Dr.Goldman is by far the best orthopedic doctor in the area. You might have to wait an hour in his waiting room but you won't be disappointed. He makes each patient feel valued. He listens and understands. Its important to Dr. Goldman to understand where your pain is and does anything help make it better. Dr. Goldman is willing to always recommend physical therapy over pills. But if needed he will prescribe. I have always left his office well informed and with a plan until our next scheduled visit. Dr. Goldman never makes me feel rushed and answers all of my questions. I also love the fact that Dr. Goldman has a physical therapist office connected to his office. This is absolutely brilliant for folks like me who needs one place for everything. Imagine one place for your doctors and the same place for physical therapy. Since I'm workers compensation I like knowing my charts are in one place. I also love that I only have to drive to one place. As for the staff at Dr. Goldmans office and physical therapist office the staff are polite, friendly. Easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I always thought Dr. Goldman would be the one to do exploratory surgery on my right wrist after another doctor in Pomona completed the wrist surgery. I continue to this day to still have pain to this day. However, accorded to Dr. Goldman office he no-longer sees future medical care patients. I will miss his expertise and I know it will be impossible for me to find a doctor as good as him. If you ever find yourself in need of an orthopedic or want to be proactive. Both are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and do everything they can to help get things moving along and approved with worker's Comp. (Who tends to make things as difficult as possible.) I sprained my right ankle on a weekend trip to Big Bear two weeks ago that sent me to the ER. Today I visited Dr. Goldman's office to have my ankle checked out since I was still experiencing sufficient pain. They were able to get me in on short notice and once I was there the process of being checked in and seen was very timely. X-rays were taken to make sure nothing was broken or fractured and the PA I saw was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up only needing an ankle brace and so far is really helping. Overall great experience and service from all staff. Beautiful and clean office. Would highly recommend to anyone in need. read more

Great, talented doctor! Terrible admin staff. I will never be back due to the way the admin staff treated me. Most of the dealings will be with the rude and abrasive admin staff, if you get Patty; you will be treated very rudely. If you disagree and voice your concern with the way you're treated, then Patty will drop you from Dr Goldman's care! Don't waste your time here. They never stick to appointment times. Always running 2-3 hours behind schedule, then they reschedule your appointment after you've waited to get in. If you want a great doctor and don't mind long delays, last minute cancellations and an office staff that will treat you like crap; then this is the place. Scheduled for Dr. Goldman but got his PA. Nice guy but I want to see the Dr. first. Scheduling is like pulling teeth. Jennifer is most unhelpful, wouldn't pass message to PA or MRI or prescription. Getting something useful from her is like pulling teeth without anesthesia. Never happy on the phone or in person. Never friendly. Called weeks ahead to reschedule & her standard practice is to push your original appt back 2 or 3 weeks off the back instead of looking for first availability. So now you have an appointment that's more than a month out. MRI people & PA never called back after msgs. I dread calling the place & talking to Jennifer. Decided to go to another office because of the unhelpful staff. I get stress just by calling the place. Doesn't matter how good the Dr. is. He's not the only good Dr. around. The stress dealing with unhelpful staff is just not worth it. read more

I had knee surgery. very good , nice man. I also got bad credit from his office and he double billed me and my insurance company and wouldn't allow us back. I had proof but I didn't want to burn bridges till I found out I couldn't come back. I got a small receipt book receipt for $395. My private insurance paid the same amount. I give this place five stars because Dr. Andrew is excellent with me and has been the last two years he has overseen my shoulder, arms and neck and approved for different things that have helped me; which I have improved slightly but overall he is a good doctor to come. To the associates on the other hand here little bit rude and uneasy to talk to. The receptionist is very friendly and that's about it.. Please have the staff work on there people skills.. Us clients make the business without us .. Slowly but surely another great ortho place will soon get clients from here due to lack of staff being polite.. I'm so surprised reading these reviews due to my experience. My son Broke his arm last year and Dr. Goldman and his team were so fast and amazing to my son that was so scared!! He fell off the monkey bars and broke his wrist and his elbow.. I had gone to an E.R and they didn't even see it was broke in his wrist! They even changed out my sons cast numerous times through out his 8 week treatment!.. I dealt with Andrew and another tech for the castings and was very very happy. They even catered to my lil 3 year old and gave her a ball :).. Thank you Dr. Goldman In all our dealings with this office and my dealings have only been with a girl named Lindsey.. He gets straight to the point and let's you know exactly what is going on and takes the steps to treat you ASAP. he genuinely cares about his patients and their well being. Dr. Goldman and his wonderful, caring and competent staff have held me up throughout a physically and emotionally painful five year journey through the quagmire of Workers Comp. Yes, I have had to wait, but has the wait been worth the compassion and care? You bet! Many times, I walked in there so downcast by yet another delay by my employer and/or insurance company. Every single time, I was treated with encouragement and empathy. I truly felt some days, it gave me the strength to just not give up, I was just so frustrated. In response to the person who said the higher chairs were all occupied, I would say, what not just ask one of them if you could please just sit in a high chair? Lots of people are just oblivious to the plight of others. After five years and 2.5 months, my surgery is scheduled for next Tuesday. I feel as though I have had friends beside me the whole time. When I got my second opinion from Dr. Goldman, he gave me an injection that allowed me to touch my back again. It has been 3 years that I couldn't reach behind my back. WOW!!!! Is all I can say. I thought I was going to have to quit softball forever, now there is HOPE. There is a little wait but where don't you wait. All doctors offices usually experience a wait.
