Rare kitchen error: smug, arrogant, disrespectful service. We eat here frequently because my 7-year-old loves the rotini pasta w the cheese, chicken, and broccoli. We got a takeout order tonight 9/27/25 and got home to find that the pasta order had no cheese or sauce. It was just dry- missing 1-2 ingredient. I called to let the restaurant know, in case it was something they didn't catch (we are a house full of service industry employees.) We didn't want a refund or anything, it was just a courtesy feedback call (something I would want to know, as a restaurant manager.) The employee that took my call treated me like garbage. I tried to politely relay a friendly note about my order- this person made me regret ever ordering food there. She was Just blatantly rude and laughing about it under her breath, albeit audibly. It confuses me that people in the hospitality industry would be so irreverent and resistant to commentary that they would rather someone make a public complaint than just say "thank you" and use the feedback however they want. We were having a pleasant conversation when our food came quickly. Let me say that Caprese Bruschetta was delicious. That balsamic was awesome and putting pesto on the crostini just made this dish special. My guy loved the soup flavor but it was too thick for him. He wanted more broth. As for my pizza, it was tastey but I'm a extra chees kinda pizza eater. Next time I'll order extra cheese and maybe extra sauce. I did enjoy it. I have tried throughout the years to come for gluten-free pasta and I always get it undercooked their excuse is that it's gluten-free pasta so it's supposed to taste like that.
