Not to mention there were spots underneath they left giant tuffs of hair. The shaving is not even. It honestly looks like it was first time shaving a dog. Our dog, Remi, has enjoyed their daycare, boarding, grooming, and most recently, a training class. The team has been absolutely fantastic to work with, and it's clear that each member genuinely loves what they do. In a time when customer service often feels lacking, especially post-COVID, their dedication is truly refreshing. Their prices are very reasonable, and I always feel confident knowing that Remi is in excellent hands. On a side note, my husband and I visited unexpectedly on the first day, and they kindly gave us a tour right away, which really eased our minds about their care for the pups. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with everything they offer! We even got a cute little holiday paw print gift which was such a nice surprise!

Kelly was very patient with Monroe, especially her silly tendency to not let anyone touch her paws. She did her best to try and trim her paw pads and nails, but Monroe just doesn't let anyone near them without throwing a fit. She hasn't let anyone touch her paws since the vet trimmed them too short one time and she bled, I can only hope that Monroe eventually gets over it and allows groomers to do their job in that area. The store was nice and clean, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They had a fun treat display for Valentines, and the staff tried to help get me Monroe's food even though they didn't have it in stock. It would have taken a week to get to the store and I was returning to the city, but I appreciate the help. I just wish they had the Hills Science Diet, lamb flavor in store in larger bags! They only have the 5lb one.

This idiot's facial expression was obvious that he was already scared , and tried to slide his butt approaching with his leash in front of my dog . My dog naturally got scared of this idiot and naturally bit him. Then the idiot started screaming , OMG your dog bit me. I was shocked by how unprofessional and idiotic this groomer at Petco is. If you're scared and don't know how to approach stranger dog properly, then definitely you are in the wrong profession and working at the wrong place. They refused to service my dog.
