2022 MB 4x4 Sprinter. Van Compass aux suspension install. Bilstein strut install. Ryan and AP took good care of me and their pricing was very reasonable. They understand MB Sprinter RV build outs so you aren't talking to the wind. They stand by their work 100%.

Wow-- they are exceptional. I called for my bf to get his brakes fixed on his car whilst he was at work and I am so glad we decided to come here. Right off the bat (even from the phone call) the customer service was great and friendly which made me feel extremely welcomed! We went in just for the service as we already had our parts, however they were the wrong fit. Team Savant quickly communicated this to us and found us the right parts, all for such a great and reasonable price. They even gave us a little handwritten thank you card which was so sweet and kind-- most businesses do not show their appreciation this way and it really stood out to me. I will definitely be recommending this place and returning for any future auto issues.

This place is a JOKE. No customer service Wht so ever. Don't get your Air Suspension from them or let them work on it. They don't even have a technician there to wk on it, they contract someone to do the wk and it's way below par. They always have your car longer than what they say and it's never finished rt and you're car comes back a MESS. Don't know how they have 5 stars..?? That's a JOKE. They are Rude and the place is a MESS. Don't wast your time or $$. The staff and owner don't care about you or your vehicle. I had just installed new carpet in my car and they made it a MESS

This is my first time coming to Savant and it was for a last minute tire repair (nail in tire). I was panicking about a place for tire repair but it was already almost 5:30 PM and the first place that came in mind was American Tire Depot. I contactedTire Depot and they said they couldn't take me as it was late in the day and would schedule me for tomorrow. I happened to stumble by Savant via Yelp and found out they were located down the street from me. By this time it's 5:45 PM and they told me that they can take a look at it. Turns out Jessica and Rylan (and Nova ) saw the nail and saw it was an easy fix and they would be happy to work on it. They made the stress go away and was very quick about it! Shoutout to the team and owner(s) for the great customer service. Pass it o A hidden gem here in Los Alamitos. I will be using their services when needed but definitely recommending Savant.

Just wanted to leave a long overdue review for the team at Savant AutoWorks. Just got my first 3P Air Lift Performance set up on my GTI. The team here did an amazing job and I'm super happy with the install. Big shout out to Ryan, Jessica, AP , and definitely Matt for awesome job on this mod!!! She looks so sick aired out and the custom trunk set up is show quality. The remote placement was genius as well-sideways with no wires showing. I definitely apologize to the team for being so meticulous about my car but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I definitely appreciate all the hard work on my ride. I definitely recommend this spot and will be back for future mods!!!!Thanks!!!

I reached out to Savant Autoworks for a suspension upgrade. They were quick to respond, helpful, and had an unbeatable price. I purchased bilstein 5160/6112s, old man emu rear springs, pan hard relocation, freedom off road bullet UCA, BMC, viper cut, and nitto trailgrappler 295/70/r17. I had them install method 312s 17x9 with-12 offset that i had purchased before. At the time, there was a black friday deal for a free viper cut with the purchase of the BMC, and free install when you get the freedom off road billet uca. But it gets better. They offered a discount on the UCA on a special they were running. The whole set uo took a day to install and looked amazing. Before the discounts the break down of price was all comparable or cheaper then other shops i had received quotes from. I will DEFINITELY be going back for all future installs. Thanks guys!

Was looking for a shop to install my lift kit without giving them my arm and leg. AP at Savant responded like that ! Reasonable quoted price, availability was asap. One day turnaround job while others claimed 2 days more which I thought was unusual. They do just about everything you need and what they don't have they'll go get which I like. I recently had some unexpected car related issues to see to and Savant made it manageable for me to tackle a few things I had on that list. My 02 Toyota 4Runner desperately needed new tires and Ryan was super accommodating in giving me quotes for several different ones that would fit. After choosing a set of wheels/tires he helped me make an appointment for last Thursday afternoon. {Unbeknownst to me my car battery would decide to die the day before my appointment. Luckily Ryan was also able to place an order for a new one to be delivered the day of my appointment!} On top of that they assisted in figuring out my check engine light code and ordered the part to help fix it another day lol. Having to deal with car problems is never fun or easy, but everyone at Savant was welcoming and communicative with any questions I had. Service was quick and professional, not to mention budget friendly. If you're needing any type of auto work done - especially suspension / wheels / tires associated services - I'd 10/10 recommend you check out and support this local shop :)

Can't thank them enough. My father had a nail in his tire and needed it repaired. My dad showed up on a whim, not knowing anything about the business. He pulls in last minute, the guys repair his tire and tell him "no charge." Talk about paying it forward! They didn't need to do that. Wow! These guys are awesome. I brought my Lexus GX470 in because for months my steering felt off and I was hearing noises. AP gave my suspension a thorough inspection and tightened some loose bolts in my sway bar link and also my skid plate. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Only a master mechanic can pull that off! I'm recommending these guys for sure. read more

