I was underwhelmed by the two sandwiches we got. The veggie had a spicy ranch sauce (it tasted like light ranch that had an overkill of spices added) and the turkey on the turkey sandwich was very salty and tasted like cheep prepackaged stuff you can get at the store. The staff was simply amazing. This was during lunch and they worked very efficiently and we're very polite when I asked for a change after not liking the spicy ranch sauce. The staff is why I give this place 4 stars. There are a lot of menu items that I have not tried (soups, pizzas, etc), so I will definitely give it a second chance because the staff rocked. read more

I always love eating at Schlotzsky's. This one is the closest location to us. We live in Murfreesboro. The place gets pretty busy during lunch. My daughter always gets the cheese pizza kids meal and I like their Tuna Sandwich. My other favorite thing to get is the veggie pizza. Food always comes out fast and hot. Big plus is that they sell Cinnabon too. Somehow though this time my cinnabon was hard as a rock almost like it was old. Hopefully next time it will be softer. read more

Very clean and inviting inside. We ate in, and I ordered the Angus & Cheese sandwhich. They have many options and sizes. They serve a variety of sandwhichs, soups, and even pizza. The sandwhichs are with toasted sourdough bread. For dessert you may get a Cinnabon. The people were also friendly. read more

Awful. Sweet overworked employees and mgr. who all look like they want to sit down and cry. Customers inside waiting more than 30 minutes for food, so grouchy to the poor employees via the kitchen window, and those employees are clearly doing their best but severely understaffed due to constant drive-thru volume. Kitchen and restaurant are dirty. Saw food in kitchen repeatedly fall to floor and be ignored. Overpriced, low quality, tasteless food...our first time here and our last. Recommend hiring sufficient staff numbers, dedicate one staffer just to order taking & bussing tables/cleaning, and close window so customers cannot see into kitchen. read more

Schlotzsky's has great sandwiches. I love the sourdough! As far as fast food sandwiches go, Schlotszky's is at the top of my list!

Best visit of them all!!!! I've been here about 50 times but never once was it this good. The food was hot, tasted good, and was out in just a few minutes. Joe came out and talked to us (which has never happened) and I was impressed by how he came out and had a conversation. We felt more like guests than we did customers. I use to love Schlotzky's. My first pastrami and swiss on Jalapeño cheese bread was the best sandwich I ever had 8 years ago. The pastrami is still good, but the bread is bland, not enough spice for me. Compared to other sandwich shops, they would be wise to offer more sides. read more

As much as I am a fan of this restaurant and their food, the customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. My wife and I ordered 2 small sandwiches on gluten free buns and a gluten free pizza. The sandwiches came out quickly but the pizza was overlooked. After I brought the overlooked pizza to the attention of the very young inexperienced manager, she realized it had been over 20 minutes since we placed our order. Assuming she would at least apologize and expedite the cooking of the pizza, it took an additional 10 minutes... she proceeded to bring the pizza to our table after it was prepared. She made a second trip back to our table and offered us 2 small Cinnabon buns and did not even apologize. And keep in mind, all of our original items we ordered were gluten free. So she didn't even apologize AND she brought gluten filled Cinnabons WITH GLUTEN as a consolation. Thanks but no thanks. The employees at this location are very young and inexperienced. Customer service is nonexistent. read more

I love the sourdough bread and for what it is (a fast-food-esque deli), they do it right. The Schlotzsky's Original, Turkey Bacon Club, and Reubens are all good. Depending on the day, you may want to skip the soup because it's too watery as I'm pretty sure they just get a frozen block of soup out of the freezer and run some water over it and let is simmer all day. At least, that's what it was when I worked there over a decade ago. Still, I'm a fan. read more

The worst service EVER! I sat in line for 20 minutes as the second car in line at the pickup window. It was noon and cars were wrapped around the building! Instead of having the car in front of me pull up so that others could come through, they let them sit there. And their order was wrong to boot! When I arrived at the window I inquired as to what would be done about my extensive wait and the fact that I was paying $20 for two meals and waited 20 minutes. They told me they were sorry and they were short handed (not my problem, just an excuse), and after ANOTHER 5 minutes of waiting, a manager offered me.....wait for it.....$1 off my meal. I can assure you that the time I was late for work cost me FAR in excess of $1. Thanks for the generosity. They finally gave me $6 off and the entire ordeal, at a drive-thru window took me 30 minutes start to finish. So I run my fiancé's lunch to him and head back to work. Well guess what I found when I went to eat my meal.....you guessed it.....TOTALLY not what I ordered. I have to say this was one of the worst experiences EVER. If they can't handle lunch any better than this, they don't deserve my business. Come on folks, everyone knows how lunch in Cool Springs is. Get with the program. Really can't see how you are still around with such horrible service. I won't be back and I will never recommend it to anyone. read more

We used to LOVE this place!!! The food was so GREAT!!! However, we noticed during the remodel our food wasn't as good as it usually was. Well, we went back recently after the remodel was complete and the food was still not as good as it was before the remodel... food quality just isn't their anymore. I guess they had to cut cost somewhere. Anyway, for us we were excite about the remodel because we thought they were going to finally fix the horrible bathrooms and maybe add a changing table to the mens room... well that didn't happen and to make matters so frustrating they took out the changing station in the ladies room as well!!!! Leaving NO AREA to change a child's diaper!!!! When I asked the manager he told me the owner didn't want people changing their children in her restaurant so she took it out!!! I was told to go next door to McDonalds to change my infants poopy diaper!!!! It was cold and he really needed to be changed before he was buckled back in a car seat.... that is just a cruel thing to do!!! We will NEVER go back to that place!!!! Shame on the lady who owns it!!! I am sure she was once an infant with a poopy diaper in need of a place to be changed!!! read more

We walked in the door at 9:28pm....They close at 10pm on a Saturday night. We ordered soups and she told us they didn't have any soups...we said that was fine and ordered something else. We went to sit down and she told us that she would have to make our orders to go. I asked why and she said because they close at 10pm. I told her I knew that but it was just 9:30pm. She said it didn't matter that we had to leave with our food. There were other people inside there eating. We said that didn't make any sense. She said well it's not me, but I can ask someone about it. As she started asking a guy that had came out of the kitchen if we could stay and eat we told her never mind, we would just go somewhere else. As we were walking out the door I heard the man say, "Just let them go." There were no apologies...no nothing. I love Schlotsky's, but this one is extremely poorly managed. I'd travel a few more miles to go to a different one. read more
