their food is the most authentic I have ever had. I have been visiting this place for many years since I was a child and the food has always been delicious, warm, and ready to eat. Make sure you give this place a try, you will love it. I recommend the large cheese borek or the lahmacun (its great with some lemon too). The food is very fresh and the aroma is incredible. Enjoy! Let's continue to support the businesses in our community.

Mom and pop alert! The Lahmajune is really super good here! I usually buy like 6 and either split them with my folks or save them for later. At $1.50 a piece you really can't beat the price! I also like their cheese beorek!! One big plug is they make some of the best hummus that I've ever tasted in life! Should they happen to run out, walk next door to Sasoun Produce and grab a container along with their house made pita chips! You're welcome!

Food is good as this is the best lahmajun in California. This is as good as it gets and price is reasonable too.

No seating! that's a deal breaker. To take the food to-go it gets cold and not enjoyable to eat, instead of eating it hot out of the oven.

Personally, I don't like that style, I was hoping the original would change that for me! Long story short, I didn't like the Walnut Chocolate Chip. I personally just don't like that style still, so I'll chalk it up as a "me" problem. The cooked part was good. The Rocky Road was cooked through. It was an amazing baked good with good flavor and add-ins. Between the roasted almond slices and fudgey chocolate chips, I was enjoying it immensely. A highlight of my day for sure. Based on my memories, this LA location keeps it consistent with a similar taste and texture as the NY location. 3.5/5 Chocolate Chip Walnut: This cookie was tall and slightly undercooked in the middle. The middle was a bit on the squishy side, and crunchy on the outside. Due to the undercooked quality, it's not a cookie I'd get regularly, though I am a big chocolate chip cookie fan. 5/5 Rocky Road: This was delicious. I'm not usually a marshmallow fan, but the addition of this ingredient formed a nice chewy consistency that I expect from a cookie. Chocolatey tidbits were well melted into the cookie texture and produced some fudgey notes. The cookie sizes are large and potentially shareable, and feel like an every once in awhile treat.

It's like a fancy filet o fish without the soggy bun, packed with amazing fried fish and tarter sauce. I'm just disappointed when they don't have this in stock, but sometimes they would make more, and that'll just be an extra wait. Downside is that I first tried the fish panini years ago and it was a bit better then, but it's still good currently. Other pastries I've tried here have been pretty good. They had some various buns with mochi inside, and those were great. Another one of my fave is their mentaiko salt bun. Great flavor, though I wish they would stuff the thing with more mentaiko. Their curry breads are good too. I took my daughter here and she got one with cute emoji drawn on, and she said the custard filling and the bread was tasty as well. I've tried some drinks here and they were alright. A friend was into their banana matcha when they have that in stock. Pretty simple layout here. The ambiance of the place is quite cute, and they have plenty of pastries to choose from. Each pastry had its own unique flavor, I would definitely go again to try more of the selection! Framboiselle - The chocolate mousse was quite rich, but the raspberry jam balanced it out perfectly. The rice cake crunch was delicious and soft enough that it blended in with the mousse. Lychee Rose - The vanilla rose mousse was quite light, and had a very 'delicate' flavor to the treat. The lychee itself was a unique flavor that wasn't quite my cup of tea, but was still delicious nonetheless. Blossom - The vanilla mousse is quite light, and goes nicely with the treat itself. The pistachio sponge + pistachio / red berries insert goes together quite nicely. Tropical Mango - The mango & passion fruit mousse was rich as well, but also had a very balanced flavor. The coconut crunch was the perfect addition, and the whole dessert was refreshing. Tiramisu 2.0 - The vanilla mousse & coffee contrast is so perfect. It's a combination that is so underrated. Honestly, I think it's even better than the famous spot everyone talks about. My favorite is the corn cheese, it's especially delicious when it's warm. I also tried the Korean chamoe (melon) smoothie, and it was very refreshing. It tasted like they used real melon, since there was a slight natural tanginess that made it even better. I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. My total was $15.25 and I paid cash, but I was given $4.75 in change. When I said it should be $5, she seemed confused and asked what I meant. I told her I literally gave you a quarter right now, and she questioned it before eventually giving me the correct change. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a mistake. I understand times are hard, but charging more for products that clearly had corners cut doesn't sit right with me. It just comes across like there's no integrity. Clearly the quality and portions are going downhill. I wasn't even planning on writing this review. I was going to stay quiet, but the chocopie really ticked me off. I'm not going to pay for food that skims on ingredients and shortchanges customers by charging more for less, so this will be my last visit.