A year later I'm back with another project for Savant! This time I took in my charger to get bigger tires and new rims mounted on. Of course, there always has to be something that goes wrong but savant came in clutch and fixed it on the fly to get me going. As always they were easy to talked to and helped me out with any questions I had for them. I'm very happy and really glad I found them 2 years ago because now I have a go to place to get my cars fixed the way I want it with reliable and chill people! If you guys need help with lift kits, lowering springs, new tires, new wheels, new brake pads/ rotors and etc.. Savant has answers and if they don't they will point you to the right direction. A+ service! I had sent a request through Yelp and they were one of three businesses to respond, but the farthest away (60 miles). They had excellent communication with me from my first inquiry to servicing my vehicle, gave me a great quote, and have high reviews, so I drove down a few days later for service. Great service, super nice, and informative. They know what they are doing. I came in with my Tacoma for a cab mount chop which was relatively cheap. This was during black friday week so they offered a viper cut free of charge on top of that. They did a great job with both cuts. Had to install a new suspension system because my front right shock had went out. During the pandemic nobody was willing to help me. Savant took care of me. They installed my coilovers, adjusted them, rolled my tenders, and mounted/balanced my wheels. These guys are generally REALLY busy which show cases how hood they are. Came in today for a second time to install a carbon fiber hood. These guys do it all and they are very knowledgeable. Cheaper than other shops too. read more

I picked up wheels and tires from these guys a couple years ago. They did a great job and I've been happy with their work ever since. I haven't had any issues except today, I noticed a screw in my tire and they were able to patch it up for me. It was quick and easy. Every time I come here I'm met with great service. Lagged on posting this review but better late than never. Anyways I hit up Savant and got in contact with Tony who was very responsive and extremely helpful with the service I needed. I purchase a set of wheels and lowering springs and they gave me a great price for installation. We set up an appointment, I dropped off the car at 9am and they finished at around 3pm I believe. There was a small mishap where they lost one of the center caps on installation but they found it about an hour later hence why I'm keeping this review 5 stars. Savant with probably be my go to shop from now on since its so close to my house and I know these provide quality service. I look forward to doing an exhaust on my car next and I'll be hitting these guys up soon! read more

I love this place, man. Came in on Saturday (9/17) and was acquainted by one of the workers (forgot his name, I apologize!) Later on was carrying a conversation with Primo (awesome and great guy) and walked me through the process and what to look out for. Man this guy workmanship was perfect, nailed everything I was looking for and couldn't thank him enough. Later on, I spoke with Jessica who kept me updated on my rig and gave me full precise details on what was happening. AP also approached me and man was he awesome as well as knowledgeable! My right rear tire had a tire valve stem leak. Perturbed that I may have to buy a new set of tires, I remember reading good reviews about my local America's Tire, and thought I'd give them a shot. After I parked, an associate came up to me & I described the issue I had. After using an instrument to measure my tire tread & checking out my wiper blades, he informed me they can install a new tire valve stem. Best part? Absolutely free! It's part of America's Tire free flat repair, regardless if this was my first visit. Inside, the associate let me know my tire tread was good, despite being 7 years old. He suggested if I'd like new tires, he gave me a quote out the door for the cheapest available set, and said tires 10+ years old cannot be worked on, needing a mandatory change. Finally, he spotted my streaking wiper blades, and gave me the quote of $10/each for new wipers, including install. The estimated time for completion was 10:50 am, with actual finished work done swiftly by 10:25 am. Service was excellent! Quite relieved I didn't have to purchase new tires/pay for tire repair, I had my car in & out in not time. Plus, as I my car was brought out to me, the technician thanked me for coming to America's Tire, and gave me the business card of the manager. I felt welcomed & appreciated from the time I arrived, to the time I left. Color me impressed, America's Tire! You now have my patronage, going forward. My tire issue became just a minor inconvenience, and I didn't have to drop a lot of moolah for a costly repair. I wish America's Tire also did fluid changes and what not, as I would have all my car needs taken care of here. Despite that, I'm a fan & I highly recommend America's Tire for your tire needs.

Despite knowing exactly what was needed from Friday's inspection, the shop took my car without having the necessary parts in stock. The shop then wanted to keep my car until Monday, but I explained that I needed it on Sunday. I requested a $100 discount--less than 10% of the total estimate--to cover a rental car, but I was repeatedly denied. I am frustrated that the shop accepted the job without parts, failed to provide any proactive updates, and forced me to call multiple times just to find out my car wasn't ready.

Another reason why I'll be a returning customer. I'd recommend this shop to anyone that cares for their rims and that wants to save money. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

Savant Autoworks installed my AEV lift kit. They did an excellent job; as this lift kit is rather complicated. I did the Fender Flare And bumper install, but the lift was definitely out of my ability without a lift. They came in and got it knocked out ASAP! read more
